With an upcoming play date planned between myself and a gf, I was happy that this particular park was picked for our meet up. First things first, this park is MASSIVE! Delano Manongs Park is broken into 10 parts- YES, I SAID 10!! This includes a small and large dog park, multiple gardens, a fitness station, and a number of play structures to keep all your little munchkins happily occupied. The park is very well kept, the restrooms are very doable, and with its large size, there isn't that congested feeling you get with other locations. On top of the many perks, there is a large field to kick or throw around a few balls. The only flaw- and might I add that it is a big one- is the lack of actual shade. Your relief from the sun's powerful rays is limited to the gazebo where the benches are or using the large flower structures as a shield. 5/5 stars all in all. This is lots of fun for kids of all ages.

From what my son described and from my conversations with staff, a significant portion of the day appeared to be unstructured free play. While there was some instruction related to the weekly topic, much of the day seemed to involve activities such as playing with Legos and socializing. My son reported spending only one to two hours on the advertised AI-related activities. Another concern was the lack of transparency regarding daily activities. Parents were not permitted to observe the program, and when I asked staff for a detailed breakdown of the curriculum and daily schedule, I was unable to get a clear explanation of what the children were learning or accomplishing throughout the week. My son also mentioned that children ate lunch on the floor and that there were ants present in the eating area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and supervision. When I contacted the camp to discuss my concerns, I did not feel that they were adequately addressed. Instead of receiving specific information about the program, I was told that other children were enjoying themselves. While it's great that children are having fun, I enrolled my son in this camp because it was marketed as an educational experience, and I expected a stronger academic component for the price. As a result, I chose to withdraw my son from the program. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a refund. We had originally considered having a petting zoo, but after finding Bunny Gurus, we realized it was actually the better option for our party. Instead of a large setup with lots of different animals competing for attention, this gave the kids a more personal, hands-on experience with the bunnies. They were able to slow down, interact with them, and really enjoy the experience in a way that wouldn't have been possible with a traditional petting zoo. From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless. They responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all of my questions, and made everything incredibly easy. Their website clearly explained the different packages, and we chose the smaller package, which still included 10 adorable bunnies--more than enough for our party! The staff was absolutely wonderful with the children. They were patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the rabbits they care for. They shared fun facts about each bunny's personality and habits while encouraging the kids to gently interact with them, build trust, and bond with the animals. They made each child feel special by pointing out when a bunny seemed to like them, which really boosted the kids' confidence and made the experience even more meaningful. They brought everything needed for the setup, along with a huge variety of bunny-safe treats that kept the kids engaged throughout the event. The children loved getting to feed the rabbits, watch them do fun tricks with certain treats, and our birthday kids even got the opportunity to hold a bunny at the end!
