This place is a joke I tried calling to place a order and never got a answer after trying multiple times I downloaded the app and placed a order at 5:05pm it gave me a estimate time of 5:25pm. I went to pick it up at 5:35pm. I got there and I didn't see my name in the portal so I got in line to see what going on with my order they only had 1 cashier helping the line so I waited for about 10 minutes until I got helped he went to the back to check in on my order he finally came back after 6 minutes with my order. I ordered 2 extra most bestest pizzas with mushrooms, I could literally count the mushrooms. There were like ten mushrooms on all of the pizzas. The management is extremely bad, i ordered online to pick at the portal and the wait time estimate was 30 minutes . At the time i was expecting to pick up my name didnt appear so i was thinking ok maybe it will take longer because the store was busy so i decided to wait around 20 minutes, then i went to make line to ask them about my order. After, the cashier said that they were still doing my order so i waited another 10 minutes, and then went again doing line and asked about my order and with the same answer i asked if i could talk to the manager , at that point i was to ask to cancel my order . People need to relax. You are not the only one walking in ordering 5 pizzas. You might have to wait a few minutes to get your order. I have never had any issue with this location. It's in a very popular location near the mall and Safeway and target on Main Street. I go in knowing they might be a bit busy and it never bothers me. Of course 7pm on Friday or Saturday or during the super bowl or graduation days they will be busy and you will have to wait a bit to get your order but people are never satisfied and demand instant gratification. I don't understand why this place is getting bad reviews. Every order I've gotten was always fresh and made well. Only reason for the 4/5 stars is because the size of the store is tiny which they can't control that at all but at times you can be wedged in a small lobby with 17 other people around you causing the line to the register be mixed up. read more

First of all I walk in and did not get acknowledged by anyone in the store, second one of the girls (worker) is mentioning to another girl (worker) about an issue about a customer regarding not telling them about a wait. Today 11/4/17 at 6:50pm my boyfriend and I ordered a $6 dollar pizza, wings and crazy bread. We ordered at 6:50pm, was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes, we got to little Caesars at north main at 7:30ish or so, waited a long time (it was rush hour), once we got to the cashier it was around 7:45ish, the customer before us had not placed an order, and was there for pizza, 2 orders of wings and some crazy bread, that cashier went ahead and gave him everything immediately. Sure enough when it was our turn he told us we had to wait another "5 minutes" for our wings and they had no record of our order (it was not "5 minutes" more like 15-20 minutes). My boyfriend asked him why did we have to wait if we had placed the order around 6:50, with the wait time of 30 minutes everything should of been done around 7:20 or so. The cashier apologized and said " sorry, our communication is not great here, but we're working on it." We went ahead and waited the "5 minutes", the next group had also ordered about 4/5 pizzas with wings, and the cashier told him the same thing, you'll have to wait "5 minutes" (upon waiting for our wings, we started a conversation with the group, they let us know they had too order about an hour ago. The next customer after them, again had an order, the cashier told her the same thing as us, and the customer after us, "sorry we can't locate your order, what did you order?" Whaaaaat? What a surprise, NOT. This happens EVERY TIME, I don't understand how someone that orders ahead of time still has to wait and these employees are passing out the food that was originally yours to walk in customers, the walk in customers should be told to wait not the other way around. Anyways to add more to this, my boyfriend decided to talk to the manager to let her know how often this happens and it had been about 15 minutes of us waiting for our wings, this location recently got a new manager, her name is "GABBY" (short black hair with a bit of green in it, about 5feet and light complexion, has a tattoo on one of her forearms, looks to be around 24-30). Cashier told us, not sure if that's her actual name or a nick name. GABBY came up to the wrong couple and just bluntly told them it'll be 3 more minutes. I spoke up and said sorry that's actually for us, she then tells my boyfriend the same thing, my boyfriend starts explaining to her how often this happens, the wait time we'd been waiting and the fact that they gave a walk in customer wings instead of having the walk in customers wait. She then completely cut him off and raised her voice and said "DO YOU WANT YOUR FOOD OR A REFUND!?" My boyfriend who was not yelling, said "of course I want my food I'm just letting you know how often this happens", she then again said the same thing and kept repeating the same thing "DO YOU WANT YOUR FOOD OR NOT!?" My boyfriend again said "yes, you as the manager shouldn't be talking to me like that and raising your voice at me, I'm not yelling at you." Her response was "WELL THEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! YOU WERENT THE ONLY ONE WHO ORDERED WINGS" which is true, more people had ordered wings too, we are aware the world does not revolve around us. My boyfriend then responded "I'm aware other people order wings but we placed our order an hour ago, and your cashier gave away wings to a walk in customer without even seeing if any of those wings belonged to any orders, your system is not working, I'm speaking up for all these other customers that have had the same thing happen." She then again said "LIKE I SAID I CAN GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND AND YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!" My boyfriend said "no I want my food, that's why I'm complaining." She left, mouthing things under her breath, the couple who she originally had thought were us, turned to us and said "wow, she was so rude, that was uncalled for" at this point people were staring and like I said before it was rush hour, the group who ordered 4/5 pizzas were also complaining how rude she was to us, and them too were still waiting for there wings. At the end of it all we left around 8:05-8:08, no apology from this manager nor any politeness, or sympathy. I am also a manager for retail company, and I know that is not no way to talk to a customer, there system of "phone orders" needs to get better, they need a separate pizza oven for orders only, so this does not keep happening. They also need a better manager, someone who actually know how to take care of customers, and understands how to deal with issues, we felt harassed by the fact that she automatically attacked us, raising her voice telling us "DO YOU WANT YOUR REFUND OR NOT?" Without even actually hearing us out, all we wanted was to let her know how often this happens in hopes this could improve. We have gone ahead and contacted Corporate, I hope this isn't something that just gets brushed off, but there's actual consequences for what was said to us, they have cameras they can review footage. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in little Caesars customer service. It was HORRIBLE. I called in my food 15 minutes before arriving and I ended up waiting 25 more minutes for TWO ITALIAN CHEESY BREADS. Customers walking in and out waiting at the most 2 minutes for their food. Then after 20 minutes she tells me that "someone stole one of the ones that came out of the oven." After a disgusting experience at Northridge Mall aka swapmeet. I headed over to Little Caesars pizza before hitting the highway to go home. Glad I did.
