I would give negative stars if I could! I bought a king size frame and with in 3 months the frame broke . We had it replaced. ( btw, we had to bring the broken bed back) it was a very long process. Fine. Picked up our new bed.... guess what, 2 months later frame breaks again!! Same place. I call them and they tell me to make s claim, so I did. But did not want the same bed. Fine. Told me to find another bed. Did not see another one we liked. We wanted a full refund.... guess what didn't happen? Their "policy " is that you can get store credit! No refunds. Yikes. Where do I start. First, most of the items on display at their stores are not available for months. Next, when the products were delivered and there were quality issues, we got varying answers from in-store personnel and customer service phone reps as far as the solutions which still was not resolved. I would almost venture to say, the reps on the phone lied to us, but I'm still waiting for the final result (who knows when that might be). Furniture looks great in the store, but many of our pieces arrived damaged and their delivery teams damaged a few of the products as well. I was a planner and planned ahead by months before my move. BUYERS BEWARE!! If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. I bought a brand new bed from Living Spaces in Pflugerville Texas but when it got delivered, only the headboard was brand new. The footboard and side rails were used, damaged and torn. They were also the incorrect side rails and footboard, so there was no putting it together. It was also missing all the support beams. When I called them, and after waiting on hold for ten minutes, they just hung up on me. When I finally got through to them, they said they didn't sell me a used bed, but that was all they had and I would have to wait 50 days for the correct bed. I am now waiting for my refund and strongly recommend that everyone should read all the negative reviews on this place. Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered a buffet. It came damaged and does NOT look like the item that I purchased. It looks like a cheap knockoff. The wood is cracked and looks like it has been glued together. Nothing on this is real wood. It's particleboard overpriced junk. One of the mirrors in the door is shattered. I called and the customer service was not helpful. They told me to send photos and they would get around to looking at them in a week. I called again and asked to return the item and be given a refund. The customer service person said they don't do refunds unless I haul it myself to a store. I just called the number listed for the Pflugerville, TX store. I wanted to see if a particular lamp I was interested in would take a 3 way bulb. It did not say online. I knew the lamp was in the store as I had been there a few days before. I was interested in purchasing 4 lamps totally over $1,000. The girl on the phone told me she couldn't find any information online about that (I had already told her it wasn't online). I asked her if someone could go test the lamp as I knew it was in the store. She told me she was customer service - not the store - and there was no way to call the store. I told her I was interested in 4 of them and felt it was rather crazy that I had to drive all the way to the store to check this out myself. She then proceeded to hang up on me. To finally get what I needed, I waited for a total of 4 months - for a tech to come by and look at it, waiting for replacement part, finally finding out replacement part wasn't coming and I would get a replacement console, then the console deliver my significantly delayed. I understand delays are inevitable but in those 4 months there was no communication from living spaces customer support. Each time I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. If you want a good customer service experience, avoid buying a couch at Living Spaces. DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY. I bought an expensive couch from them that was supposed to come with 2 sets of two pillows. The order form clearly indicates that we want one set in one color and the other in the other color. After getting the run around for 2 weeks and then being ghosted. Someone finally asked us to submit our claim which required an upload and some other hoops. In the end, they denied the claim insisting that a set of pillows is only one pillow! So... supposedly we were supposed to get 3 in one color and 1 in the other. I called them up to tell them that there must have been a mistake. I received the run-around with warranty and was told that I did not read the order form correctly. Will never buy from them again. I bought an expensive leather recliner with additional warranty. The recliner broke after a few months. After numerous online requests, phone calls AND in-person store attempts, I was told that the chair is no longer sold and cannot be repaired. I received a new model of a similar chair, which was great. BUT, the new chair also broke. This happened after regular warranty, so the additional warranty company came out, looked at the chair and said whatever is wrong with it is minor and does not fall under warranty. So now I have a chair that squeaks and makes other horrible noises that makes me feel like I am going to crash any minute. And no recourse. Just ordered a bedroom set for my daughter's room from this store because I had a really bad experience with rooms to go just a couple months ago. The prices are fair. The delivery time was not too bad and the furniture actually looks good. The technicians were quick and very help full. My only complaint was the scheduling process, as we are just assign a day and time and nothing really can be changed unless you pay more. Our appointment was a 9-12, we called and requested closer to noon, dispatch says "ok we will try" and get a call from them 15 minutes later to tell us that they would be at the residence in 10 minutes... like wth?, but anyways they waited 20 minutes outside pre assembling the furniture while I got home. Scam of a business. They don't tell you about their return policy till after you paid and they email you a receipt. They give you 7 days only to return items with NO exceptions. I bought a decorative mirror and NEVER opened the box once it was delivered. We didnt account for the AC control unit in the space we planned to hang the mirror and then we traveled for a few days for work and now I am back past my 7-days and they won't accept the return - again, sealed, unopened box :) Compare this to their competitors for home décor.. quality and price range, this like Target, AtHome, Costco, Walmart, Amazon, HomeGoods, Marshals, etc. etc. all of which would happily access returns within reason and of course with limitations but they do accept returns :) they work hard to keep your business. On October 14,2022 we ordered a new bedroom set and a new Revive Granite Extra Firm queen mattress, $1,170.00, Total, $5,569. from Living Spaces in Pflugerville, Texas. We ordered a queen bed frame that has the drawers underneath. We immediately noticed that you could see the slats and into drawers on the sides of the mattress. