Ordered our pizzas on the app and it showed them as ready. Showed up and the doors weren't open. The manager, Laura, said they had to count the money and couldn't open the doors until after. People who value their customers make sure that things are ready by opening time. 20 minutes later, they opened the doors and gave us our cold pizzas, the manager said they couldn't refund our money. The girl refused to take my order because the pizza is a hot and ready pizza. 2. When I arrived the pizza wasn't ready. It was literally 5 minutes from the time that I called to the time that I arrived. I wasn't told there would be a wait. 3. When I got home to my dismay the pizza was not bacon wrapped. $5 pizzas ready to go! I feel like this can't be beat. They're always fresh, because they go so quickly. This location is a bit hard to access and the parking lot is pretty tight. It is usually pretty busy. I wouldn't recommend coming here during dinner if you're in a rush, it can get a bit hectic. We stop by here every once in awhile when we need to get a few inexpensive pizzas! The employees are fast and friendly. Pizza is decent and cheap! Biggest complaint is the parking lot! read more

The level unprofessionalism here is amazing. When you walk up to the counter the kids working there act like they are doing you a favor. The entire time in front of customers they are talking about there personal bs. The guy who seemed to be the supervisor was having an unprofessional conversation up front. One cashier was yelling for change for 5 minutes before someone walked up front and pulled out wads of change from underneath the counter. The food is ok but honestly you better be ready to defend yourself if need be because you are entering one of the worst shopping centers in this town. I've eaten at Little Caesars since they became a option for pizza in my area of Riverside county. And when it first appeared it was wondrous. But now it's just gross. And I don't order from it anymore I mean I don't go out of my way to get pizza from there anymore but you know with doordash and GrubHub and places like that well then it gives you the option to try places that you haven't tried for a while.. I did try Pizza I called pizza pizza but I did try Little Caesars a while ago and I wasn't impressed but then I saw on YouTube that they had the thin crust back and so I ordered it. And I wasn't impressed. It tasted gross and it had no flavor it was just like crackers with cheese on it and then okay I had ordered ham and pineapple but the person who had made it had only put the ham and pineapple on one quarter of the pizza instead of spreading it around all of it. I'm giving this place no stars at all. Ordered food through Little Caesars app. My order was expected to be delivered at 9:00pm it was supposedly delivered at 9:15 when checking it wasn't there. I then called the store and they told me it was not my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she followed up saying that she couldn't remake it or give me a refund. I then asked for HR number and she told me there's no number. I did get her name by the way she says she's the manager. This location is the worst little caesars we've ever been to. Lately we have been loving the Pretzel hot n ready but not from here. The last 2 times we got a pretzel pizza they have been made with regular crust instead of the salted pretzel crust. They didn't even mention that little detail either time. There were at least 15 customers in the store, either ordering and waiting for their pizza or people who placed their order by phone and came in to pick it up. I called in my order and came when I was told, but had to wait at least 15-20 minutes longer than when they told me to be there. I don't think they even started my pizza until after I arrived. Management should definitely reevaluate who they have running this location. They do not answer the phone after multiple attempts to call. I went into the pizza place and called while I waited in line and no phone even rang. Also there were 2 female employees standing there looking at the wall discussing schedules when the line was out the door. Everyone inside seemed very upset. Always expect to wait on weekends but then a lady came out hollering everyone waiting its 45 minute wait. Tons of employees but not very efficient so we left and went to the san Jacinto location. OK, I just don't understand this, check this out.. My little girl and I went to Little Caesar's and stood in line that wrapped around the room, no big deal it was about a 6 min wait. I ordered my pizzas and was told it would be about 5 to 15 Min, again no big deal. As I was waiting others walked in that preordered there Pizzas and asked if it was ready, the girl checks and she said "yes its ready but you have to wait in the long line". So, she turned around and walked out the door, WOW. About 3min later another lady walked in and said " I preordered my pizza 20min ago and I'm here to pick it up" the girl checked and said yup it's ready but you have to wait in line. So, she said "but I preordered and now my Pizza is sitting up on you rack getting cold". Again the girl said "ya but you have to wait in line", so she turned around and walked out. I was like WHAAAAAT just happened? So I asked for the manager and just explained to her what I seen. She was like ya, if you preorder you still have to wait in the line, it's not fare for the other people that needs to order. WTF. OK, so don't preorder your pizza because when you get there and if there is a line your getting a cold pizza. I'm surprised that I didn't have to wait in line again to get my pizza after ordering it. Right? I'm sorry, but if I was in line and a customer preordered there Pizza and walked in to get it, I would have no problem with them paying ahead of me to get there Pizza. Also there was 4 registers and 1 person taking orders while 2 others walking around. Why not open another register for people that walk in that preordered? I don't feel they deserve a star at all. I asked for some fresh bbq wings to be freshly cooked and a employee went inside the warmer and gave me a container of wings. I asked how long they had been setting up there, she wouldn't give me a time but said they just had been cook a little while ago. I ask to speak to the manger and she went and gave me some wings that had been setting by the sink and pour bbq sauce over them and when I received them they was cold. Somebody needs to do something about this especial the health department. My husband ask for fresh hot cheesey bread she gave him some that was cold and had been setting in the warmer too. Oh man, they get busy! Went in on a Saturday afternoon to grab a quick pepperoni pizza and 7 people were ahead of me waiting for orders. After my order, it slowed down for about 3-5 minutes and they started knocking out the orders and then another wave of people came in... ( like 10 different people, seriously, lol ) and the girl working the front made them wait until I got my pizza ( the last order) to start taking orders again, and helped the back.
