The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide what to buy. The prices were very reasonable and I was able to find some great deals. The store was well-organized and the staff kept the shelves stocked with the latest products. The atmosphere was friendly and the checkout process was quick and easy. I left a very polite message with my phone number and never heard back. I was only in Big Bear for the night so going in to speak to someone isn't an option. My bank wouldn't allow the dispute claim because I did make a purchase. My fault for not asking for a receipt and disappointed with the lack of response.

The prices are slightly higher than other stores but you make up for it with the time you save being able to get in and get out. The store is pretty clean. Most smaller places just dont have the hands or the time to keep it clean but they do a nice job here. Solid and convenient location.

The Market Cafe deli section had lots of munchie samples to try. Today, there were salsa samples,sushi samples, and apple cider samples...yum. Be careful in the parking lot. For some reason, there always seems to be a lot of cars recklessly cruising around.
