1 Star Bait and Switch - DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I came to Victory Chevrolet on Rhyne Rd believing I was getting a fair deal on a 4Runner, only to experience one of the worst dealership tactics I've ever seen. Prices were not what they advertised, and when I sat down to finalize the deal, suddenly there were mandatory add-ons that were never disclosed up front. They tried to force a "Brake Plus" flashing brake light product into the deal, a $399 add on. After researching, I found out it's actually a cheap aftermarket module worth around $20 and can be unplugged or removed in minutes. Victory tried to pass it off as something much more valuable -- and insisted it had to stay on the vehicle. On top of that, the real out-the-door price was thousands more than what they advertised. Insisting the 'Victory Protection Package' for $1599, is standard on every purchase. Classic bait-and-switch pricing. For anyone shopping here, be prepared for price changes, hidden fees, forced add-ons, and inflated numbers that magically appear once you're in the finance office. The good news? I walked away. I've now purchased a better 4Runner, with fewer miles, thousands less, and it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty -- something Victory couldn't match. Better experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Warranty Issue -- Resolved After Escalation…read more After a long and frustrating process, my warranty issue has finally been resolved. I want to commend Mike Grayson, the General Manager, for stepping in personally and taking decisive action to correct the situation. His professionalism and integrity turned around what had become a very negative experience. Unfortunately, the handling of this matter prior to Mike's involvement was unacceptable. Todd Goodman was the one who continue to give me hard times as well as basically saying i have no leaga action to stand on and point black told me that. I was repeatedly dismissed and given inaccurate information, which forced me to escalate the issue. It should never have required that level of persistence to obtain a fair resolution. Mike Grayson demonstrated real leadership by ensuring the company ultimately did the right thing. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and I hope his example sets the standard for how future customer concerns are handled. Also maybe teach Todd Goodman a thing or two about custumer service
