Now that my kids are no longer in their care I can post. My girls have been going to childtime on…read moreMorgan rd for about 6 months it's been nothing short of hell. I was in a bad position and needed care for my girls. In the beginning it seemed bumpy they had issues getting emyahs dietary needs met she has an allergy to soy and apperently me saying that wasn't enough. We got that fine tuned. Then they had a boy bullying and HITTING my child daily. Spoke to the director and it stopped stell loved her teacher and so did miss mckenzie and a few others were part of the reason it was so hard to leave. I'd like to note the indcidents typically happened when they took their breaks or lunch and fillers were in the rooms. My daughter has asthma and for months I had a hard time getting them to use her neb while she was struggling to breathe. Come to find out albuterol and inhalers are considered emergency need and ANY facility can give them. She ended up with rsv this season after being sent home 4 times being told she had a fever over 101 leaving work early I would get to the facility no fever in sight I'm talking 97-98 my child was a miracle child who's fever vanished in 20 mins along with the extra teacher in that room as soon as I got there. Again my youngest has an issue with being fed soy this time I'm not so understanding if you're aware of an ALLERGY your cook should be aware of that they're cooking. Went to the director nothing was done. Another little boy start hitting my child every day I'm filling out paperwork that the director would litterally hide in her office and say nothing to me she has been kicked in the back , slapped in the back of the head had food crammed in her face and down her shirt, by last week she was crying and attached to my leg every time I went To drop her off which is very unlike stell this whole time I'm looking For care for them. They're on several waiting lists. After my daughters rsv they bumped her albuterol treatment to which the director advised I would need an entirely new packet filled out (after a week of doing the new treatment) so I get the lower dose and figure at least she is getting something they only kept up with it for 2 days and then she would start coughing they would call me telling me she had a fever and needed to go home when I arrived to no fever they would say well we woke her up and she was coughing and looked like crap we gave her a treatment so that may be why she's better.... Ya think the security lock on the door is for show it doesn't work. The director is a joke she would go to staff and make fun of the fact that I would say things to her saying oh well you know how she is. How? A caring parent? The last time I got called for no fever I lost it on her I told her I had missed multiple days of work had to pay for back up care for her all for her to not be sick. I took her to the doctors at these point now yes Myah has been sick but she's also been on steroids, albuterol and antibiotics she had croupe and a double ear infection which I willingly took her to the doctors for same for the rsv I took her to the hospital on a weekend and didn't bring her back until she was fever free for 3-4 days. Following this I found out no one in that room had been advised of emyah having rsv. They had kids with green boogers dropping down their face throwing up everywhere and still in the infant room. By this point I had enough. Their last week the same little boy "got mad" and scratched my daughter, threw things across the room and at kids and staff and was not sent home. Another child had lice they never sent home a message to parents I found out from a friend who works their most of the little details. Bringing in children with behavioral issues is never a problem but don't expect my four yo to be aware and react to that the same knowing this he should have had aids to assist. My youngest had a rash from being allowed to sleep for over 4 hours so bad she was bleeding mind you no rash was had in the morning. I dropped her off their last day with 3 bottles of milk my child was offered 1! At the age of 1 when she cannnot advocate for herself they let her go without all day one bottle is not acceptable. I'm so happy to say my children have a new daycare! When someone leaves their children in your care you should understand there is a level of trust once that is broken good luck getting the nice side of them!

This place clearly has terrible management. There are alot of better options around that are far…read moremore worth the money they charge. You can tell the staff cares about the kids but unfortunately they're not treated right by management, the high turn over of staff proves it. Management is a joke here and they definitely DO NOT know what they are doing. Support locally owned over this corporate non sense.
