It seems that they definitely stay up to date with whatever trends in the market as far as equipment and songs. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed. The prices are fair but slightly on the higher side. Forgivable as it is a happening area and again, their offerings seem to be on the better end compared to other karaokes. They have a pretty full menu of bottle service alcohol, and various combos for drinks and food. And unlike some other karaokes that have a very limited snack or microwaveable menu, they offer a good selection of some real-food items at decent lounge-type prices.

Loved the private bathroom and attentive service. We were up front so service calls and order deliveries were damn near instantaneous. And the value feels much better when you actually fill the room. The only complaint is the weird booking policy that basically forces you into a package from 10pm that also limits your ability to book 9-10pm as well. Still, if you have people that will stay out late then the packages are decent. Song selections are good but still finicky. Sound is fairly customizable so no complaints there either. Will definitely keep this place in mind for larger groups that can take advantage of the package bookings.

She then raised her voice at us, even though we had been actively ordering the entire night. We had purchased multiple meals and bottles, had just ordered another bottle, and hadn't even finished our food or drinks. We weren't simply occupying a table without spending money--we were paying customers enjoying dinner and catching up. What made the situation even more confusing was that there were numerous empty tables throughout the restaurant. I even recorded a video of the dining room because I couldn't believe we were being pressured to leave while so many tables sat vacant. I only wish I had recorded the interaction with the waitress, because I was genuinely shocked by how she spoke to us. I've dined at many restaurants, and this is the first time I've ever had a server yell at me. We were respectful, caused no disruption, and simply wanted to enjoy our evening. No customer should been spoken to in that manner. There was also no line or anyone waiting. Unfortunately, because of the poor service and unprofessional treatment, I can't recommend this restaurant.

I waited around 10-15 minutes before being acknowledged to just be seated which I thought was outrageous because there were only 3 tables at the moment. I understand that there were adults drinking within the store however this was one of the coldest days this winter and having kids right next to the door was a little irritating. Putting that aside, after I was seated, I did have to wait for one more person at my table so it was okay that I was never approached for my order to be taken (even though I was ready). But once the last person from my party arrived, we still waited a decent 20-25 minutes before our server asked us if we were ready to order! My sister and I were even already discussing leaving and trying other options for dinner because we saw the server only attending to the other tables or just on her phone. I understand being understaffed and I understand being busy but nothing of that matter was what was causing this lack of attentiveness. Overall, the service was absolutely not what it use to be. I do not think I will be back regardless of how much I do love their food.

There is a lounge side with cocktails and bites, and a karaoke side -- I've been to both. The space is underground, moody and dim, fitting with its theme. The lounge is really beautifully decorated, with high ceilings that definitely make you forget you're underground. The karaoke rooms are all decorated with a different theme and are cool. The service here is good, servers are attentive. The cocktail menu has changed a lot over the many times I've been here, and they've almost all been excellent. Rewind definitely has some of the best, if not the best, cocktails in LIC. You can't get cocktails on the karaoke side, which I hope changes. The food is also really great. Some of my favorites include the Hummus and Scallion Pancake, Mushroom Congee, Taiwanese Fried Chicken, and the fries. I haven't had a bad thing on their menu. Overall, I really like Rewind and will continue to go there.
