My husband drove up to the window and waited. Not long but he wasn't sure if there was a ringer or not. At any rate, he then knocked on the window. When she came to the window he proceeded to tell her he didn't know if she knew he was there and that was why he knocked. She rudely told him she was on the phone. Then took his card for payment, slammed the window shut and then opened the window again, handed him the pizza and bread twist then slammed the window shut . Not a thank you, have a nice day, not a smile, just rude. Im stating this because this has happened on more than 1 occasion. Maybe these employees are over worked, working short staffed or something! Anyway, we do have options when it comes to pizza. I do my best to be polite when dealing with public. It would be nice if this employee was made aware of her poor customer service.
