However, Ms. Chamila and Ms. Gaby, as well as the other staff, made our experience the complete opposite. They created a nurturing environment for our son and he loved going to school. There is a lot of parent engagement which creates a sense of community in this school. We are truly going to miss everyone. Thank you for everything!

This daycare was really good at the start. The previous director sold me with promises of my child…read morelearning and attentiveness from teachers. She also sold me on the fact that there were days that my husband and I didn't have to pay for. We were sorely mistaken. It started when they went almost 3 weeks without pulling a payment from us, because of this my husband kept asking for them to charge us. When they finally did, they pull over $600 from WITHOUT telling us. We had to bring it up to them and then they told us Then we started becoming behind on our payments because they pulled such a big chunk that it put a dent in our finances. We then learned that they would just kept charging our card until they got some sort of payment. No where was that clarified or communicated to us, so we would see charges on our card for $2.99 to $97.00. So we all together stopped keeping money in that account because we were being unnecessarily charged without our permission too. Second, we started having problems with the teachers. Ms. Gabby is a gem and all the kids were lucky to be with her and she made our first daycare experience amazing. She unfortunately went on leave and that's when things started going south. My daughter who is potty trained was coming home with accidents almost every time she would go to daycare. But these weren't just any accidents, her pants would come home SOAKED. It seemed like the teachers let her pee her pants 2-3 times over before changing her. It was only after I brought it the directors attention that it started getting better. But this was only the start of the neglect. On top of the bathroom issues, they were giving my child screen time without my permission or the permission of other parents (or so I assume). I walked in one day after nap time to find all of the kids huddled around a teachers iPhone watching YouTube. My husband and I have made it a point not to do a lot of screen time with our daughter. We didn't think that putting her in daycare where she is supposed to be learning would entail mindless screen time on teachers iPhone. I informed the director and she said she was unaware of this. It's also very apparent from the times I've spoken to her that she really does not care about the younger kids but is more worried about the older kids. She would tell me that she would keep an eye on the younger kids but it never happened. Because of this my child and most likely other children too have been neglected in their care. Not to mention, they sent my daughter home dehydrated on Friday when it was almost 100 degrees that day with the water I had sent in her water bottle still there. When we got home my daughter was chugging water, was not eating, and couldn't sleep that night. Which as a parent is incredibly concerning because if they're not giving my child water, who else aren't they giving water to? Of course, no one could tell me if they had refilled her water bottle or anything like that. So now as a parent I was ready to withdraw her. I called Monday to withdraw her and the director did everything in her power to keep us from leaving. She kept trying to get us to put her in a different class which I kept saying no but she kept telling me to "ask my husband", but no means no. I said no and they should have respected that and let us go. My husband then went up to the school but they were too busy to give him the time of day about the withdraw we were trying to do because we also didn't want to be charged for the week since my daughter was not going back that same week. The only way I was able to get anything from them about withdrawing my child was after spam calling them. Then I was told that there was no paperwork and we were off the hook, which took us all of 3 minutes to talk about. Not sure why they couldn't tell my husband the same thing. Overall, I would not recommend sending your child here at all. We have reported them to the state of California for an inspection and I also found that there have been multiple investigations since March of this year (2026). Please do not send your child here. The pricing is great but you get exactly what you pay for.

There truly are not enough words to express how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Anaheim…read moreKids Academy. My son has been attending Anaheim Kids Academy for nearly four years, and although he officially graduated a couple of months ago, yesterday was his final day of summer school--and it was definitely bittersweet! This school has been such an incredible part of our lives. It is clean, organized, structured, and, most importantly, filled with so much love and care. They have truly helped me raise my little boy--from changing his diapers as a baby to helping him develop the structure, independence, confidence, and skills he needed to prepare for Kindergarten. Over the years, my son has made so many wonderful friends, and I have been lucky enough to make friendships of my own with many of the families. These are relationships we truly hope to continue for years to come. Their summer program is also wonderful, with so many fun and exciting activities that keep the kids engaged and happy throughout the summer. Overall, our experience at Anaheim Kids Academy has been nothing short of amazing, and I will forever be grateful for the role they have played in my son's early years. A very special thank you to Mrs. Natalie, who helped us finish this chapter stronger than ever. She has done an incredible job developing the TK program into what it is today, and we are so appreciative of all her hard work and dedication. And of course, so much appreciation to all of the amazing administrative staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make this school such a special place. A very special shout-out to Mrs. T and Mrs. V, who have been there with us from the very beginning. You have been such an important part of my son's life, and we love you both so much! Thank you, Anaheim Kids Academy, for loving, teaching, guiding, and caring for my little boy for nearly four wonderful years. We will miss you more than you know!

