It has a cool decor with a fancy vibe. Great service but the food is lacking for sure. Don't come expecting authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I tried the beef pho, and it tasted like canned broth. I would definitely skip this place if you're craving for Vietnamese foods. One more thing, it's a bit tricky to find the entrance to the parking lot. You'll need to turn onto a small street next to the restaurant. I missed it a couple of times!!

Found this cute spot today last minute. And I must say I am so glad I did. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The ambiance of the place is airy and spacious. I had been craving spring rolls, and either pho or a vermicelli bowl. So I ordered their shrimp spring rolls and their vermicelli bowl, and I had one of their mocktails which was the Bare Bones and honey. Everything was great and full of flavor. Their peanut sauce for the spring rolls was a good consistency; not too thick and not too saucy. The mocktail was so refreshing and had a nice crisp to it. And don't get my started on the restaurants decorations. I loved it all. If you're in the St. Augustine area make sure to come check this amazing restaurant out.

Got this and the duck banh mi soooo fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is upscale but chill and service is great. If you sit at the bar, you can also order food from the French side.

We initially had a reservation for Monday, but with rain in the forecast, we decided to go on Sunday instead. We forgot it was also Mother's Day, and the restaurant was packed! Luckily, we had no other plans and were happy to wait. After being seated, we knew exactly what to order. For starters, we had the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Bánh Bao buns. Both were tasty. I used the spring roll dipping sauce for the buns, not realizing they came with their own until I saw another table's order. My husband's Shaking beef was delicious and the beef was so tender, however, we would've preferred the watercress to be pre-cut instead of all those tangled stems lol. As for my Beef Pho, it was disappointing. Typically, pho is known for its rich, aromatic broth, but this one lacked depth and flavor. I had to ask for sriracha and hoisin sauce, but they couldn't salvage the blandness. Overall, we had a great meal and will likely return to try other items on the menu, but we'll skip the pho next time.

My wife and I had originally reserved for Monday, but with rain in the forecast, we decided to go a day early. We didn't RSVP this time thinking it wouldn't be too busy like our last visit. Well, turns out it was Mother's Day and they were fully booked! We totally forgot about it being Mommy's Day. Luckily, after about an hour's wait, we managed to get a table for two. Pretty happy with how it turned out! For starters, we ordered the Banh Bao and shrimp spring rolls. For mains, we shared both the Beef Pho and the Shaking Beef so we could try a bit of each. We really enjoyed the bao buns though we felt like a dipping sauce was missing. My wife ended up using the spring roll sauce for hers. The Shaking Beef was also delicious though the accompanying salad was a bit tricky to eat due to the long stems. I found myself using my fingers and even had to use a knife to slice through some of it. My wife found the pho broth a bit bland--no complaints from me, but she definitely knows her soups better than I do. All in all, it was a great experience. Service was spot on and we'd definitely recommend Little Miss Ha.

Beef pho, Bahn mi, traditional accompaniments

The food, service, and ambience were just stunning, with murals on the Viet side and a delicious looking French pastry case greeting us as we entered on the Frech cafe side. There was also a beautiful bar along the opposite wall. Honestly, we couldn't find the Viet restaurant, and had to call from right outside the address, because we found them on Yelp. The address took us to the French cafe (which we will definitely have to try), with no outside indications that there was also a Vietnamese restaurant hidden inside. Upon entering from the front, we were directed down the right side to the hostess at the back and quickly seated. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fabulous. We saw a back entrance, but no sign! We found a Bahn mi section and a Pho section on the menu, and since my sister had lived in Asia and our visiting friend is Vietnamese, we were on a mission to sample different Pho and Bahn mi. When we learned that the couple who owned the location wasn't in, but that the wife is Vietnamese, we had very high expectations. However, my sister and our friend felt that the beef pho broth should have been richer and cooked longer to be more authentic. Still, the array of toppings and sauces helped to add flavor and spice. We all agreed that the homage to the French in the beef pho Bahn mi sandwich was delicious but needed more meat. The traditional sandwich had the flavors and the pate, but again the fillings -- especially meats -- were skimpy. My husband really enjoyed his pork belly Bahn mi. He said there was enough meat on his to share. We asked the manager why the vegetables on the traditional Dac Biet weren't pickled, and he said that diners had complained that it was too much! To which we all exclaimed -- too bad! Then you don't know what a Bahn mi should taste like! Offer both but at least offer authentic. We asked a couple of staff if the delicious bread was baked on premises, and they didn't know! But then we realized that it was a shared kitchen and the other side was a French bakery and restaurant so - duh? Upon revisiting their menu, it reads, Fresh backed French Pantry baguette! I had a craft cocktail - lovely! So glad I did. I'd like to revisit, and to try the French cafe as well. The old theater building across from the back side of the Lightner Museum has become a wonderful treat for your tastebuds.

