Well, this must be new owners because this place has gone down the tubes. Ordered two pizzas from the Hayden Little Caesars and both were very overcooked--nearly burned and the other had almost no cheese. I called the store to let them know and request a refund, and the manager on duty immediately accused me of being rude just for explaining the issue. I was told I could only get a refund if I returned right away with the pizzas, which is a strange policy. I explained I couldn't come back immediately but would bring them the next day, and she refused. I ended up going back to the store, but one pizza had already been partially eaten while I was on the phone, so I brought back the other one and asked for a refund for that item. The manager refused after making me drive all the way back and said she needed both pizzas, would not give me her name, and told me to leave. Quite unbelievable all over a $20 order, and now a $10 refund. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and zero effort to resolve a legitimate issue. Complete lack of professionalism and decorum. Won't be going back there again and will ensure everyone I know hears this crazy story. read more

I will start with the good part: The pizza, service and prices are great. The bad part: they make their pepperoni pizzas like an assembly line, stick them in the box and put them under a heat lamp and are ready the minute you walk in or go through the drive-through. Basically no waiting.. By the time we got home, which we live close by, the pizza tasted stale because it sat too long under a heat lamp. However, we finally figured it out, that if you order a pizza from them over the phone, add extra sauce or cheese, they have to make it after they hang up nice and fresh. When you pick it up, it'll be completely fresh and hot, even when you get home. Because you're adding more stuff, they have to make it on the spot. Problem solved. read more

If zero stars were available that is what I'd select. The experience was bizarre! And the employee Brody was a strange man. He seemed reluctant to serve customers at all. It was difficult to gauge what was happening with him. I am a mindful and conscious person so I generally lead with patience and abstract consideration. This is what I attempted to apply to the employee who seemed to have a difficult time doing the bare minimum of his job. I'm assuming perhaps he was on drugs and was cognitively inpaired. Nonetheless, I asked a very simple question regarding the "add this to your meal" suggested on the menu; for context, I was in the process of ordering a Detriot Deep Dish Cheese Pizza and wanted to know if the menu items mentioned for an approximate $8.99 was an additional price amount to the pizza. My friend and I figured it out on our own as Brody himself acted unsure. In the very beginning of this transaction, we asked how long would it take. Brody responded stating ten minutes. It took closer to thirty minutes. He did not give/offer our receipt and when he was asked for it he became blatantly dishonest. I tried making polite conversation with him and he responded with discourteous behavior. Brody was disingenuine for no apparent sense and ultimately came across as shady. This Little Caesars Pizza both outdoor/indoor was poorly lit in certain areas and squalid in its aesthetic. My Detroit Deep Dish Pizza was not hot, nor was it fresh (the temperature was cold), and the presentation was sloppy (the sauce was smeared grossly) and it screamed unclean. Pizza was awful. The manager in charge had nothing but attitude. The supervisor wouldn't even get on the phone. pizza wouldn't even come off in a whole piece. Why is it that it doesn't matter if I come at 6:30, 7:15, or 8:00 nobody can ever make my pizza and only offer to me a pizza that has been sitting in a heater for hours. If you close at 8:30 you can make me my pizza at 7:15. I'm pretty annoyed. read more

Dear Sir : After reading the reviews , and listening to 2 of my friends , I decided to try Caesar's Pizza in Hayden Idaho . It may have been me , but I had a problem comunicating with the person taking my order . The price was good , but when I arrived home , my wife and I began to eat the ( Veggie Pizza ) and noticed the entire pizza was Soggy , and Tasted as though it was just Uncooked Dough . I hope this was just a bad day at Black Rock , but I doubt if I will return for another pizza . Believe me , I am not comparing this pizza with others I have had , but Dough Uncooked and Soggy is not my idea of a Good Old Pizza ! It's Little Caesar's, so I don't expect gourmet. But this couple-owned franchise has the other locations in the area beat for quality, cleanliness and most importantly, customer service! They even have a drive-through, though I prefer to go in and enjoy the great customer service and conversation. As is typical for Little Caesars, there is no place to eat at the store, however the food is usually hot and ready to take out and enjoy! This is my new favorite pizza place in the area. One thing you should be aware of is that the hours currently posted (as of this review) on Google and even littlecaesars.com are not correct. This location is also not currently open on Sundays. read more

Want to give a 0 star. Spent $50.00 and got raw pizza. What a great feeling feeding all your guests pizza that's not done. After being told to bring the raw pizza back in and having it visually inspected by Mike the owner. We were told he would not give us new pizza and refund the money we had spent. We bypass two other Little Caesars locations in the area to get our pizza from this one. By far the best. The pizza is always fresh and they never use old dough like the other locations (reason we quit going to PF and CDA locations). The crazy bread is cooked to perfection, again, with fresh dough. The owner and staff are top notch and extremely courteous. Plus, they have a drive-thru window. How cool is that?... for pizza! So glad that we have a Little Caesars in the area now that does it well and does it right. read more

Their prices are better here than other L.C.'s in the area. $6 Most Bestest. The husband and wife that own it are there working it also. i have loved little caesars pizza for years and finding one in an area i'm often in was so exciting! i have to say that the folks at the hayden idaho store make you feel so welcome and service is outstanding. i love that they have a drive thru as i walk with a crutch and carrying a hot pizza box is a challenge. this is my favorite pizza place in an area full of different pizza chains and my 87 year old mother who barely eats asks for their pizza often which is a blessing. five plus stars for this new place and the owners who run it!!!! read more
