They have a walk-up counter for ordering with a few tables. It's a nice meeting up place or a nice place to sit while you chomp on a quality bagel or fantastic breakfast sandwich. Great bagels and bagel spread. But the woman behind the counter does not wear gloves. I could get past that if she sanitized her hands after handling money. She preps ur order. Handles money does not sanitize and then continues to handle your food?? I've walked out previously while this happens. like a sucker I gave it another shot today. She was cleaning counters with a rag. Serves New England Coffee which is a good large brand. Cute location but it felt like they were trying to do too much with their menu. Should reduce their menu and focus on quality. Cold brew was a little gritty feeling. Decaf coffee was brewed fresh which was good. read more

Werp. I think that my previous enthusiasm was due to a recent reunion with carbs.... Have stopped in here a few times and while - yeah....a LOT of coffee flavors and spreads galore - it's like Ariel said.....'I want more'. Here's my biggest beef(s) with this little bean: #1) Each of the 4 times I've returned the cashier didn't wear gloves when handling my bagel....then my money.....then my bagel. Pretty sure that's a health code violation. One time the woman (owner?) started by using a piece of parchment paper, but then full-on palmed my bagel before just picking it up to run it through the toaster. #2) THEY ONLY USE STYROFOAM CUPS. Yes, you can bring your own cup/mug....but shouldn't we WANT to encourage eco-friendly choices (or at least less 'kill the planet' choices)? Recently I asked in a chipper tone "So when are you changing over to eco-friendly materials?" :-) The response was friendly, but just not one I can support: those selections are more expensive and they're afraid of passing that expense on to the customer. I get it - but I can't get behind it. #3) What constitues as 'toasted' = warmed....not crispy toasty. I've asked for 'extra toasty', but even running my bagel through three times only resulted in minimal golden edges. Would love to get on the Little wagon ..... but until proper health guidelines are followed and a shred of love for the environment shown, I'll be making mine at home. read more

This was a coffee lover's heaven! They had a great selection of coffee flavors, bagels and bakery treats. The decor is so cute. Photos of local zoo animals eating their bagels - awesome! Plenty of seating and very friendly staff. We tried the iced strawberry shortcake coffee and it tasted exactly like a strawberry eclair bar. We also tried the swiss chocolate almond coffee and it was really good. For food, we went with an asiago bagel with their veggie cream cheese. Delicious. Best cream cheese I've had in forever. We also couldn't resist the banana blondie bar. Not something I've ever seen. It was so good. Yum. All of this came to a very reasonable $11. I stop in here for hot or iced coffee at least once a week. I like flavored coffee and they always have 3 or 4 hot and a couple dozen iced options to choose from. Owners and staff are friendly and their homemade muffins (they usually have a few in addition to commercial muffins and bagels) are unusual and tasty. read more
