Our youngest started in the Toddler classroom with Ms. Karla, while our oldest has been in the Preschool classroom with Ms. Salzman. Watching both of them grow, develop confidence, and genuinely enjoy going to school has been incredibly rewarding and affirms our decision. As a school, Arborland is exceptionally well organized. The campus is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to the children. Our kids also participate in the extended childcare program, which has been a wonderful experience. They genuinely enjoy that time with their friends and teachers, so much so that there are days when they do not want to leave. One of the main reasons we chose Arborland was because we wanted a more structured Montessori toddler program than what we found at many other nearby schools serving children 18 months and older. Ms. Karla created exactly the environment we were hoping for. She is warm, patient, and incredibly caring, while also setting clear expectations and consistent boundaries that the children understand and respect. We truly appreciated the balance she brings to her classroom. Another aspect we especially valued was that Ms. Karla and her assistant teachers spoke Spanish with our daughter throughout the day. As parents raising bilingual children, having that support reinforced what we practice at home and has been a meaningful part of her early education. The Montessori approach has been an excellent fit for our independent, curious, and strong-willed daughter. She has now transitioned into the Preschool program, and we can already see how well prepared she is thanks to the strong foundation built in the Toddler classroom. We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Karla and her assistant teachers for giving our daughter such a positive start to her educational journey. We also appreciate Ms. Salzman and the entire Arborland team for creating an environment where both of our children continue to learn, grow, and thrive. We wholeheartedly recommend Arborland to families looking for a nurturing, structured, and high-quality Montessori education.

My oldest is now in the Primary class with Maestra Michelle and Maestra Aurora, and my second is finishing the toddler class with Ms Karla and her assistants, Ms Melissa, Ms Ally, and Ms Marissa. The most comforting part for me is to know that my kids are in great care with their teachers. I randomly received personal messages from Ms Karla and Maestra Michelle about my kids' day, their accomplishments, or just something silly they did, with a picture! I cannot express how lucky we are to have teachers that genuinely love the kids so much. It has been such joy to see our kids thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and in every way! I remember when they first started school, they were little people that barely knew how to talk. Day after day, month after month, they started to put words together, making sentences, then started to tell stories about their day at school. One day they surprised me with putting away their own toy! Then another surprise, putting on their own shoes! They learned independence, and courtesy, and so much more! We are so happy that our kids are at Arborland, thriving under lots of love and care. Thank you Arborland! Especially to the teachers and staffs!!

I toured four or five different daycares before coming to Kids Adventure. From the moment I visited, I felt confident that this was the right place for my daughter. The school was clean, spacious, and welcoming, with a variety of meals, a great daily schedule, and many activities designed for the children. My daughter has learned and grown so much. She has become more confident, learned to greet people, sing and dance, count, and understand so many things we ask her to do. Most importantly, she has been loved, cared for, and encouraged every day. A very special thank you to Ms. Vanessa from the Infant class. My daughter used to cry so much whenever she was away from me, but Ms. Vanessa was incredibly patient, loving, and caring. They also offer wonderful enrichment programs, including a weekly soccer coach and a weekly musician, both of which my son absolutely loved. He made great friends, looked forward to going to school each day, and always came home excited to share what he had learned. One of the things we appreciated most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so welcoming and always took the time to interact with parents, making us feel like part of the school community. They ere understaffed and just didn't want to deal with any children who were different. So if your child isn't a robot this place isn't for them. My daughter is now 7 but this nightmare place still lives rent free in my mind. They treated us unfairly and the owner Cynthia projected a lot of her insecurities on us adults. At the end they would not return my money and stole it from me. They suggested my daughter had a learning disability and it ended up being just a speech delay. I visited many schools for my 4 yr old, and I was becoming so discouraged. I cried when Lorraine started sharing because I knew that my son would experience emotional safety here, that he would be seen and respected as a unique person, and that he would be given developmentally appropriate opportunities to express agency. I immediately knew that his creativity would flourish here, and I was right. Lorraine told me about how children's feeling are fully accepted; tears are permitted, not shamed. Not coincidentally, emotional validation paired with clear boundaries creates a safe environment, which in turn creates space for uninhibited joy. In the other schools I visited, the children were eerily silent. When I came to Discovery, I heard laughter and I saw kids being kids-- free, creative, silly, working together and joking with one of the teachers. It was gorgeous. Discovery Gardens is a true Reggio-Emilia experience. This is exactly what progressive education should look like, and my only disappointment is that the school doesn't have classes for kids past age 6. The director, Cynthia Greenspan, is a wellspring of creativity and knowledge about child development. Her passion and intentionality are evident in every inch of the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. She understands what children need to thrive, and her teachers are well educated and attuned; I truly believe that everyone who works here wants to be here. My son's interests have been followed as he's been given freedom in this rich environment, which is exactly how learning ought to take place. He's come back home talking about grubs and invasive species, plants, and space. He's been given responsibility and opportunities to express leadership. I am so thankful for the way Cynthia is running this school, giving children the opportunity to learn through play and experience. The community she has formed here is absolutely beautiful, and I am so thankful that I can have this level of trust in the holistic care that my son is receiving.

