This place is wonderful! I don't usually write yelp reviews, but this place has earned it and I'd love for other people to know about them. I'll start with my Dentist, Dr. Minal Patel. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and has a kind demeanor. Add to that the fact that she's great at communicating what needs to be done, explaining things so they are easy to understand, communicating what she is doing while she works on you, and then communicating what you need to do once you leave the office. I had Invisalign done from her and after a year and a half my smile isn't buried in the back of my mouth! And it's all thanks to her! The Hygienist, Dominique. I've only ever had okay or very bad experiences with my teeth cleanings. That is until Dominique worked on my teeth. She was excellent! She was gentle and diligent; instead of jabbing between my teeth to get something out she would simple keep scrapping until the build up came out or broke down into smaller pieces to make them easier to get out. It was actually painless. No nicks on my gums, no scrapes to the side of my mouth, no insensitive scrubbing on my teeth. Painless! The Staff. They are all very friendly, professional, and willing to hear your concerns. If I had any questions that I forgot to ask the dentist they would happily oblige me, or make sure someone contacted me with the information I was seeking. If you're not into going to the dentist, if you don't like your current dentist and are looking for a change - I'd give this place a try! read more

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. I have always had this irrational fear of dying a slow, painful death at the hands of a dentist's tools. All that has changed since I started coming to Park Place Smiles :D Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing! I experienced the same genuine respect, as well as thorough work, with every question answered to complete satisfaction, as these other reviewers. I feel as if I have very little to say that hasn't already been expressed in previous reviews. I cannot recommend this office enough. This is the most anxiety free environment one can possibly have dental work done. If you are a scaredy-cat, like me, and have put off having your teeth looked at for any reason, then this is your place. Im sorry but i think this dentist office paid for the below reviews...they are totally undeserved. This dental office is an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately my old dentist sold his practice to Dr. Patel and Co. I stayed with the same office with an open mind, but I as well as my whole family began experiencing issues almost immediately. Versus literally every other dentist Ive been to, Dr Patel's practice is based upon trying to "sell" you more services than you actually need in order to rack up the bill. "Deep cleaning", phantom cavities, cosmetic inperfections. You name it she will push it at you. I also received considerable flack from her office when I decided against having xrays when I had just had them done six months prior. The final straw was the rudeness of her office staff. I had an appt scheduled for yesterday and last week her extremely rude secretary called me and told me to call delta dental and fix my insurance bc it wasnt showing up for them. I called delta and sure enough everything was correct and no problem. Delta dental tried to call them (no answer), i tried to call them (no answer). The day of my appointment the same rude secretary called me and said since i didnt fix the problem she was cancelling my appointment. I told her there was no problem and both the insurance co and i tried to call her. I suggested she call delta dental herself. Her response was to say that she didnt do that. Fed up i said look ill just find another dentist. She made a snarky reply and that was that. Sorry for the long review but i want others to understand that it is a huge mistake to go to this dentist. Please try and find someone, anyone else to attend to your dental care. read more

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to with the most professional and experienced staff! I had a tooth implant procedure and have not had any problems since. I have been to the office several times since and have never been happier that I made the switch! Dr. Patel took me in as a first time patient 15 minutes prior to closing because she was concerned about what I was describing to her over the phone. She has a nice demeanor, doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Her staff were very kind and accommodating. Excellent Dental Practice! Recently needed to take my mother for extensive dental work and went to several dental practices for assessments and was told mom would need major surgury and it was all very overwhelming. However once we found Dr Minal Patel we knew it was the right choice. The practice has expert staff who have specialist knowledge and much more than that I could trust that mom was in good care and would get all the help she needed.
