First we walked in to pickup our order that we placed online to not get acknowledged for almost 15 mins because the girl was to busy on the phone messing up someone's order from what I heard. The food was amazing! I ordered my usual 10 boneless wings with a side of veggies which the server, Caitriona (very unique name btw!), was very happy and brought everything to our table on time. She served with a positive attitude and a great smile and did ask us a few times if we needed anything which is greatly appreciated. The bad thing here is always packed since it seems there's not a lot of servers/waiters/waitresses which can make someone very impatient at times even more so if you are VERY VERY hungry. There was only an apology from the general worker. However the manager (Leyla) gave no effort, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I sent it back and ordered a different drink. When my food arrived my wings were lukewarm and my salad was gross. The only good thing I ate that was any good was the carrot and celery sticks. It wasn't very busy so there is obviously a lack of training and presentation which a a reflection of management. I like coming here to watch sports and dine in once in a while but the last few times I've had the worse experiences. Servers take forever to bring the drinks and food, and don't follow up with their tables. I don't know if the kitchen is understaffed but every time I get wings they look mediocre drops of sauce on them not even sauced and fries are cold, just disgusting at that point. The manager Leyla just sits on her phone and has an attitude every time I come treats her employees like garbage. I watched her yell at a worker who made a mistake didn't bother to lead and find a solution, as someone who works as a business manager my top priority would be leading my team but it seems like she doesn't have expectations for her crew since they have poor customer service skills, poor communication, no priority over their customers or the food whatsoever. Great environment but man the customer service lacks even the bare minimum. If you plan to come here don't, you're better off hitting Wingstop to get your money's worth, and have an overall better experience. As for the franchise I recommend training your staff, and have a better management team so the crew can be more efficient, give them the right resources to succeed within your company it's a disgrace to see such a good company disregard their business and employees in a horrible way. Walked in at 2 was told a 15-20 minute wait. We sat down and waited got our table around 220. We went to our local Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner tonight and we were told that there was a wait time of about 25 minutes. I asked the host "why is there a wait time wait time with all these open tables"? He said because there are 5 parties in ahead of us. So we decided to take an order to go. At that time I asked the young man at the register the same question and we were told that "yes, there are many open tables but they can't overwhelm the servers because they don't have enough servers to take care of the entire restaurant". So that means the customers are less important than the staff! What they need to do is hire enough servers to be able to handle the restaurant at full capacity. I have never in my life seen this before in any other restaurant. We, as consumers/customers are the only reason you even have a restaurant as we. Showing us we aren't an important part of your business is going to run your customers away. On top of the extremely poor service, we arrived home to eat our dinner we bought and they completely got our order wrong. Honestly don't know if that was on accident due to ignorance or if it was ordered incorrectly because the fact that I complained?
