Love this place. We stopped by after silverwood and had a great dinner. The kids loved it. They have arcade games for entertainment as well.

Ample seating with a few table options outdoors, themed interior that feels like you're getting the Italian experience. We only ordered one appetizer, one pizza, and one dessert since we had a late lunch. For our appetizer we had the jalapeño poppers which were tasty, but tiny. It made for about two bites of food each. We got the pepperoni and pineapple pizza... The crust was quite charcoally on the bottom and made for a bitter flavor while the rest of the dough didn't seem fully cooked. We've been trying to go to some pizza places around town that we haven't been to, so we've had some really amazing pizza -- comparatively this just didn't hit the spot. We ordered their dessert special, a banana tiramisu, which was probably the best thing we had. I hate to say it, but the food was really just a 3/5. And on the pricier side. I can see from previous reviews that people have had really great dining experiences here and you can tell it's an authentic, family centered restaurant, maybe we need to give it another try!

About half of the people got pizza and half got pasta. The pizza dough sold itself. And the cool pizza oven near the kitchen is awesome! Pasta dishes were very fresh tasting and definitely authentic Italian food. Trisha( owner/chef) is very talented! I was the host so didn't have enough time to eat while dining in, but I got spaghetti to go. See the photo...meatballs were bigger than my fist Just trust me and go get food here. Then make room for dessert. GOOEY BROWNIE COOKED IN THE PIZZA OVEN TOPPED WITH ICE CREAM!?! WHATTTTTTT

Must see eat- to believe ... who knew Idaho had it in them - there's no potato's involved. The salads are fresh and rewarding to the taste buds Everything is house made. Ciccarelli's -- Coeur d'Alene…read more As someone who has traveled extensively -- including throughout Italy, one of my favorite places on earth -- I do not say this lightly: Ciccarelli's serves some of the finest pizza I have ever eaten. And I mean anywhere. Italy included. There is something almost impossible to describe about truly exceptional pizza. At a certain level, words begin to fail because great pizza is not analyzed... it's experienced. It's the kind of food that causes conversations to stop mid-sentence because everyone at the table suddenly realizes something special is happening. That's Ciccarelli's. I've lived in Coeur d'Alene barely three weeks and my wife and I have already been there three times. At this point, resistance appears futile. Every pizza we've tried has been a masterpiece. Not "really good." Not "our favorite in town." Masterpiece. The crust alone deserves poetry -- blistered, wood-fired perfection with that delicate balance of crispness, chew, char, and tenderness that only happens when people truly understand dough. Every ingredient tastes intentional. Nothing feels thrown together. Every bite -- from the tip of the slice to the outer crust -- is a full gastronomic experience. Favorites so far: THAT'S AMORE -- red sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, black olives & mozzarella. THE SPICY ITALIAN -- spicy red sauce, pesto, Italian sausage, red onions, fresh mozzarella, parmesan & basil. Ridiculously good. THE STELLA -- olive oil base, goat cheese, prosciutto, apricot preserves & honey drizzle. Sweet, savory, luxurious, and somehow perfectly balanced. And the Pizza Margherita... Listen carefully: A Margherita pizza is the ultimate truth serum for a pizza restaurant. You cannot hide behind toppings. It exposes everything -- crust, sauce, cheese, balance, restraint, technique. Ciccarelli's passes that test with flying colors. Their Margherita has become my weekly sustenance pizza. And then... The desserts. Good grief. Most restaurants treat dessert like an afterthought. Ciccarelli's treats it like a sacred continuation of the meal. I am slowly working my way through their dessert offerings, but I keep getting derailed by the BLACK BOTTOM COCONUT CREAM PIE. I have been eating coconut cream pie for over seventy years. Seventy. I have NEVER had anything like this pie. The rich saturation of flavor... the generous texture of real coconut... the black bottom... whatever culinary sorcery is occurring back there needs to be protected by national treaty. It is so good that you could honestly justify visiting Ciccarelli's solely for dessert. Also outstanding: * Piña Colada Cream Pie * Strawberry Shortcake Torte * Napoleon * Cannoli The restaurant itself is immaculate, intimate, warm, and beautifully designed. Seating is limited, however, and deservedly so. My advice? Get there early or go on a weekday if possible. They also offer lovely outdoor seating. And finally, the family behind it all. There is something unmistakable about a place built by people who genuinely love what they do, love each other, and love the experience they are creating for others. You can feel it the moment you walk in. That kind of thing cannot be faked. Ciccarelli's is not merely a restaurant. It's one of those rare places people discover and then quietly hope doesn't become too famous because they still want to get a table. An absolute gem in Coeur d'Alene.

Mike was our server and took out drink order promptly and returned with yummy garlic bread. We ordered 2 appetizers: the cheesy artichoke dip and the oven baked bollas. The dip was thick and creamy and the bread it came with was toasted and had grated Parmesan on it. My roommate loves the bollas and this time was no different. For my entree, I got the Seafood Manicotti, my roommate got his favorite Twice Baked Spaghetti, and his mom created her own pasta: angel hair pasta with marinara and grilled chicken. The Seafood Manicotti was delicious and flavorful. The creamy Alfredo sauce had perfect texture and the herb filling combined with the seafood gave it layers of goodness. My roommate and his mom, both enjoyed their entrees and had enough to take home for a second meal. Tomato Street doesn't sing happy birthday, however they gave my roommate a complimentary Chocolate Lush dessert, which was nice. I got the Creme Brulee and his mom went with the Tiramisu. Mike accidentally brought me Grandma's Bread Pudding but corrected his mistake. So I ended up with 2 desserts and both were excellent. You can't beat the views though and the cocktails are really good as well. However, compared to our experience in August 2025, which was a 10/10 this time was personally a 6/10 for these reasons: We ordered the shrimp cocktail just like last year and noticed there was one less shrimp (4 instead of 5) We also ordered the halibut with risotto just like last year and the portion was notably smaller with both the fish and risotto this year compared to 1 year ago. Our friend who also ordered the halibut mentioned hers was a bit dry. although I did not notice that on my dish when I ordered the same. Our waiter was nice enough and we didn't go without, but he wasn't that personable and also gave us a real dirty look when we paid after he looked at what we tipped which was very strange. I wouldn't say this years trip here was a disappointment but it was different compared to 1 year ago for these reasons.

The inside decor is dark with low lighting giving it a cozy , romantic , upscale feel. Unique decor and decorated cool. The first thing you see when you walk in is a glass floor that you can walk on and can see a table of people Dining in the basement. It's pretty cool. Our server was extremely attentive. Every time he walked by he would check our drinks or ask us if we needed anything... top notch ! The food - it's on the pricier side but worth the experience. We started off with the baked Brie and the blue cheese wedge. The baked Brie was unique. The Brie was wrapped in a house made phyllo dough and covered in caramel sauce. Accompanied by Some fruit and bread. Unique and well executed. The wedge was wonderful. Very tasty house made blue cheese dressing and bacon (I think adding some tomato or onion would have broken up the saltiness) but was still great tasting We ordered the sweet pork chop. I was impressed how moist and tender they cooked the pork.. I have to admit that it was too sweet. Even for me, who has a crazy sweet tooth. It was a unique pairing, but left no room for savory. We also ordered the seafood fettuccini. I believe they house make their pasta and Alfredo sauce. It didn't come with a ton of seafood (a couple large prawns and a few bacon wrapped scallops) but hit the spot. Their house bread they serve with your meal is the highlight! A little loaf of breast drenched in a garlic butter sauce! I'm salivating just thinking about it! I' have to admit, I have high expectations, and this place is probably the better of the many other local eateries I've tried .
