    Parisian Chocolate Flan Tart
    Steven N.

Definitely one of the top spots in SD to get some French food. I'm not going to pretend that I have a lot of experience in French cuisine, but for what it's worth's it was delicious. I had the Frenchie dip. It was the BEST French Dip that I've had.the bread and meat combo was simple yet delicious. The Au Jus sauce was so flavorful. For dessert we had the Parisian hot chocolate. It was decadent and delicious. The chocolate combined with the pastry was so mouth watering. Service was amazing as the staff are kind and knowledgeable. It does suck that this place is reservations only as I saw people get turned down, but i guess that means the demand is high. Definitely a unique spot to check Out if you're in SD!

My friends and I were in town and everyone except me saw a video of Little Frenchie's viral hot chocolate in the croissant cup, so we got ourselves a brunch reservation on our last day in town to try that! Even though it was a Wednesday, the place was packed and they did not allow any walk-ins, reservations only. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share: * Parisian Hot Chocolate ($16) with two spiral cups ($6 each) as add-on * French Onion Soup ($22) * GB&J ($22) with bacon add-on ($4) * The Frenchie Dip ($28) The hot chocolate is decadent and best consumed with the spiral cup. If you just want a taste, one pot is enough for 2-3 people. For our group of 4, two spiral cups (aka the croissant) gave each of us a nice amount of croissant-hot chocolate ratio to enjoy. All the food we ordered was quite yummy! We split it all and was sufficiently satisfied without feeling too food comatose. Our favorite, besides the hot chocolate with spiral cup, was the GB&J with bacon (do not skip on the bacon). Our server was awesome and so was everyone at Little Frenchie. We were checked on several times during our meal to make sure our food was okay and whether we needed anyone. The cafe itself is such a cute and fun brunch spot. If it wasn't so hot, we would've opted for a table outside. I think I saw a small parking lot, but we just took our chances with street parking.

Make sure you have a reservation as they had a sign posted that said no walk ins. We sat at a patio table outside with plenty of shade which was appreciated especially since we had the fur babies with us. The servers were very friendly! Everything we tried was tasty! But the dishes are pretty heavy so keep that in mind. We tried the French dip, the short rib hash, and the hot chocolate I wouldn't add the table side cheese service , but that was just my personal preference It's on a Main Street so give yourself some time to park and walk

They deliver the bill in a passport- like book. So cute!

Hanging in Coronado, you have to stop this adorable brunch spot! I definitely recommend sitting outside to enjoy the amazing weather. I came here with some friends while visiting San Diego and this place did not disappoint! Tyler was our server and he was truly patient, kind and flexibly during our dining experience. We ordered the banana Nutella croissant that was out of this world! Soooo good! It's definitely large enough to share with 3-4 peoples but it tasted so good that you may not want to share lol It's enormous, so don't be greedy lol I ordered the avocado toast and it was delightfully delicious! It was so good that I forgot to take a pic of it before I devoured it lol I polished everything off with an extra sweet caramel latte, made my Tyler, that was delicious to the last drop! Final tip ....MAKE RESERVATIONS or you may not have the opportunity to experiment this gem! I saw many people being turned away on a weekday because they were booked solid with reservations.

Thank you Emily for accommodating us! Emily did what she could to seat us even though the restaurant was fully booked. We had arrived late to our reservation due to an accident in traffic, but the staff did what they could to get ensure my daughter was not disappointed. We are so very grateful! Aside from the wonderful staff, the food was delicious. I am obsessed with finding the perfect latte. We ordered a latte with marshmallow syrup that went amazingly with the crepe we ordered. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and well-operated.

Tried out the Little frenchie after the Instagram of the hot chocolate in the croissant video reached me. My friend and I made reservations, which I would recommend especially for a weekend. We received great service from the hostess and servers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our server gave us tips on how to enjoy the food we ordered best. I did not try the French dip, but it looked good. I had the rib hash. It was delicious. The mushrooms were just soaked in great flavor from the beef and all the seasonings. I would recommend the rib hash. The hot chocolate was delicious, a little bit too sweet for my taste. Which I didn't know as I never had " Parisian" hot chocolate before. But I can definitely see people truly enjoying this. I did order a latte that I enjoyed much more than the chocolate. I didn't pay that much attention to the place itself. You could say it's an unassuming spot with good service. Overall a good experience and would recommend you try it out.

Why does my hollandaise look like soft scrambled eggs?
    Michelle L.

