Always, Always check your pizza before you leave. I ordered a 3 meat treat pizza yesterday and as we opened the box our pizza wasn't even cut plus the meat wasn't evenly put, there was a chunk missing cheese and meat. I should've took a picture before everyone dug in but it was a late dinner so we didn't bother to call. There was at least 4 people working in the back but still manage to miss that. Hot and ready; isn't I was the only customer with up to 3 people working in the back. I ordered a pizza with a poster advertising it as hot and ready. It wasn't and I had to wait with ice cream melting in the back of my truck. Another customer came in and ordered, hot and ready bread sticks and they weren't ready either and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Don't go if you're in hurry - false advertising. The owner needs to sell because they don't care at all. I haven't been able to get a fresh pizza from this location in 5 straight visits. Each time it was a hot n ready pizza with my toppings added to it and re-baked. They don't even attempt to hide that they're doing this. Then they charge ya double. Tonight was the final time. Food is great, prices are decent. I wish they offered online ordering. Delivery is always fast, employees are friendly and the variety of items to choose from are reasonable. So far I haven't had any issues and never used to like Little Caesars, but I think this location does it right! read more

I live 3 minutes away was told 5 minutes ago they left the store and I am the first delivery. my husband has diabetes and they told us 50 minutes. manager pretty much said they don't tell people 50 minutes. did not seem at all concerned that I was upset. starting the new year right. read more

They never seem to have 'Hot n Ready' pizzas, ready. A large one topping (Hot n Ready) is $7... If you want a second topping on that large pizza, they charge $15. Also, no matter how much your order is, they will sneak a 'credit/debit card acceptance charge' on the amount charged to your card without telling you. Terrible service. read more

Not expecting a company to miraculously produce a pizza that was instantly hot and fresh, we called ahead and gave them a few minutes (11-15) to cook one. I was thinking Canadian bacon and pineapple (Hawaiian) but they didn't have Canadian bacon. But they suggested ham and regular bacon instead, and it worked well, and a large pizza was about $12 and was plenty for 3 of us, with a couple slices left over (if you're hungry or big pizza eaters you still might want more). The crust was soft and slightly chewy and the toppings were sufficient to give the flavor I was hoping for, so all things considered I was quite satisfied. read more

Little Caesars is... Little Caesars! The only thing it has going for it is they always have their Hot N' Ready pizzas hot and ready, unlike some other locations. The down side is that rather than the advertised $5 price on them it's $7. Overall if you're looking for a quick pizza though, this is my first choice. read more

I've been buying pizza from this Little Caesars my entire life but the past year or so they've really been going downhill. First they got rid of the good ranch, then they started using onions and peppers in huge pieces that are barely cooked when the pizza is done, then today we found out they now charge an extra fee for using a credit card. I'm sorry but any company that charges a fee for customers to use a credit card is lazy and money hungry. Credit card fees are tax deductible business expenses. But the final nail in the coffin today was when we got home we realized there was no crazy bread in the bag with the sauces. We called and first they said "come pick it up" then they recanted and said "our girl said she put it in the bag." Wow, just wow. What happened to the customer is always right? Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It's a shame that my favorite pizza place is now a trash pile of terribly managed ignorance. read more

Don't even deserve one star. Served me old stale bread and when I called up there to ask for fresh bread to be put in the manager was extremely rude. I drive 10 minutes back up there and get the bread and ask for an extra sauce which she wants me to pay for. I explain that I drove 30 minute (home, back, and home again) and that the manager was awfully rude and she still told me that will still be a $1.06. I will NEVER go back. Awful management, I work in food service and that is not how you should treat a customer......can't even put into words my anger, and of course, branch office will do nothing to resolve the issue. read more
