Let me start by saying this was hands down the worst Wingstop experience I've ever had. The wings were dry, tough, and completely overcooked. Borderline jerky. The so-called "sauce" was practically nonexistent. I had to stop at a grocery store to buy my own sauce just to make the wings edible. Imagine paying full price for wings and having to season them yourself at home. That's not a meal. That's a DIY project. To make it worse, the employees were rude and clearly didn't care. I finally had a chance to try this Wingstop location today for my lunch. I had a birthday code for the fries and today was the last day to use it for my birthday month. I placed my order through the mobile app and set the pickup time for 10:30am because that was the earliest time available. I arrived 20 minutes early just if they finish my order of 10 bone in wings with original Hot and Cajun fries early. I found parking easily and walked inside the place. The floor was already sticky for some reason and the only man working greeted me. I told him I was doing a online pickup but I'm early. He checked and said he doesn't see any mobile order so I showed him the email confirmation. He again checked and said he's not seeing it, until I asked if he wanted the order number then he said he found it. So good thing I came early because if I came at my pickup time, they might have not been working on it. The dine in here is small so be aware. It took my food like 15 minutes to be ready so it was ready at my selected pickup time. I thought the 9 out of the 10 wings were good, it was juicy and tender with the right amount of sauce. 1 of the wings was overcooked and didn't have much meat on it. The Cajun fries were good with ketchup so I was happy with my order. I got my own ranch dip since I saw they charge for it and it was cheaper getting it at a store. read more

It wasn't very good and i didn't think I'd give it another try, but we were in moorpark and stopped at that one. It was bomb! From the service to the quality of food. So now to my 2nd time visiting this one.... I want to start by saying the guy up front who's name i didn't get because i wasn't given a receipt was doing a great job. The manager however..... i feel bad for him you can tell he's fed up. So there was no ice and no lids at around 130pm. That's unacceptable imo. The fries were dark brown they were so burnt! And the wings were so butter forward it was almost inedible. I feel like if the manager actually cared she wouldn't be putting out food like this.
