First and foremost, I LOVE Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine. I've eaten there more than once a week at times. It is that delicious to me. I rarely order something outside of my favorite dishes wherever I go. I was in the mood for soup and seafood so I ordered a seafood ramen bowl. The broth tasted amazing! The herbs were fresh as always. Unfortunately, the seafood was cooked/boiled too hard. So much so that they the "meat" was tough and hard to chew. The seafood had zero seasoning. With that said, I'll continue to support and enjoy their dishes except for the seafood ramen bowl. I highly recommend Nudo. They're so kind and the service is outstanding. They have a beautiful and cozy restaurant vibe and delicious deserts and a great menu selection.

A comforting, authentic and affordable pho spot. I was craving pho one night and saw this one was near us and I am glad it is. The pho broth is flavorful. The meat was seasoned well. They give a good amount of toppings. The service is wonderful, our server was so friendly. It's a nice casual ambience. I would not get the spring rolls again though, they were okay. The five star review is definitely geared towards the pho and overall service of the place.

    P6. VEGETARIAN PHO

The ambiance was nice. Service was moderately quick. We ordered the vegetarian pho, jasmine sweet iced tea and thai tea. We wanted to order the Tom Yum Rice Noodle soup but server informed us it has pork ingredients in it. We had a great experience and totally recommend. Food and drinks were really good as well. I gave 4 stars only because I wish there were more seafood, vegetarian and vegan options without meat products in it.

We dined in on a weeknight and were seated right away. The service was friendly and prompt. The wine selection was very limited on our visit (only 1 red available out of 3). We started with the crab rangoons which was crispy and well liked. We ordered steak pho, vegetarian pho, spicy beef soup and beef lo mein. The vegetarian pho didn't have a lot of flavor, the beef soup wasn't particularly spicy and the other dishes were said to be okay but nothing special. Overall I was a little underwhelmed by the food/drink but enjoyed the service and hospitality.

Absolutely love the food.. every single time. Such a large variety of Vietnamese comfort foods you cannot go wrong. Try anything.. try everything. Service is steady, everyone working hard. Lovely place in the middle of a busy strip mall in mandarin. Worth the drive and can't wait to return.

Came here for dinner with family - very displeased with the dishes. In little shopping district (decent parking). Lots of space and tables. Service was decent. We ordered: *Thai tea (decent) *Beef satay (good, tender, delicious) *Beef lemongrass (horrible beef, didn't really taste the lemongrass) *Buddha's delight (bland tofu) *Quail and sticky rice (decent) *Hongkong noodle - good beef but some of the noodles were dry. Overall probably never coming back here again. Very disappointed with it being noted as good Vietnamese food.

Stopped in at this small sit down Vietnamese restaurant located in a strip mall full of restaurants on San Jose Blvd. Upon entering we were greeted by the hostess who pointed us toward a couple of four top tables we could choose from (no booths maybe 20 tables - mostly 4 tops). We picked our table and met one of our many servers (it is definitely a team effort here). He provided us with menus and water and another server took our initial order of starters (shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce). We spent some time more time perusing the menu and added an order of the sugar cane shrimp starter (it comes with pickled veggies and satay sauce - don't dismiss either as they both had great flavor). When another server arrived, we requested larger water glasses bc they bring smaller glasses and you have to keep refilling it from the carafe they provide. For our mains, my wife ordered the lemon grass shrimp vermicelli bowl and I ordered seared beef pho. It took a little time for both to come out but when they did they looked great. My wife noted that her bowl had some more pickled veggies which she liked but some grilled peppers that she did not. My beef pho came out with beef, onion, scallion and noodles. It was warm delicious and quite filling. Tables are a little close together, so if you have a loud talked behind you, they can overtake your conversation. Great place for a date night.

Everything is always so delicious here!!! I tried some new things based on the recommendation of the server. I ended up getting the duck soup which had a very large duck rest in the soup with some delicious mushrooms and noodles. The appetizer was the shrimp. Appetizer was tasty. Very hot. But my all-time favorite was the coconut. Limeade will definitely be back to get that again. You can't go wrong with the friendly service and the Beautiful atmosphere with some outstanding food

I went with a friend for a birthday dinner and noticed they seem to do a lot of takeout. The location is convenient in a strip-mall, and was a little busy but there was still plenty of parking. The staff were very attentive, and we never had to wait long for anything from them. Both of us got the crispy shrimp appetizer and Pho for dinner. The shrimp was fried to a light golden brown and was cooked nicely. Not much to it. The Pho was also well done, however, I got chicken broth in mine and had to wait about an extra 10 minutes since they had to make it from scratch. That was OK in my book, but it would've been less awkward if they had brought both of our dishes out at the same time. Overall, this place was good and I would go back. Some of their stirfry dishes on other tables looked absolutely amazing. I would definitely try one of those next time.

