I filled my plate and after enjoying that chose about 8 assorted sushi bites. My beverage was hot tea which was brought to my table within a minute of my arrival. Everything was fresh and tasty. My appetite mostly assuaged, I went back up for some dessert pickings (see photo) I also enjoyed a cup of wonton soup, freshly prepared. (pic attached). The bill for me came to $20.09 plus a tip which I happily included because my pleasant server was so accommodating, smiled a lot, hustled, and evidently tried her best. I brought my own hand sanitizer and really think that they should be available since people touch all sort of nasty things and then touch the utensils at the buffet bar. If a tourist to our historic and charming town, check it out rather than visiting a national burger franchise.
