WORST LITTLE CAESAR EXPERIENCE EVER, whoever owns this location needs to have their franchise pulled!! I have eaten here 5-7 times over the past 4 years and each purchase has me pushing little Caesar's away! last week went in there around 5:45 and the entire staff was shewing customers out door due to 35-45/50 min wait. I left. I went back today and it's clear to me there is no QA being upheld at this location, their pizza cut the roof of my mouth how stale and hard it was! Placed an online order at 5:40 that was to be ready at 6:13-18. It took an 1hr and 15 mins to get my food. The place was packed bc the workers were so chaotic. Idk if they didn't have enough staff or if staff didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. My pizza was the wrong crust, overcooked, pepperoni were all over the pizza while very little of the other toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza, and crazy bread didn't really have any of the oil/butter and seasoning. I placed an order online regular pie n Italian crazy bread, to pickup after work. I was tired n hungry and was craving pizza. I should of asked the girl behind the counter to show it to me, but I didn't think of it. BTW the young girl was very professional n courteous. When I got home the pizza was dry n so well done the cheese was brown color. I ate a few slices with my friend but couldn't stomach it. We came in at a normally slow part of the day to get a pizza. They did have a couple big orders that they were filling, but we asked for an extra most bestest, and there happened to be one in the hot and ready bin. Instead they decided to make us wait 20 minutes for a pizza only for us to get home and find that we needed to put it back in the oven because it was still very doughy. After being ripped off by the other Statesville location and having them play games with me. The district manager reached out to me finally after bashing them for 2 months straight on social media. The other location never answers the phone but the gm at this location picked up the phone before the 2nd ring. I explained my issue with the other store and that I spoke with the district manager. She restored my faith in the brand again. Highly recommend this store. I've had pizza here before but it's further out. I'll go here from now on because the customer service is top notch. It's so much better than the other location. And for two months I went to war with little caesers and was ready to stop going there. read more

This is the absolute worse location you could go to. I kept calling to make an order and someone kept picking the phone up and hanging up. So I made an online order. I made the order at 2:43 pm and I needed it by 6pm. I went to pick the order up @ 5:30 pm and there is a handwritten sign on the door that says "We will be closing at 5pm" When the employee sees me, she ducks behind the counter as if I didnt see her. Since I saw her and I know she saw me, she decides to open the door. Long story short, they did not make my pizzas( I ordered 8) and I still have not recieved my refund. There was no communication that my pizzas were not going to be made and if I hadnt shown up early to pick them up, I wouldve never gotten answers. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I went across to street to Dominoes and they made me 10 pizzas in 25 minutes with only 2 employees. This is unacceptable and I will be retunring to this store everyday until they refund me my money. Pizza is great... When it is correct. What is the point of the portal if every time you use it, it's not made right and then you have to wait for them to correct it with NO compensation. Seriously, every single time. Obviously, corporate doesn't pay attention nor care because I have completed a survey each time and nothing has changed. Pizza quality has really improved since the new manager took over. I prefer this store over the other location any day. Manager is always super nice and professional. Crazy bread is on point. Always a pleasant experience every time I go into the store. read more

This restaurant gets no stars from me, tonight was my second visit in the past 3 weeks and both times I left empty handed and upset. Both times were due to poor customer service. The first visit the employee had an attitude when I walked up to order, she was in the middle of a conversation with another employee and I guess I interrupted. She asked for my order and as I began to talk she started her conversation with the other employee again. So a second time she asks my order, I ask for a hot and ready and she replies it will be thirty minutes. now I could have waited because I have nothing else to do but I refuse to give my hard earned money to a restaurant with careless employees, so I left. Well tonight I decided to try it again, walk up the young girl was so friendly and nice and created a better atmosphere than the previous, age takes my order and I hand her my card. I notice she keeps sliding it back and forth, and I know it works because I had just used it at the food lion next door. She slides it at least 10 times before going to get help. The "GM" comes out slides it two more times and hands it back to me and tells me that she can not take my card because it is expired. She never looks at my card to verify that this was indeed true, so I look just to make sure I did not hand her the wrong card. My card does not expire until March 2019. She tells me there's nothing she can do and that she can not put the card in manually, I say my words and walk out. With this being my second occurrence with this store I decided to go back in and ask for a number to the corporate office. After a few minutes the "GM" comes back out with some evil smirk on her face, guess I shouldn't say smirk since I was able to see that her teeth were attempting to rot up top. She basically tells me there is no corporate number for me to call and that basically she was the person I needed to complain to. Well I work retail and I know that is bull crap there is always someone higher up. She then asks to see my card again so that she could prove to me that it was no going to work. Basically trying to make me feel like an ass in front of all the other customers. I simply did not need her to reslide my card 2,000 more times I just wanted a number to corporate. For some reason this was hilarious to her. I'll never go there or to any other lil c franchise ever again they have lost my business for sure. O and not to mention there is a Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Papa Murphys and Domino's right in this same area, I had other options but I chose Lil C instead.
