When you walk into this space it's like walking into a treasure trove. Bottles in all shapes and sizes of the most wonderful selection of wines , spirits and non alcoholic drinks sparkle on shelves up to the ceiling. Cold non alcoholic drinks of unusual types available in the fridge for those just finished a hike or mountain bike ride . Service is friendly and non invasive, perfect for browsers and those who like to take the time to really take it all in . My experience though involves a personal hunt for a particular Italian wine that one of my fave restaurant bloggers recommended. Hunting high and low in Los Angeles I could not track it down . I recently moved to Lake Arrowhead and decided to explore. I had bookmarked this spot for one of my exploration adventures . I walk in the door and there is a bottle of the very wine I have been hunting for sitting right there front and center!! Wow. This a place on the pulse for what is special , refined and trending. This place is a really cool shop to visit while you wait for your pizza across the street or after even. The guy who works there is super friendly and if you're looking for a different kind of drink that most likely won't be at the liquor store you'll probably find it here. Loveee Littlebear Bottleshop after discovering it this weekend on a trip up to Lake Arrowhead. Wanted to try some local selections and the kind and knowledgeable man behind the counter showed us many great options. Opted for a red and a cider by a local brewer as well as a bottle of Portuguese wine that I was pleasantly surprised to find in stock. Even many stores in Los Angeles do not carry Portuguese wine. I may have to make my way up the mountain more often just to visit Littlebear read more

Slowly stocking my little speakeasy with all the random interesting items I find. We absolutely LOVED this place! A friend recommended it to us and we're so thankful - only 90 min outside of LA (we went to Skyforest for a weekend getaway) and it feels like a hidden gem! If I had to imagine a quintessential mountain store that specializes in alcohol sales, it would be Little Bear Bottle Shop. As one of the newer shops in lake arrowhead, walking through the front door I felt as if I'd stepped back in time with the rustic feel and the genuine friendly customer service from Nathan. I loved the homemade brass price tags on each bottle, the wood crafted shelving and the wide selection of curated spirits and wine. But on top of everything that makes this store great, again, it's Nathan's relaxed, easy-going demeanor and product knowledge that compels this five star experience. read more

Super cute spot perfectly situated on the way to Lake Arrowhead. Definitely recommend stopping by either before or after! Great place for local craft brews, unique wine and liquor. They even have cool bitters and gifts like antique bottle openers and wine stoppers. My friends got some cute pre-mixed cocktails and my fiancé got a Syrah that the owner recommended - a super friendly guy that's super knowledgeable. The whole store exudes eclectic charm! read more

Awesome bottleshop in Skyforest! Great selection of Wines, Spirits, Beers, and Ciders. Lots of things that you won't be able to get at other stores in the area. Make a pit stop here before your day on the lake! The owner is so nice. And incredibly knowledgeable! He made great recommendations. They even have books, glassware and other gift items. This little place packs a big punch. Instead of the usual same swill you see in most liquor stores, the owner has decided to stock it with a wider variety. Not to say you won't find your favorites, but there's so many great products that you don't always see in the regular stores. My wife and I enjoy some good bourbon and tequila from time to time, and the owner recommended new products to us off what we normally drink. Prices are inline in what you'd find down the hill so that's a plus too. read more

This place is fantastic! They have an amazing selection of wines that you're not going to find at any of the local grocery stores or liquor stores. We bought a couple of orange wines recently that were amazing on a hot day. But they aren't limited to wine, they have all kinds of beers and liquor as well. If you live in the area, you're probably going to make this your new favorite spot. If you're visiting, definitely stop by and grab something unique on your way out. read more

Awesome, little boutique bottle shop tucked away. Owner was extremely helpful and kind. We didn't have a bottle opener at our airbnb and he was kind enough to give us his, even though he sold out of openers. This place has all of the best selections. Such a great vibe in there, too. This is THE gem of the mountain that you need to visit!!!! We bought a delicious bottle of mezcal- haven't seen that type anywhere. Impressed by this place- and touched by the kindness of the owner.
