The best deal here is probably the 14'' slice + Fountain Drink combo for $7. Great deal for a quality slice and unlimited refills. Service has always been great to me. Small side tangent: One time I had to use the restroom real bad, and some dude was occupying it for wayyy too freaking long. Anyways, I was too timid to bang on the door and felt uncomfortable asking to use the ladies' room, so I asked the worker at the front if the restroom was out of order or if someone was really just using it for that long. She took it upon her self to bang on the door a bit, and when nobody came out, she offered to let me use the women's. Definitely made me feel more comfortable having her offer like that, and I appreciate how thoughtful she had been regarding the situation. One of our slices ended up being comp'd as well, which I appreciated. Going back as much as i can.

The pizza had good flavor and the ingredients tasted fresh, but it didn't really stand out compared to other places I've been to. The customer service wasn't bad. The staff were polite and everything went smoothly with the order, but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the experience. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're in the area and want pizza, but it's probably not a place I'd go out of my way for. Still, not a bad experience, just average.

The Balance. Harmony. Inner peace... in pizza form will satisfy the hunger monster inside. The star of the show: the by far the Hawaiian pizza. This pizza is a masterpiece of contrast--the sweetness dances, the ham kicks back, and neither one steals the spotlight. It's bold without being loud, comforting without being boring. Honestly? It should be studied. Big T's is one of those true mom-and-pop gems--the kind of place that puts soul (and let's be real, probably love and a little magic) into every pie. Even their classic pepperoni and cheese isn't "just" pepperoni and cheese. If young need a big party pizza the body Slammer is the way to go. Thoughtful. Like someone actually cared while making it (because they did). And the crust? Oh, the crust. Soft on the inside with that perfect crunch on the outside--the kind that makes you eat the end instead of leaving sad little crust bones on the plate. The service is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. You walk in hungry and leave full, happy, and slightly emotionally attached. On top of that, Big T's is affordable, which makes every bite taste even better. Totally worth the trip, gas money included.

But since we really like their pizza, I just pushed through and placed the order anyway. When I got there, though, my experience completely turned around. The woman at the cashier was an absolute sweetheart, total opposite of the person on the phone. I was in a bit of a rush and kind of panicking while trying to figure out if I had cash, and she was so calm and reassuring. She told me to take my time and check, which I really appreciated. We ended up having a small conversation, and she even mentioned that she has anxiety too and understands how it feels to be rushed in situations like that. That really stuck with me, her kindness and patience made a big difference in my visit. Honestly, I'd come back just because of her customer service alone. And of course, the pizza itself is always good! We usually order the huge one with the tiny slices that barely fits in the trunk lol.

A food reviewer that I follow on IG visited this restaurant 2x because she thought it was so…read moredelicious, which is what prompted me to place an order for delivery. I ordered most of the same items that she did, but I unfortunately didn't have the same experience/reaction that she did. What I ordered: ~ Sicilian Style Pizza made The Bon Appetit Way; 1/5 ~ Crinkle-cut Fries with extra seasoning; 1/5 ~ Mama Mary's Meatballs; 5/5 ~ Churros Bites (12pc); 4/5 ~ Side of Garlic Butter; 1/5 ~ Side of Ranch Dressing; 0/5 The Garlic Butter had that jarlic (minced garlic in a jar) flavor to it which was unappetizing. The Ranch Dressing was thick but also very tangy and sour, which I did not like. The Sicilian Style (18 Inches) pizza was flavorless. I ordered it the Bon Appetit way (hot honey, basil, ricotta dollops) and added pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives as toppings. The ricotta and the hot honey didn't complement one another, they just clashed and tasted terrible. The mozzarella cheese was already cold and didn't taste like a high quality cheese. My toppings were also stuck to the top of the box when I received it. Not sure why they don't use the little plastic things that are made just for that reason. I also ordered the Fries and requested the crinkle-cut style with extra seasoning. Horrible. Half the fries weren't fully cooked. They were soggy and although I asked for extra seasoning, they were still bland. I'd hate to see what regular seasoning looked like. Mama Mary's Meatballs were actually pretty delicious. The meatballs weren't dry, they were really moist and tender. The marinara sauce poured over the meatballs was seasoned well and with the addition of the mozzarella cheese melted on top, these were really flavorful. Probably best meatballs from a restaurant that I've had in a very long time. The 12 Churros Bites were warm and soft with just the right amount of crunch. I requested extra cinnamon and sugar topping and they were perfectly sweet. I spent a lot of money on food that will be going in the trash. I really wanted to like this pizza, but sadly I have yet to find a really good pizza in the IE. My search continues.

The service over the phone was great. The lady answered my questions and gave me options I didn't know were available. She was also the one who helped me when I came in to pay. A very nice and professional person. They also offer a rewards program - every $90 spent you get $10 off a future order! The ambiance here is very casual. Dine in is available here but the seating is limited. It could be difficult to accommodate a large crowd. The inside is very clean and smells like a pizzeria. They also have hand scoop and prepackaged ice cream available. They carry Pepsi products to drink and have a pretty good selection. I ordered a Sicilian Pizza w/ Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapeños Bon Appetit style (it includes hot honey, basil, and fresh ricotta dollops). I also ordered the family meal - 2 two topping pizzas, wings, salad, breadsticks, and 2L soda. My total was $83 which was a little pricey for pizza in my opinion but I don't mind if the food is good. In my opinion, I wouldn't get the breadsticks or house salad again. The breadsticks had a great garlic flavor but they were dry and hard. I prefer a softer chewier breadstick. The salad wasn't horrible, it was just underwhelming. I enjoyed the wings and they were quite large. I opted for Mango Habanero. I will say, these were the mildest Mango Habanero wings I've ever had and it's not a complaint because my babe was able to eat them without sweating. The Sicilian pizza, Bon Appetit style, has a sophisticated taste and may not be for everyone. It's an explosion of different flavors and textures. I personally enjoyed it. The sweet, salty , and spicy was quite enjoyable. I'd give it a solid 8 because of the pizza dough. It was cooked all the way through but seemed a little dry. It's still definitely worth getting again, it's that good. My baby said I should've gotten it on the traditional pizza because it was bomb and full of flavor. Hands down - it's definitely worth trying. Next time I'm going to try their sandwiches... Also, don't sleep on the wings!!!...

Banana pudding Matcha 9/10 needed a little more ice. Mazapan Latte 10/10 perfect and I like less ice . My first time trying a Dirty Soda I ordered the Cherry Bomb and I was surprised how good it was.
