The interiors were colorful and photogenic. The bar was good. Margaritas were excellent, but the IPAs were OK.Service was really good and lots of seating inside to dine in . Burritos with the best of the lot . Was really really good... The waiter was visibly upset that we were only ordering soft drinks and an appetizer despite there being plenty of open tables for them to seat other guests. I could understand the disappointment if the restaurant was packed, but this was not the case. We never saw our waiter again and were left unattended until a check was dropped at our table (which we had not asked for). They then tried to charge our party for chips & salsa and guacamole when we only received guacamole. Thankfully, another waiter removed this from our receipt, but there was still a sneaky automatic gratuity on our bill of 15%. We were only a party of 4, so this charge seemed very unusual. Food was a burrito and an enchilada. Shredded beef in both. Ok but lacking flavors. No guacamole and very little sour cream. I guess if you want it, you must request it. That's a first at a Mexican place! Friendly folks. Place looks nice. For being 1 pm on a Friday, I would have expected more folks as the leaves are turning and it was a spectacular day in Vermont! It was a warm, rainy day the pushed us off the mountain due to the horrible conditions for skiing and right down into the small shopping center at the base. We had some very good Mexican food at Little Mexico. While we were the second table seated when we arrived, the place was full 1/2 way through our meal. The guacamole was fresh but the salsa was lacking flavor and very watery. The birria tacos were excellent as were the nachos and burritos. They have options for kids and others that are not into this cuisine so our kids were able to have great wings and chicken tenders as well. Stopped in with my sister who lives in town and goes to Little Mexico frequently for dine-in as well as take-out. Sat at the bar and had excellent service from Alaina who was friendly and professional. Decent draft list-probably had a Switchback. Had a Burrito Bowl with pulled pork, at the recommendation of Jane-pure deliciousness in a bowl. We both finished the whole meal. The restaurant is decorated nicely in a Mexican theme-go figure. Stopped by for drinks and guacamole and was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff.

Seven of us went for dinner last night and though the restaurant was not so busy when we got there it was full by the time we left. The food was good Tex Mex but the service and timing of food was a struggle for them. When our entrees finally came, several were missing and the server needed us to remind him what was missing. We ordered another entree to go at that time for a family member who couldn't join but that took 30 min and several reminders. The hostess kept looking to see if we left our table but we didn't have our food. A very big concern is that we could not leave. The doors were locked to prevent more customers coming in but should not have been locked at 7:30pm with a restaurant full of customers. That is a fire code issue. They need more experience on what to do if they are full and overwhelmed. read more

Stopped in for dinner after a day of skiing and the food was delicious! I had the shrimp street tacos. The shrimp were large and well cooked. Came with a healthy serving of rice and beans. My daughter had a burrito with chicken and it was huge. A couple of the house margaritas topped it off. Service with a smile. I really like this place!! read more

This restaurant just opened in Ludlow. They did not have their full menu out yet which seemed to have a wide variety of traditional American Mexican cuisine. I started with a skinny spicy margarita. It was delicious. I had a veggie enchilada which was loaded with a red sauce similar to a pasta red. I bushed it aside and had my veggie enchiladas. Nice place. We sat in the bar area, not the restaurant side. They put us right next to the pool table, which can get tight if people are playing pool. The chips and salsa were fine, store bought chips, not what you'd get from an authentic Mexican place. The mozzarella sticks were decent, more long and slender not the shorter fatter ones. The kids menu included no Mexican options which was odd, why not have kids tacos? Instead I paid $14 for my 9yr old to order two tacos, a meal that was too big for him to finish. Overall the tacos were good but a little bland, no overwhelming flavor. My 14yr old (who can eat) also couldn't finish his meal. Good portion sizes I guess but offer kids size Mexican options. I ordered chicken fajitas (pictured here). Overall they were pretty good. The chicken was ok quality, kinda rubbery, but flavored with a somewhat spicy tomato sauce which made it pretty delish. The rice was cold and not very flavorful. I didn't eat the beans. Overall we all thought the food was decent. Some minor tweaks and it'll be solid. No sangrias which is a must The pool table stated "adults only". My kids are 14 and 9 and really wanted to play so I asked the manager and said I'd be right there with them. He flat out said no with no real reason which I thought was lame but whatever. Overall I'd come back. But should make a few changes in the meantime. Our server was very nice though. read more

The food is good. Service was great, they were very attentive. Its a large restaurant that is suitable for big groups. Three of us got the fajita bowl but instead of black beans, we got pinto beans. I wish we had the black beans. I agree with other reviewers that the salsa is mediocre at best - it would be great if they re-did that recipe. The margaritas are large and expensive but they were fine. Overall, the pricing for 12 people was not terrible, around $30pp with tip and 5 of us had drinks. I hope they succeed in their location. A few improvements to the menu would go a long way (better salsa, authentic black beans, more choices for salad dressings). We'll be back. read more

The ribeye was about 1/4 inch thick, overcooked and tasteless. They put a little cup of chopped tomatoes with no seasoning.Not sure if that was suppose to be salsa? I was excited to try this new place. Love Mexican food and I was hopeful we would have a nice new place to enjoy. We went on a Saturday afternoon about 3 pm. Only a few People in the place so we sat at the bar and ordered nachos. Nachos came out cold, cheese not melted and it looked uncooked. We asked for it to be cooked and they brought back the same dish that they just put under the broiler for enough time to melt the cheese. I want to see them succeed.