Ms. Orozco was so patient, warm, and encouraging that she made him feel comfortable right away. Over time, we watched him slowly open up, and before long he was actually excited to go to school. He would come home talking about her and everything he was learning, and it was such a joy to see how much confidence she helped him build. She truly helped him break out of his shell, and we are amazed by how much he learned this year. Ms. Orozco is truly an exceptional teacher. My daughter had Ms. Hernandez and Ms. Tan as she entered 2nd grade, and she was also a little shy because she didn't know anyone. They were so kind and supportive and really encouraged her to make new friends and feel like she belonged. We saw such wonderful growth in her throughout the year, both emotionally and academically, and that means so much to us as parents. It was clear that they truly care about their students and want to see them succeed. We also want to thank the front office staff, who were always great and made communication easy throughout the year. They were helpful, welcoming, and always pleasant to work with. The principal is also very attentive and approachable, which made us feel even more confident in the school. Overall, we are so grateful for the love, support, and dedication shown to our children this year. It was a wonderful first year, and we truly appreciate everyone who played a part in helping our kids grow and feel happy at school. Some things that we've grown to appreciate: - Variety of after school activities - Amazing teachers and staff - Convenient location for pickup/dropoff - Involved community via engaged students and parents - Lunch menu that kids actually look forward to eating - Annual events and performances It's unfortunate reading some of the negative reviews. However, last year (2024-2025 school year) things changed. I first noticed there were some teachers that left from the previous school year, and some other "minor" changes. Most importantly, the teachers my child had were amazing for Kindergarten! There were truly awesome from the beginning to end. Unfortunately, the administrative staff did not provide the students with a Kindergarten picture and a class picture like the year prior. I personally feel those are important memories for the families and the children. Then as the school year went on, I noticed there were less activities than the prior year. Once the school year ended, MORE great and awesome teachers left the school!!!! I have prior experience working in education and from what I know and have seen, when there is so much teacher turnover year after year, it is because more than likely the administrative staff is not taking care of the teachers. This school has had a tremendous reputation for many many years, however it seems like things are on the decline and yet tuition is going up.