Our server Frankie was a total sweetheart, and super helpful & knowledgeable. The cocktails were delicious and the food was fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back soon!

Very sorry about this rating. We ordered vegetarian and gluten free pho and a salad. The pho noodles were not drained well and so no flavor. The incredible waitress understood and brought more of the tasty pho. We also thought we had said with tofu, and had to again ask for that, which she happily brought out. The tofu was delicious. We were told that the salad had a 'light' dressing. It was so light that it too was tasteless. So we asked for more dressing. There is no salt or pepper on the tables. We might have added those to the dishes for additional flavors if on the tables. The added dressing was nice in and of itself, but becomes a bit lost when added to the wonderful ingredients of the salad. My wife was ok with it, but I was disappointed until I totally used the additional dressing. Then for me, it was really good. We had to 'work' for it and so did our waitress. Again, the salad ingredients were incredible! We have a friend who might really enjoy the lightness. But for us, and we asked about lots of flavors, not sure. As it turned out, we parked across the street from what our GPS said. We couldn't figure out where the restaurant was, as there was no signage for the Vietnamese restaurant and so we parked in the lot. Unfortunately, we ran into the restaurant to see if in fact it was the right place and failed to read the signs that required a parking fee. As there were no signs indicating free parking in the rear which we later discovered, we got a $25.00 parking ticket from the city of St. Augustine. Lesson learned for me! But again, signs of a name of the restaurant and parking would have been a great idea. We think that one of the owners of the restaurant was helping us order and she was so wonderful! She helped us and was incredibly patient and helpful with us. She was a hidden gem there! We found out the building houses several restaurants and yet offers no signs for any of the restaurants. The interior spaces were beautiful designed with large windows and great lighting. It's the identification with what's inside the building that gave us trouble. The establishment is fairly new and maybe they are still working out the details for the place. So, I'm sure that others would give a 4 or possibly even a 5 star rating, but it just didn't work well for us. We hope and wish for the very best for great success of this amazing concept!

Stopped in at this sit down Vietnamese restaurant that shares a building with the French Pantry at 36 Granada Street in St Augustine. The entrance for the restaurant is past the main part of the restaurant in the back by the parking lot, but if you messed up and walked into the other restaurant you could walk over since they are connected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our hostess who let us pick our table since there were very few people dining at the restaurant on a Sunday night. We opted for a two top away from the door and high traffic areas. Once we sat down, we met our server Cheyenne who was attentive and polite throughout the meal. She brought us a carafe of water and we ordered some appetizers (Bao buns and shrimp spring rolls). The food came out quick, and the spring rolls were large and filled with shrimp. They came with a side of peanut sauce for dipping. My wife really enjoyed them. The Bao buns were soft and pillowy but the beef was a little dry. The pickled onions did not have much punch either. For our mains, we opted for a vermicelli noodle bowl with shrimp and a Vietnamese beef stew. These items came out quick also and we really enjoyed both. The noodle bowl was different than most other Vietnamese places as the noodles appeared to have been seasoned in a stir fry style as opposed to served plain. The staff was also accommodating in bringing extra peanut sauce for the order. My beef stew was flavorful with big chunks of beef and carrot (I had to cut them smaller) in a flavorful gravy. The dish says on the menu it packs a little heat and I could feel it in my throat. You also get to pick your choice of bread or rice with the stew and I opted for a baguette which came in handy for sopping up the left over stew. Beautifully decorated and apportioned restaurant off the main drag in St Augustine. Recommend it for a date night meal.