Overall service was great. I was highly disappointed in the benedict that I got though. I really thought it was soft scrambled eggs on top of my benedict at first. How can you serve hollandaise like this? Who really thought this was acceptable to serve for a French restaurant?

This has been on my bucket list for a LONG time. Came in randomly on a Monday afternoon, totally aware of the reservation recommendation. Was greeted kindly and told to return at 3:30 as they reset for Happy Hour service. We were seated right at 3:30 as a walk-in. Can't remember of the tatted gentleman who took care of us on the patio, but he was great! We ordered: the Parisian hot chocolate, another hot chocolate à la carte, mocha, tiramisu, + a cheese board for $88. The Parisian hot chocolate was definitely shareable honestly. It was SO worth the hype, we enjoyed the presentation and the taste! All staff was kind and welcoming. Enjoyed the ambiance of the place too, super comfortable and unique. Parking could totally be a nightmare, we got super lucky with a spot in the front. Overall, the experience was well worth it and would certainly return!

Brunch at Little Frenchie is a relaxed and delicious interlude. Reservations are a must. Portions are generous and the wait staff were attentive even though they were very busy. The sidewalk seating is a pleasant addition.

The food is really good especially if you are a cheese lover like me. I ordered cheese burger. The Raclette is being served or scraped to your burger... yummy! The side truffle fries is nothing special as compared to other truffle fries. Their cocktails are good too. I had the juice of the few flowers, it's a sparkling rose wine. Love it. For the finale, i tried the Parisian Chocolate with strawberries and croissants. It's good but too much for one person. Customer service is good especially our waitress. She was able to explain how to eat this Parisian chocolate. The place is by reservation! Take note, difficult to get reservations that's how popular this place is! Inside is small but they also have outside patio. I don't like to be seating by the restroom, for some reason I have a feeling we are gonna be placed by the restroom (cuz the place inside is small), but they are nice enough to move us away from the restroom when we requested to be transferred. Also i noticed that there are flies in the place. I keep on swatting the flies out. Parking by the street is hard to find. There's a garage parking for $40! We will surely come back because the food is good.

Little Frenchie is super cute! My friend and I went and ordered two coffees, a main dish and the hot chocolate croissant. The serving sizes were really small for the prices they charge just be aware! We paid $80 total with a tip and still left hungry. The food was good though but not worth $25 for a croissant. I think it's a fun spot to go but the prices they charge are a little crazy for the value you get. We also were hoping to take photos and noted it in our reservation we made weeks in advance yet were placed in a corner by the bathrooms so be aware if you're coming to take cute photos you may not be able to get any. I'm not sure if I'd go back but it was cute to go once.

I came for the hot cocoa spiral croissant, but it's offered on a first-come, first-served. Wish me luck!

I was really looking forward to trying Little Frenchie, especially their famous hot cocoa spiral croissant, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:30 p.m. (they close at 9:00pm) and, despite there being many empty tables, I was told they only accepted reservations and the earliest available table was at 6:00 p.m.--even though I was dining alone. It honestly felt like they prioritized larger parties over a solo diner, since so many tables remained empty for well over an hour. I explained that I had come specifically for the hot cocoa spiral croissant, and they let me know it was first come, first served. I accepted that and returned at 5:45 p.m. When I came back, the restaurant still had plenty of empty tables, and at 6:00 p.m. I was seated at the exact same table for two that had been empty for almost an hour and a half. After being seated, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone came to my table. During that time, several staff members walked by, moving things around, but no one acknowledged me, even though the restaurant wasn't full. When my server finally arrived, I was told they had already run out of the hot cocoa spiral croissant. They did offer me a complimentary pastry, which I appreciated, but after waiting so long, it felt like a waste of time. I understand that limited pastries are first come, first served, but the overall customer service and handling of the situation were disappointing. For me, the hype just wasn't worth it.

The most perfect bunch was had here!! It's an adorable place serving the most amazing food, with the absolute best service! We started with a glass of champagne and the escargot for us, and the kids with the La Parisian Hot Chocolate - do not skip this!! Make sure to get it with fresh cream and strawberries served in the spiral croissant- because, oh em geee!!! Then we moved on to: crepes for the kids, the Frenchie Toast, Smoked Salmon Tartine, an American breakfast and a Bloody Mary for me. Everything was exactly what I was hoping it would be! The flavors were all blended beautifully and tasted amazing! I ended up ordering a baguette to go and snacked on it later that day with their butter - sooo freaking good! And so sad I didn't order more pastries to go! Don't make the same mistake I did - order more to-go for later!
