Pizza as good as always but ridiculously expensive! Used to get coupons in the mail and would get pizza at least once a month if not more. Coupons stopped and now notice on the rare times we indulge ourselves the place is always empty even during lunch or dinner times. Asked why no more coupons and worker told me the owner who owns all the locations in the area didn't want to do coupons anymore. I asked how business was and he said it was DOWN over 50%. No coupons, $20.00 minimum wage and ridiculous price and it's easy to need why they're not doing much business. read more

My friend and I went in close to closing time which, at the time of writing this, was different than what's on the Yelp listing. But they were nice anyway and got our pizzas' to us quickly. Nice enough interior, looks clean, a bunch of tvs mostly playing sports. I got a small pizza with artichoke which was $14 something. We have been getting Papa Murphy pizza for many, many years. I can deal with the pizzas getting a little smaller but they have cut back on the amount of sauce they put on the pizza. We even ask for extral sauce but still get a dry pizza. Not a good as they were. Will be trying other pizza companies. read more

I decided to order the Awesome combo pizza for delivery and am very disappointed. The pizza, delivered by GrubHub, took over an hour and the pizza was stone cold. I understand the delivery issue may not be Pizza Factory's fault, that is not my main complaint. This pizza was so dryyyyy I opened a jar of Ragu to make it more edible. I've ordered from this place before and know to always ask for extra sauce, which I did do in this case, but clearly didn't happen. At least there was a good amount of toppings, other than the lack of cheese and sauce. Irritated, I called GrubHub and did receive some credit thankfully for a microwaved, dry but somewhat edible pizza with the help of Ragu. I wont be ordering from them again. read more

An eight year update! Yeah...it's just an okay pie, nothing noticeable different than a good frozen pizza. Called in for a pick-up, nice that it was done on time. The service is quick but it took two people and five minutes to take a two dollar coupon off. Checking out the interior seems like the same as when they first opened up, nothing new in there. The pizza looked good and kinda tasted okay after you sled the toppings back on the crust. I don't know why that happened...but should it? And should you have to rebuild a 30 dollar large? I booked the space at this location for a baby shower this past Saturday I almost spent $400.The manager Wendy was extremely unprofessional, immature and rude. when I booked the party, I booked it with someone else and I was told that I cannot bring any outside food because they are serving pizza and appetizers, I went over everything with them before I paid and I asked if I am allowed to bring water and juices for the kids, fruit platters and chips. Her response was yes that is OK. She said people do it all the time as long as you do not bring main dishes. I ordered a total of 8 X-Large for my guests. When I got to the party on Saturday, the manager Wendy went to get me from the table as I was with my guest, extremely upset, very unprofessional and demanded that I go to the front and talk to her. My guest were very concerned because of how unprofessional and ridiculous she acted in front of everyone. When I went to go talk to her she told me that I am not allowed to bring outside food and that I was going to be charged a $50 fee also, there were some guests that had brought alcohol which I completely understand but I had no idea that was going on and I also asked her to address the people that had brought it in because I wasn't aware of it. She stood there and argued with me about how we cannot bring outside food after I had explained to her multiple times that the person that booked the party for me had told me it was OK. She then continue to argue with me and get really frustrated. Bobbing her head at me saying that whoever booked the party would never say that, implying that I am a liar. She ruined babyshower because of how bad she treated me. She was so disrespectful to me. she put a damper on my whole day. The space was small and extremely hot. Also, whoever brought in the alcohol did not enter the premises they were outside. We were still forced to pay the $50 fee at the end of the night. An employee pulled me aside and apologized on her behalf and said that she has never seen anyone get charged for bringing stuff that I brought such as juices, water chips, etc. The manager Wendy is so unprofessional and acted like a child. Today my family ordered from Pizza Factory today and we were very amazed at how fast our pizza came today and the pizza tasted delicious as always. Now to talk about the real star of dinner today and once you see what you'll get and all you'll say is "Subway move over". My mom got one of Pizza Factory's sandwiches and I can tell you in one word that if you want to buy a sandwich Pizza Factory's sandwiches might take some of Jersey Mike's or Ike's Love And Sandwiches glory away. Because my mom was impressed with her sandwich and it scored a perfect 10 with her and not only was her sandwich great Mom also got potato chips with her sandwich and that is something not often seen in restaurants with kind people. Salinas South Main Pizza factory was once a really good restaurant but for some reason lately the food has been of poor quality I will give you an example we ordered a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings and our total was almost $40 for.. pizza was lukewarm at best and what is advertised as Buffalo Wings is what appears to an oven burnt chicken nugget drizzled with sauce. This was a carry out order with a cupon and for the size of pizza I thought it was a lil to expensive so I didn't want to tip, well there is no option to tip. It was good when we use to live here back in 2006-2011 and we just stopped back today for the first time since then and it's still great. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. We love coming for the lunch buffet. Pizza, breadsticks, salad and some amazing soup (I call it pizza soup) and a drink. Sometimes they randomly add other items to the buffet but not too often. The pizzas come out quick, hot and fresh. They have a room you can reserve for parties and the parking lot is big enough for your entire party to park. read more

Did not have a good experience with Pizza Factory on Main St. we ordered one pizza, one lasagna, one tortellini, one Caesar salad, and one dinner salad to be delivered by Grubhub. We received all items except the dinner salad. When my wife called, the woman asked us who delivered. We said we didn't know other than it was Grubhub. Woman then put her on hold then came back and said "we are really busy, I will need to call you back". The woman was about to hang up when my wife asked her if she needed our phone number which we provided. Pizza Factory never called us back to refund us the dinner salad which was $12. As of Monday, there is no adjustment to the debit to our card. Business has poor customer service and basically ripped us off for $12.
