I recently visited this Little Caesars location and was really disappointed by how a new employee was being treated. The manager and another employee, who I believe was named Jasmine were both being very rude and impatient with him. Instead of offering support, they seemed frustrated and dismissive, which made the situation uncomfortable to witness as a customer. The manager, in particular, looked just as mad and rude as Jasmine. I would expect more professionalism and leadership from someone in that position. New employees deserve patience and encouragement, not hostility. I hope the manager does better going forward, because no one should be treated that way at work especially when they're just starting out. read more

How do you screw up hot and ready pizza? Well, let's see. At 6:45 on a Saturday night you don't have any hot and ready pizzas for pickup. Ok, pandemic, don't want to waste product, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. However, when you order 3 basic pepperoni pizzas and then wait 45 minutes before they admit they lost your order? No go bro. The "girl", yes girl, not woman, who took our order...the one with the screwed up random tattoos, such as an easy chair and some gross looking teeth and a jacked up fairy...I'm guessing Galt garage tattoo night special from a friend?...anyways, she comes back after 25 minutes to ask what we ordered....ok, so something is wrong, but I assume they are fixing it....nope! Then, stoner Travis and his friend even start complaining about how long their phone order is taking. When the stoners run out of patience you know it's bad.....Another 20 minutes later she comes back AGAIN to ask what the order was, and how it was paid for. At this point, "Maritza" decides to try and jump in. I cut her off, and say, "If you cannot tell me that my pizzas will be done in 5 minutes or less, then you need to refund us our money." To which she replies, "I really don't know what's going on." Then why are you here?! So then the tooth fairy comes back and asks if we paid with a card. I then tell her, "Now it's 4. If YOU cannot tell me that our pizzas will be done in 4 minutes or less, then you need to give us a refund." So then she says, "Um, I think I need my manager." The manager comes and issues the refund. No apology, nothing. Didn't day a single thing about the whole situation. I don't expect a manager to "discipline" an employee for the satisfaction of a customer, but you make the situation right in any way you can, even if all you can do at that point is an apology. Therefore, ended up at Domino's where we had the same order in 10 minutes! AND as we were leaving, another customer from Little Caesar's who waited even longer than we did, was walking in due to his lost order. The only props I will give is to Zack. Keep it up kid. Constantly cleaned, took orders, called for help from the back when he needed it, and didn't take more than 30 seconds to say hi to his friends because he was on the clock. When they first got here the "hot and ready pizza" was hot and ready. But that didn't last long. So I believe it states that pepperoni and cheese pizza will be ready when you walk in between 4-6pm or something along these lines. I placed an online order and forgot to add a few things because we had last minute guests over I called and a very sweet girl answered the phone and then I was very polite and asked if I could please add a few things to my order and I will pay the rest when I get to the store.. she then told me give me one second and handed the phone to some very rude lady. She said "hello" and I said the same thing over and she told me okay well you do know you have to pay for the rest right? And I politely said yes I know that and she continued to just be flat out rude to me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. This review is for what it is. Little Caesars isn't gourmet pizza, it is standard pizza at a very affordable price. This is not a store in a large city with predictable customer trends. I learned that it is better to call ahead rather than "hope" there is hot and ready available. Every time I have called ahead to order my order was on time and correct. Many places fail this miserably but I have never had that experience here. This is my go to place when I am in a hurry for some pizza with the kids. For what it is, they do a great job. As I was traveling, I stopped at the Little Caesar's pizza in Galt to get a simple pepperoni pizza. I got my pizza got back on the road, I opened the box and to my surprise the pizza was way over cooked and they didn't even slice my pizza. I didn't have a knife, so I had to pull over and try and tear off pieces for me to eat. The pizza didn't even taist right. I will never go to that little ceasars again. Terrible service. I called in an order at 5pm to be ready by 530 and it was a simple thin crust pizza and a Italian cheese bread. My husband gets there at 530 for them to tell him it would be 5 min longer, so he went to the bank and came back and still ended up waiting until 555pm and all they could say was sorry they are trying to fix their mistakes. WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEE!!! If you use a debit card, you get charged a .79 for using your debit card. They don't tell you about the fee. Merchants normally charge .45 but this place almost double.