I gave this place more grace than I probably should have. But my concerns eventually became serious…read moreenough that I felt I needed to report the facility to social services. * Unsafe sleep practices: I personally witnessed staff using aggressive physical behavior to get children to sleep and witnessed blankets completely covering children's heads during sleep. I began doing daily check-ins because I was so concerned about my own children. My children also started trying to cover themselves completely with blankets at bedtime, something I never allowed at home. After leaving, that behavior stopped. * Concerning behavioral changes: During their last few months there, both of my children started hitting and slapping. This is not behavior I use or model at home, and I wasn't sure if it was a toddler phase, something they picked up from other children, or something else in their environment. I can't say for certain what caused it, but since attending their new preschool, they are completely different kids. They no longer hit or slap and are incredibly gentle. * Unexplained bruising: I understand toddlers get bumps and bruises, but my son came home with new bruises very frequently. Repeated bruises on his arms that appeared similar to finger marks became especially concerning. Since starting his new preschool, I haven't seen the same pattern of injuries. Actually no injuries since. * Allergy concerns: They claimed to be "nut-free," yet I personally saw peanut M&M's at the front desk on two separate occasions. Because my child has a severe allergy, I immediately left with my child. I do want to acknowledge that there were some genuinely wonderful teachers, and the newer director was kind when I raised my concerns. But ultimately, I no longer felt safe leaving my children there. It's heartbreaking because this place had so much potential. I just hope sharing my experience helps other parents make an informed decision.

My three year old at the time was attending another daycare that only accepted children age two and up. I wanted both of my kids in the same place, so I enrolled them here and I am so grateful I did. My son started here when he was about 11 months old, and from the very beginning you could tell the staff genuinely love and have a true passion for children. My daughter started when she was three and was very shy and scared at first, but her teachers and the staff made her feel so comfortable. She was able to be herself here, just like she is at home. I truly love all the staff and the amazing events they put together. They make every holiday so special and fun for the kids Halloween, Easter, open house events, picture days, and so much more. You can really tell how much effort and love they put into creating these moments, and that's something I truly appreciate as a parent. They even allowed me to have a birthday lunch for my daughter's 4th birthday, and she was beyond thrilled. For my son's 1st birthday, they also made it feel so special. Those little moments mean everything, and it shows how much they truly care about each child. My daughter is now four, turning five, and will be graduating with her TK class. Thanks to this daycare, she already knows her ABCs and colors in Spanish, which is amazing. My one year old son already knows his colors, loves singing, and absolutely loves everyone here. What I also really appreciate is that if there is ever an issue or concern, the staff communicates it kindly and respectfully. They truly work as a team with parents to find solutions and support the child, which means so much to me. Even though my daughter will be leaving, my son will continue here and I will gladly make the commute because the care, love, and dedication from the staff is worth it. The atmosphere here is so welcoming my mom loves it, my family loves it, and I love it. I would 100% recommend this daycare. You will not regret choosing this place. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my children.

His manners improved, he started eating better, his ability to socialize grew, and even his speech developed so much. We were actually referred by our neighbors, who have three little ones. They shared that this daycare was even better than the one they used in Irvine, where they paid double the price for each child! That gave us the confidence to give this place a try, and we are so glad we did. It's a Montessori style daycare, which we love, but what truly makes this place special is the teachers. They have all been here for a long time and genuinely know how to care for and guide little ones. My son absolutely adores his teachers Ms. Rita, Ms. Alba, Ms. Ivonne, Ms. Jocelyn, and Ms. Heidi. I t's such a blessing to have a whole team of amazing teachers caring for your child every day! He also looks forward to seeing Ms. Deeana in the after-school program daily and does not want to go home until day care is almost closing. This is how much fun he has at daycare! It is definitely his second home. Another wonderful thing about this daycare is that the kids are truly able to just be kids while learning how to play and interact with others. It has been so good for his development. We are already planning to send our second baby here. Thank you so much for being a second set of parents to our 2 year old son. K.D. He is so lucky to be part of this community!! We are forever grateful! If you are considering sending your little ones here think no further and give it a try!

They strike the perfect balance between being firm yet gentle, providing guidance that has given my kids the tools to blossom! My children have grown tremendously, not only in their academic abilities but also in their personal and social development, consistently surpassing milestones. My daughter, who started in Ms. Deanna's Pre-K class and is now in Ms. Bridget's Elementary class, has blossomed in both confidence (especially as an introverted child) and in her reading and math skills. My son began in the infant class for a short time and is now thriving in Ms. Rita's Preschool class--he amazes us every day with his growing independence, educational achievements, and even his manners (that I definitely did not teach him!) He enjoys school so much that sometimes I have to convince him to come home! Ms. Rita, Ms. Deanna, and Ms. Bridget are phenomenal teachers who truly go above and beyond. Their dedication, teamwork, and genuine care create a warm, welcoming environment where every child is supported. My daughter had a really rough time when she started and the kindness and support I saw the teachers give to her as she was adjusting, and have seen how they comfort other kids just starting school, have really highlighted to me how wonderful they are. They truly meet every child where they are at. Communication is excellent--they reach out when needed (splitting calls between me and my husband, which we appreciate), and school events like back to school nights and open houses give us valuable insights into our children's progress. We couldn't be happier with our experience and wholeheartedly recommend MLS to any family looking for a nurturing, community-driven Montessori education for their children.