All the staff, teachers, and the front office have been great. You really can tell a lot when more than just your teacher knows your child's name. I feel like they do a great job keeping the facility secure. My son often eats double triple portions of the food as well. The teachers have been amazing and very patient. I know it's not easy dealing with so many young kids but My son always says he has so much fun and the teachers are really good at sending updated pictures throughout the day without ever missing so I really feel like I know what my student is doing. We'd been at iRemnant for 2.5 years and have seen our two children grow up here. They've had some wonderful teachers throughout the years that really loved on our children: Sunny teacher, Moon teacher, Laura teacher, Hyunjoo teacher, Kris teacher, to name a few. And a special shout out to Sunny teacher who even buys birthday presents for the kiddos out of her own pocket :`) Unfortunately, the con's outweighed the pro's for us and we moved my daughter to a different Korean Christian preschool a few months ago. And although this new school is farther and less convenient for us, we are SO happy with our decision. We didn't realize how amazing a preschool could be because we didn't know anything else, so I wanted to share my honest review with all the parents out there who want nothing but the best for our precious children. I'll start with the positives: there's a big, grassy area to play in, lots of bikes and car toys to ride outside, animals on the property, homemade Korean lunches, and many loving teachers. And we are so grateful to have met so many wonderful families at this school. Now onto the negatives... sit tight for this one. 1. There is a high turnover rate of teachers. After Sweet class for ages 2-2.5 in less than a year span, my son had FOUR teacher transitions. Some of the teachers had only stayed for a few months! What also didn't sit right with me is the director didn't even inform us one of his teachers left. She instead had another teacher cover that class and hoped we wouldn't notice? Several parents and I were very upset about that and when I addressed this with director Grace, she blamed the teacher for leaving and didn't take any responsibility for her lack of communication. We all know the reason for a high turnover rate of staff members... and frankly, I don't even blame the teachers for leaving, because they're overworked and underpaid. 2. iRemnant is very profit-oriented. While I understand that childcare is a business, it also feels like the school nickel and dimes the families every chance it gets. For example, there is a supply list for each class and some of the requests are quite ridiculous. They want each student's family to buy color card stock paper that costs $25, aluminum foil, disposable gloves, ziploc bags... things the costly tuition should cover. My husband was especially irked when they asked for ice cream donations from families... something the school can buy for literally $20 for ALL the kiddos. They also ask for mandatory "donations" for things like the Christmas performance for videography and costumes, when they literally recycle costumes every year. It's really not about the money... it's about the principle. Don't say the money you're asking for is one thing when it really isn't... there's no integrity in that and it really bums me out that a Christian preschool does this. PLEASE consider the message you're sending with your actions. 3. There is a lot of sitting down and working on worksheets after the toddler class. At age 2. I don't know about you but I really don't want my two-year-old just sitting and coloring all day. I truly believe kids learn best through play and hands-on learning. I also try to limit screen time for my kids and didn't like how they were exposed to TV before age 2: during meal time setup, worship time (all through screens), and at the end of the day. At 5 PM, they gather all the kids in one room and turn on the screen for them. My son came home talking about all these TV shows and movies he watched, so we started picking up our kids before 5 PM to avoid this. Additionally, I'm really turned off by the fact that the director asks current parents to write positive Yelp reviews once a negative one comes in. How uncomfortable for parents to be put in that position, whose children attend the school and are pressured into writing a positive review. In my book, that's completely unethical (and maybe even against Yelp regulations??). And the amazing teachers you read about in the reviews? Probably not there anymore. I REALLY hope iRemnant can turn things around and use the preschool to BLESS the children and families. How amazing it is to have the privilege of raising these little ones in their mind and character! I write this review to help parents make an informed decision for their children's preschool, and I'm also hoping this may lead to some positive changes at the school.

