There's already not a lot open late in Galt but during these days the pickings are particularly slim, but Mountain Mikes was there for us. We got the Everest and cinnamon pizza (duh). It was great for dinner and for leftovers the next day for our drive back to OC. I wanted to share a deeply disappointing experience I had today at Mountain Mike's Pizza in Galt. Specifically "10400 Twin Cities Rd". A friend told us about a promotion they were running-- 1 Large free pizza for 49ers fans through their mobile app using "49kickfree" promo code that's only valid today 12-09-2024. Excited about the deal, we placed an order, verified everything as required on their app, and paid in full at their location as that's one of the options through mobile app. Arrived at location, paid the deal and after waiting 20-30 minutes for our pizza, the staff and Owner abruptly told us to leave, claiming they had the right to refuse service. This was confusing and insulting because they hadn't even served us yet. Then, to make matters worse, they accused us of being scammers--right to our faces. If they truly believed there was an issue with our order or thought we were scammers, they should have addressed it at the time of payment or checked the app verification more thoroughly. Instead, they made us wait for nearly half an hour, only to humiliate us and deny us service. Also, they claimed that they haven't had any customers and that Large Pizza cost $28.99 and that the website was a scam to make it discounted at $3.82 after tax. This treatment was unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. We followed all the steps in their app, paid in good faith, and did nothing wrong. It feels like they made baseless assumptions about us and chose to humiliate us instead of honoring their own promotion. I've never experienced anything like this at any other business. Mountain Mike's in Galt needs to take a hard look at how they treat their customers. Until they fix their customer service and stop unfairly judging people, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Also, check one of the response back at one of their client. What's the point of using the rewards app if you're not going to validate it? read more

We got to Galt from SD pretty late and this was the only place open that was not burgers. I really thought I was not going to like it because of the ratings, but so glad I did. The pizzas were really good. We got a pepperoni, Hawaiian and cheese. All three were delicious. My kids really enjoyed it and they are super picky. read more

This location looks closed constantly as they have shutter blinds on all the windows that are drawn shut. The main, biggest tv was playing an extremely loud family feud wrong answer compilation which was super distracting. The arcade at this location is tiny and none of the machines we tried work correctly. The light gun machine will take your money but you cannot aim the gun, so there is zero point. The main cooler for two liter sodas behind the counter had only one or two, and another that was open alongside numerous open bottles of wine and glasses (for the staff presumably). The lady behind the register seemed like she wanted to rush us through our order. We ordered a large Pikes Peak, a Large Cheese stick and 6 wings. Somehow that translated to $60 even though the wings were free and the cheese sticks were rung up as a medium pizza ($24). When we received our pizza, they initially didn't give us the ranches we asked for. We checked the toppings on our pikes peak and were disappointed as the pizza had not even a quarter of the meat shown in advertisements or other locations. If you're going to raise the price on a SPECIALTY pizza compared to other locations, then justify the raise with better quality and more toppings! The cheese sticks were bland and almost flavorless, we couldn't taste the garlic. The crust on both seemed a little tough. The staff seemed excited to see us leave, even though we were being extremely polite. read more

In their website, it says that there is a free large pepperoni sponsored by 49ers. So we ordered through the app since it's only available through app purchase. We just had to pay for the tax but we got our pizza at 251 Pittman Rd, Fairfield mountain mikes NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Then, we told our friends since it a pretty good damn deal. They ordered through this location with the same deal on the same app and the owner called and told us that we were lying. They even told our friends that they were scammers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They are very unprofessional and do NOT have good costumer services. Steer clear. You're better off at little ceasars or dominos than this place. See the pictures for proof. They refused to listen to us. It doesn't make sense that the app approved of the code and went through the system. It was very offensive that you automatically assume that we were scamming you. (Racial profiling?) Hostess even said "that's a good deal huh?" And told our friends that their order is ready in 5mins, made our friends wait for 40mins before telling them to leave because they were scammers. I saw that a customer service replied to a costumer complaining about your prices and said to take advantage of the app promos which is exactly what we did. To the owner, CLOSE DOWN YOUR RESTAURANT if you yourself is not even aware of what mountain mikes promos are going on. To the employee who was wearing the turban, you need more training on costumer service and how to handle people. You guys SUCK A**. read more
