The rocks were spread so thin that the lining can be seen and is peeling up. The owner was supposed to come out and speak with us, he set the time and then never showed up and now won respond to us. The piping for the rain gutters are held together by duct tape and not buried under the ground. We spent over 70k for the worst work I've seen. We are extremely frustrated and annoyed.