Also although my girl is only 3 she already is practicing writing her name and learning about so many different things. Also picking up some Korean words here and there which is amazing. She's also enjoying learning to be independent! They encourage that a lot in school which helps me here at home with how she handles tasks. She's getting such an advantage in education and not only with worksheets (which are important) but also through hands on learning and themed weeks So far she's learned about space, traveling, American and Korean culture, important American history, and so much more! Yes she's 3 and has a lot to learn but learning from this early has been so beneficial for her. They do such cute crafts for all the themed holidays which is my favorite keepsakes at home They are constantly having fun with either birthday parties or parties where the parents have the option to help with donating different foods or treats like ice cream and I don't mind donating at all she loves sharing with her class and bringing things for everyone to try She also gets a great nutrition at the school with daily fresh homemade meals and snack. She's not even picky about greens and veggies since she's been exposed and encouraged at school to try new things all the time. The teachers and staff are very kind and know my daughter very well even if they aren't in her class she knows them all by name. She's also had Christmas performances, ballet performances and they also do taekwondo but my daughter was not interested she did get a free trial though Every penny we spend here is worth it and I definitely recommend it. We know how hard work life can be being away from our kids sometimes and I completely trust them to take care of my daughter while I work. I have a 4-year-old who is highly energetic and requires extra attention at times. I had a terrible experience with her first daycare (North Fullerton KinderCare) and had to pull her out after experiencing retaliation for reporting a teacher for abuse. I am the sole provider for my family so unfortunately staying home is not an option for me. I visited a couple of different daycares, explained my situation, asked a million questions and ultimately ended up deciding on CC's. My daughter adjusted to the change right away. The teachers were all nice, fun, and patient with her. My daughter doesn't respond well to grouchy teachers or to yelling, she tends to rebel more. Their approach for correcting her behavior worked because they paid attention to the little things that motivated her and their approach was not aggressive but rather compassionate. Michelle is resourceful and willing to help with information and resources, and she is very involved in the day to day. The communication and their way of handling every situation and behavior made all the difference. I knew my daughter was in good hands and because of that I had the peace of mind that I needed to be able to concentrate on work without the added stress that I was experiencing before. CC's was the best decision I ever made. She is now attending public school but I will definitely be taking her back for the summer.

They have clear communication on everything that's going on with the center (events, day to day activities, health checks, center closures) and you're given notice well in advance. Payment, check in/out, and communication are all done through Brightwheel (an app) and it's such a smooth process. Even though it's a bit modern, my in-laws (that are a bit older and have a harder time with technology) are still able use the app to pick up my daughter and enjoy the occasional pictures and videos that are sent through there. My daughter doesn't really take to strangers well. She did have an adjustment period but has soon blossomed in the infant classroom and loves her teachers. The teachers are caring and informative and we are so pleased with the kind of care they provide our daughter. And we know she's not the easiest baby. They have been able to help our child make huge progress with nap time and even with playing with other kids. I truly feel her personality has blossomed due to the work the infant room teachers put into our daughter. She always comes home happy from the day. The infant room itself (as well as the other rooms we toured in the facility) are also clean and does not have a smell. We toured other facilities where the smell was so strong it stayed with me the rest of the day and was actually one of the deciding factors in choosing CCs. My daughter also has an egg and milk allergy. They assigned high chair specifically for her and are always on the look out for any reactions from food. She recently outgrew her milk allergy but not the egg. During the recent mother's day Muffins with Mom's event, they provided a special vegan muffin for her so she can enjoy the event with me. The teacher running the event wasn't my daughter's regular teacher, but she recognized my daughter anyway and knew to offer me the vegan muffin. I was so touched by this gesture. We haven't had experience with the older classrooms, but have toured them and are rest assured my daughter will grow up well cared for and well educated here at CCs. We are excited for her to learn and grow here. We are so pleased with our experience that we've already reserved our spot for our next baby due in a few months. We highly recommend this daycare center and will recommend it to anyone look for care in the area.

"Leader Day" (the day the parent brings snack and helps out) is always a day I look forward too. I love to see how my child interacts with his schoolmates and his teacher(s). The school also organizes family events/parties and it's fun to get everybody together and involve siblings. My older two love to go back and visit their past teachers! Tuition is less than a lot of other preschools in the area too so that's also a plus.

My 2 year old child attended this preschool for the 2024-2025 school year and it was such a…read morepositive experience. The teachers and staff here are nothing short of wonderful. They are all credentialed and I really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to help meet the individualized needs of my child. They have great activities that help not only develop social skills but academic ones as well. I am really disheartened they do not offer a full time or later extended hour program. If they ever do I will be instantaneously back. I am extremely grateful to the staff for making my child's first time preschool experience so positive. The Green classroom ( ages 18months -2 years) have amazing base teachers and aids. With the aids there was regularly 3/4 adults present in the class room, paired with the small class sizes it is no wonder the children strive here.
