We came here on a Thursday night , the salad bar was nice , the lettuce was fresh , the salad bar was clean. The water was fresh - it didn't taste like tap water . I think the lady who was runs the place shows great customer service ! 1/2023 - I ordered the Chicago stuffed pizza for a Saturday's dinner and that was the best pizza we have had in a long time, even with me going to Papa Murphy's for previous pizzas. I guess this one was better then the rest because I went out doing out "Atmospheric weather" to get it. The Chicago pizza had a variety of Papa Murphy fresh meats & vegetables. My granddaughter said it looked like a lasagna coming out of the oven piping hot!!! It was cheesy and what I liked were the green onions. The juice or oils that come from the meats and veggies gives it its taste where it's not dry. I always bought the Chicago stuffed pizza when my boys were teenagers that way I didn't have to worry about them being hungry and raiding the refrigerator for something. I never stopped going to Papa Murphy's even when I lived by myself, I just bought smaller ones. I have now moved closer to my family and I have two grandsons & a granddaughter I will pick up the tradition again. read more

Hey. Picked up 3 pizzas on Saturday eve. Was Greeted by all 3 workers. Service was GREAT. Kayla was fast, yet took the time to chat, and she was also hilarious. She is good for business, was enjoying her work, AND had a marvelous personality. All three workers (Including Robert and Brandon) were on top of their jobs, yet all were positive about their work. We have been getting pizza's from Papa Murphy's since they opened. There have been some mistakes over the years but today's was the most frustrating. My husband ordered a Cowboy with white sauce and a pepperoni with pineapple with red sauce. They switched the sauces on the pizza's and when I called back they appoligized and had my husband drive 10 miles back with the pizza's to get the right ones. I found it interesting they wanted the ones they made back although we would not have eaten them. Those cannot be sold again and the wrapping on one of the pizza's was open. Nothing else was offered. I wouldn't be upset if they had offered a free pizza the next time we came in. That would be logical. Poor customer service. read more

Remembered they had a tuesday special 10.00 any pizza or 12.00 family size it. I ordered online and sent hubby in store to pick it up. Also bought a cinnamon ring and cookie dough. Probably the best and most consistent Papa Murphy's I've been to. I come here every couple weeks and I have never had a bad experience. I bake and BBQ these pizzas and they always turn out great. I have never had a problem with the employees, on the contrary I think they have been very friendly and helpful. Once in a while the owner is there and she ALWAYS asks me if everything is ok. We called consern ing the problem and they asked if the manager could call us back, so we shared our next day availability with them. I love Papa Murphys delight pizza (especially the Mediterranian). This store is close and convenient. However, they always seem to mess up my order. I've been missing artichokes on the gourmet veggie, no sauce when asked for extra, ordered a half meat/half veggie and it was more like 1/3 meat and 1/2 veggie. When I asked where the rest of the toppings were, I got major attitude. Once they gave me the wrong pizza altogether and when I called, the mgr gave me the third degree. Of course I brought the pizza back and she examined it carefully to verify I wasn't lying before correcting the mistake, without any apology. I enjoy Papa Murphy's pizza and order it almost weekly. What I don't understand is WHY they would separate the artichokes they put on the pizza. All you end up with is hard leaves. Why would you offer a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza if you don't want to put the whole piece of artichoke on it? That is no different then only using Chicken Skin or the fat of the bacon. We pay for it, we should get something other then the leaves. If they are so worried about the cost of the artichoke, raise the price of the pizza or name it a chicken bacon pizza. I guess I will have to stop in Lodi and pick up my pizza from now on. read more

We are frequent Papa Murphy's customers. Lately we have noticed that the pepperoni is sliced very thin, once it is baked the sIces are crisp and a lot of the flavor is lost. Please consider going back to a thicker sliced product, even if that means fewer slices. Thank you Ann and Jerry C read more