Was excited to find a Vietnamese restaurant nearby while staying in DT St. Augustine. I read that it was fairly new but still wanted to check it out. It is attached to a large building that is essentially apart of another restaurant called "French pantry." I sat at the bar and was offered both menus but from my understanding that option is only offered at the bar and one small section or else you would get sat specifically at one or the other. There were a handful of items I wanted to try but finally settled on a few. Fried spring rolls 5/5 - this style of egg rolls are made with rice paper which is a regional distinction which I personally enjoy more than the traditional wrapper. Crispy, with a chewy texture and nice sauce. I loved that I got a small portion of vermicelli noodles and lettuce to wrap them in. Fresh summer rolls 5/5 - I wish they had a pork and shrimp combo offered but the shrimp only was still good. I enjoy eating them with both fish sauce (nuoc Cham) and peanut sauce. Shaking beef 4/5 - was recommended to me by the owner and a popular choice it seemed. I've had this dish many times and is hard to find at most viet restaurants because it's a regional dish. The beef was tender but a bit on the dryer side and not caramelized. I've had it where it's a touch saucier and served over the bed of watercress so the juices seem through and saturate the greens and gives it a nice flavor that's more cohesive. There was just too much watercress so I basically took most of it off. It can be overwhelming with how bitter it is and have nothing on it. It was tender and I would've preferred the pieces being cut smaller because there were several very big chunks. Still enjoyed it for the most part. And of course a Vietnamese meal is not complete without a Vietnamese iced coffee!

We love Vietnamese food and this was good... Service was excellent, and the venue is phenomenal. There is a bakery that is attached to this restaurant called French bakery. The upside is great free parking. The downside is they cook the Vietnamese food just as good as I do and not as good as other places. Bought some great bread at the bakery, which we are glad about, but the cookie was stale and my girlfriend bought a piece of cake the other day same problem I know it's hard during off-season to keep up the good work so we will certainly try this place again The dumplings had good flavor however the noodle was extremely thick and too doughy... They do make a nice thin wonton noodle that would work better. They should try that.

Came late one evening after arriving in St Augustine. Beautifully decorated space. Lovely Plates and wine glasses on all tables. Attentive staff and manager or owner (dont know which he was) was wonderful. However the food was disappointing. To start we had the steamed dumplings and shrimp spring rolls. The dumplings were very tough, but had good flavor. The spring rolls were just OK. For our mains we ordered Beef Pho and a Chiken Pho. Both were steaming hot and presented nicely. But lacked that complex deep flavor. Both very bland I tried adding the sauce that the dumplings came with but that didnt work. The manager/owner asked why we kept leaving food, I didnt have the heart to tell him we did t like all, he was so nice and there was nothing he could've done to change it. Stars are for the staff

This place was amazing- our new favorite spot for Pho. The atmosphere was great; it's decorated well. We ordered the Ca Ri Xanh (green curry) and the Pho Bo (beef pho). Both were fantastic. Service was good- we enjoyed our server. We will definitely be coming back

It's a pretty spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. I love sitting by the window so you can watch outside and enjoy the lovely views. Everything I've ordered (and all of friends' dishes that I've tried) is great. Service is on point and everyone is super friendly and kind. You will get 3 cups of high quality coffee to share at the table or have all to yourself. As far as dining al fresco, the front courtyard is beautiful! However, on our trip it was too cold to dine outside. We were seated at a large table inside that accommodated our large group. They had several tables inside, but I could see on a busy Sunday or Saturday morning this place would get waitlisted quickly. Everyone loved their meals. No complaints. I ordered the lobster roll. It was very good, but I would try something different on a return visit. The salads coming out looked amazing! Everyone at my table raved about their meals: Shukshuka, BALT, Benedicts, cinnamon rolls. Every single thing was enjoyed!