This could easily be a 5 star for good flavors, it was just a bit short of that "wow" factor. The amount of food and freshness was on point, as well as the prices, but like I said, my tastebuds didn't explode. I did see a lot of people coming in and ordering the soups, almost every table had a soup bowl, so I recognize this restaurant as a good reference for Vietnamese cuisine. I would also come back for another meal, but for the time being, I will keep exploring.

I have been to this location a few times before. I decided to stop here for lunch, being that I was in the area. I had to wait a couple of minutes to find a parking spot, being that it's a shared parking lot. Today the service was good. I decided for lunch to order their beef ramen. The broth was very flavorful and very beefy flavored. To drink I decided to try their Vietnamese iced coffee. This was my first time trying Vietnamese iced coffee. I must say that is flavorful and bold, and strong at the same time, but delicious as well. I love the ambiance within this restaurant because it's always relaxing to go here. Whenever I'm in this general area, I'll definitely stop here again.

I have been wanting to try this location based on all of the hype that I have heard about it. Everyone has said it is an amazing location with fantastic food. I hate to say I was underwhelmed. Food - 6/10. I went in wanting to try something different from my normal Vietnamese order. So I didn't jump straight into Pho. I feel like if you're advertising yourself as a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant instead of a Pho restaurant, then everything on the menu should be hitting the mark not just one dish. With that in mind I decided to try the crispy egg noodles with vegetables and chicken. The chicken and veg were cooked well, but the sauce lacked flavor and struck me as overly salty and watery. It was also not enough sauce to start softening up the noodles. Atmosphere - 10/10. While the meal may not have been perfect on the palate (and hey these things are always subjective or the kitchen could have had an off day,) the environment was quite lovely. The appealing contrasts of light and dark spaces and wood and greenery elements made a comfortable and welcoming environment to dine in. Service - 10/10. Even though it was an early Sunday afternoon and the after church crowds were keeping the restaurant full and quite busy, the staff was courteous and helpful. They were certainly rushing out food orders but didn't rush you through your meal. Overall, while my sauce for my crispy noodles was largely absent, it might be a one off issue and I will definitely pay another visit and give a different dish a try.

I stopped here around 2 PM and there was no one inside. Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.

The service was prompt and exceptionally courteous. To begin, I ordered my absolute favorite, an Iced Thai Tea, which was prepared to perfection rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying. For my main course, I selected the P1 Pho Special (Bún bò Huế). Everything we had was super tasty! Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately and seated. Our waitress and waiter (we had two) were super sweet, attentive, and cheerful. I missed eating home cooked Vietnamese food so we decided to come and enjoy a meal here. Everything was clean (floors, tables, and bathroom). We had the following: Grilled pork summer rolls: 8.5/10 - fresh, bright, and full of veggies, vermicelli, pork, and a crunchy roll inside. It was so delicious! I love summer rolls and this hit the spot! The peanut dipping sauce went so well with the rolls. I loved how the rolls had so many great textures. Pho dac biet (combination): 7.5/10 - the broth was alot more flavorful and it came with a generous amount of meat (beef balls, sliced beef, tripe) and lots of fresh veggies (lime, cilantro, jalapeno, mint, bean sprouts). Last time when we went, the broth was lacking flavor but now, it's pretty good. Beef combo plate w/rice: 8 - the beef was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor! The lemongrass flavor wasn't strong or overpowering and they give you a good amount of beef. It came with white rice and pickled veggies (daikon, cucumber, and carrots) and fish sauce. Again, super flavorful and I actually cleaned the plate! The only small critique was that I thought the meat was going to be like short ribs and the waitress confirmed it was, but it wasn't. Avocado smoothie: 8/10 - I love avocado smoothies and its hard to find a place that makes it right. Here, it was absolutely perfect! The avocado's flavor really shined. Most places would make it way too sweet and you can't taste the avocado. However, I was able to taste the fresh avocado and the sweetness was on point. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. This is my 1900th review on Yelp, and I couldn't pick a better place to review and RAVE about my experience. If you are in Jacksonville, RUN don't walk to this location for a stunning experience as it's a gorgeous location that is very cozy. Though I didn't wait, I definitely would to have a Tokyo Ramen again!

I visited this establishment for an evening out and wanted to share some feedback based on that…read moreexperience. During our visit, a manager engaged in repeated personal interactions with my guest that felt outside the bounds of typical professional service. While I understand that friendliness is part of hospitality, the frequency and tone of these interactions became uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. After the visit, I brought this to the attention of the business directly in the hope that it would be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive a meaningful response or any indication that the concern was taken seriously. I'm sharing this here so others have a complete picture when deciding where to go, and so the business has another opportunity to reflect on how customer interactions are handled. With more attentive management and clearer boundaries for staff, this could be a much stronger experience.
