Hands down, this was the best matcha I had in Fredericksburg!! There were seven of us, and since indoor seating is very limited we grabbed everything to go and enjoyed it while walking. I'm taking one star off for the service. During our visit, the staff didn't make much eye contact and seemed uninterested in answering questions which made the interactions feel really unwelcoming. Maybe they were having an off morning or feeling overwhelmed... That said, the quality of the drinks and food was excellent, and I'd still recommend stopping by for the matcha alone!

The employees were so friendly and kind; one wrapped up all our food and drinks and brought them straight to us! In addition to the food and drinks they also sell art by local artists and Lazy Heron swag. The whole place feels homey, friendly, and Heron themed (especially with the 5 foot hanging herons).
