My Lady needed to use the restroom, which on a previous visit to this store both my lady and I have used, and was rudely told "No!, for employees only". This left my lady feeling racially profiled. Note: every item in this store is insultingly more expensive than any other place you could purchase them at. As this store is not too close to the Village, it would seem that being nice, courteous, and accomodating would be the standard. Nope! If the store is busy, then have enough people working to handle the customers. This isn't rocket science. The whole store just has a miserable feeling to it. Someone needs to take responsibility and start fixing these problems instead of pretending everything is fine.
