I was in little Caesars for over a half an hour and heard nothing but people complaining that their pizza was not ready mix orders people in the parking lot waiting for their pizzas I'm not one to judge but little Caesars was my worst nightmare to order pizza and buffalo wings I have never seen people swear cancel their orders and be apologized to by the workers I was the last one there and they kept on telling me three minutes and 15 minutes went by dinner from my family I canceled when it was my son's birthday the manager apologized to me but I could not wait any longer my wife who is very upset and told me to leave 20 minutes prior as I try to be humble and wait for my buffalo wings and pizza finally I gave in and told them cancel my order after 45 minutes waiting inside little Caesars it was very sad the workers were great but the service was bad I seen people never in my whole life complain how long they've been waiting Bottom line they did not offer a comp workers we're trying their best But they cannot keep up there was people there that was waiting in the parking lot up to one hour people inside the store just complain and complain and complain and how long they been waiting I paid CASH and left with out asking for a refund my wife told me she paid for it and I was ready to pay again with my credit card they can have my money and in the future I'll just order from Pizza Hut read more

The best Little Caesars I've been to. Got the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza. Was hot and fresh, saucy too. Would buy again.

I ordered online through Doordash. When I received my order, my order was wrong. I called Little Ceasars and told them that I received the wrong order. They told me that they can't do anything about it and they can't help me. I told them to explain their policies and to tell me why can't they help me. The girl simply said I don't know, all I know is that we can't help you because you ordered online through Doordash. I looked on my recite from Little Ceasars and it has the order I ordered. All I wanted was the correct order and its sad to have places like this not care about their customers. So I just wanted to let people to know that if you order through a third party and your recite is correct BUT you receive the wrong order. Don't expect Little Ceasars to help you. You are better off ordering Pizza hut or Domino's through Doordash. At least they own up to sending the wrong order and they are quick to correct it. If I could give no stars I would give a Zero for poor customer service. Also I do understand that it is also Doordashs fault for not checking the order. I wasn't sure but I hear a lot of friends picking up pizza from here. I tried the drive through quick and ready pepperoni pizza. It didn't disappoint me and I'm so surprised I liked it so much! For the price, it's great for Hawaii. I hope it stays the same and doesn't go down quality wise. I'll definitely go back. read more

Newest spot in Hilo so of course I had to give it a try! I went later at night (They're open until midnight!) so I didn't really get a chance to see the inside of the restaurant. Instead, I went through the drive through. I tried pre-ordering on the app but it said that online ordering wasn't available. So we pulled up to the window and a nice gentleman helped us. He explained to us that we could only order from a smaller menu as it was limited when ordering right out of the pick-up window. We were given our crazy bread and pepperoni pizza in less than 3 minutes. Super convenient! The pizza and crazy bread we received wasn't hot at all which was a bummer, but I guess I couldn't expect too much as I was just ordering through the pick-up window. read more

Excellent tasting pizzas however it may take a while to get your order. If you like Pizza Hut (Which used to be my number one monthly visited fave place till I actually got major diarrhea sick from eating their LAST TWO I BOUGHT FROM THEM and they never made things right no refund no replacements and they actually ripped me off) then Little Caesars is an excellent alternative. read more

Is it just my taste buds or has Little Caesar's pizza taste gone bland? I used to love their pizza and cheesy sticks when they were in the Kona's KMart and looked forward to getting it whenever we were on the West side of the island. Only come here for the stuff cheese bread the manger, name Joyce, one of the best!! Super friendly. Recommended if anyone wants stuff cheese bread. It's small but for me totally worth in my opinion. 10/10 lovely worker's. read more

After reading other reviews we decided to get some "Pizza Pizza" from Little Caesars. Ordered on line, picked it up at the drive-thru window. Easy Peasy! We live in Kurtistown...it was still hot when I got it home. Since Little Caesars is a chain pizza restaurant, our expectations were not that high. We were definitely wrong!! The pizza is so much better than Pizza Hut (sorry "The Hut"). Plus their pricing is the best deal in town!!! We will definitely get our pizza there again!! read more

New chain restaurant in Hilo. Need to step it up. Kid behind the counter mumbled and could not be heard. Paid with cash, they did not have $1 bills and the kid handed me 16 quarters for my $4 change. I would have paid with my card before taking 16 quarters. Waiting for my food, 3 stars based on knowledge of what it should taste like. Will lower rating if food not up to par. My mom and I went to the drive thru part last night. Our average wait time (2 cars were in front of us) was about 10 mins. This was our first time there so we didn't know what to do. We thought there was going to be some kind of speaker (like how other drive thrus are) and we didn't see one so we were a little confused. Then we saw the 2 cars in front of us parking so we thought that our Crazy Bread was going to take long too or we have to get out of the car to get our Crazy Bread (it was also raining...). When we finally reached the window, the people were so nice to us and it was cool how we said we wanted the Crazy Bread and we paid and they just gave it to us! One suggestion i'd like to add is to put lighted signs on where to turn in because my mom and I were supposed to go inside and get the Crazy Bread but there was no indication as to where to turn (it was ~7pm ish when we went) so that's why we ended up in the drive thru. read more
