What should have been ready took another 15 minutes. Although it shouldn't be this way - fine - things happen. HOWEVER- When the board showed my order was ready I came back to the counter. I was ignored. For ten minutes the people behind the counter completely ignored me while I was standing there waiting to get my food. No one looked uo at the front counter. Eventually a new customer came in. The person I spoke to when I first arrived came from the kitchen. They walked past me - ignoring me - and took their order. They then turned to go back to the kitchen. At that point I yelled " May I please have my order that's been ready for ten minutes ." They looked at me - went back to putting their dressing cups in a refrigerator- then came back to give me my food. Customer services is everything. They should have been paying attention. They should have apologized for the food taking so long, They were rude and just did not care. I put their cash tip back in my pocket and returned it to the people ordering the lunches. I warned them of the lack of customer service and advised them to go elsewhere in the future. I'll do the same.