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame. The first night we were rolling into each other in the middle. We always have had a queen mattress and this has never been a problem. I made a call to Living Spaces, Pflugerville, and all calls go to Dallas or California. On Oct. 29, I was told to send pictures, which I did and someone would call me back. We made three more calls over a weeks time asking for a call back. On Nov. 13, I was asked to send pictures again. So much trouble downloading the pictures to their site. I actually had a supervisor in California tell me, "sometimes the mattress is off!" In the meantime no one from the Pflugerville Living Spaces ever called. They sent a mattress inspector to our home on 11/17/22, and he said to us that it is sagging and depressions on both left and right sides of the mattress. He said it looked like they sent us a floor model! He sent his report in for review. On 12/08/22 we got an email saying our warranty claim is not approved because the mattress is the correct size!!! They closed the claim! What I'm the most upset about, is not once did anyone from the Pflugerville store call to see what they could do to resolve the problem! read more

They then proceeded to push the couch up the stairs and when they got to the top they refused to lift it which is when they said it was too big. Purchased a two door cabinet, it was delivered without the glass door panel. They wrapped the item knowing there was a missing glass panel. I called for support only to be told that the cabinet was tagged incorrectly (Living Spaces fault) and I would have to pay an additional $150 for me to keep my item and for them to replace the correct cabinet glass frame. 1) Item was knowingly delivered with missing parts 2) They placed the wrong tag on the item How is the fault on the customer? I should not have to pay for Living Spaces mistakes. I am in shock at the lack of customer service at living spaces. I should have educated myself and read the overehelming negative reviews and customer feed back regarding Living Spaces before considering making my purchase. The local store can't answer the basic question of delivery date or where the order stats is. They deflect, Ignore and flat out lie. Ordering a couch for my sons family was a gift for his wife and two children. Something they cant afford, so a special event. Knowing it would take up to four weeks they waited with anticipation and excitement. To finally relax and enjoy as a family with their two infants. At 2, 3 and 4 weeks calling to check on the order status grew more and more frustrating. No manager, No supervisor, just generic responses: "Its in the truck" its on its way to the warehouse" "it shipped from the factory" etc..... BUT no one can answer what factory? What warehouse? Where is the truck? When will it arrive and where is it headed? When will it be delivered to my sons home? Decietful practices, unethical and the poorest communication skills. My son, daughter in law and grandkids have no couch and are enduring weeks without clarity. Now their grandmother is visiting and they have NO couch. 4 weeks have come and gone and STILL no idea whats happening.......but every phone call im threatened with loosing 25% of the purchase price. So my biggest take a way from this experience is to not try and handle any issues with the corporate number, just try to go back to the store and speak with the people there. The staff at this store is the only reason why I would shop back at Living Spaces again and I wanted to just highlight a few: Jennifer Micah Devin and the only help that I was able to get with anyone who didn't have to deal with me face to face would be Samantha aka Sam who works in warranty dept but just happened to be helping out customer service the day I called back. All in all this was a pretty rough experience that I honestly believe that Jennifer will take back to the executive team and help try to fix, but I am grateful for how it ended out. read more

Yea, I would definitely steer clear. It looks really nice when you are in there. They will convince you to sign up for a credit card to purchase, what they don't tell you is how long it will take to get your items, how fast something will break down and how hard it is to get an appointment to have someone come out to fix the issue. I bought a couch that rocks and reclines as well as a rug and a coffee storage table. The storage table came with the chains not attached (1 jump ring was broken, 1 was missing) I should have checked before the delivery guys left, so that's my fault, and I can easily fix it. We made these purchases back on March 17. The items were delivered April 19. Then, early May (I think the 8th or 9th), the motor on the right side of the recliner died on us. So we called and stayed on hold for 45 minutes and when we finally got someone, we were told, can't get a technician out to you until June. You get sent a link and then you have to take pictures of all angles of your defected item, even though I told the person, the motor is out. Still, I obliged, sent the pics, THEN, was called a few days later and asked if I could take a video of the defected item. I was pretty annoyed, but I went ahead and took a video of me trying to push the button for the leg to go down, I guess to prove that it doesn't work, I don't know. I repeatedly said, the motor is broken to the agent, on emails and even on the form they made me complete. When the technician finally came earlier in June, he looked at the couch and said, the motor is out. Right, so, will you please fix it? No, have to order the part. And now, it will take 8 weeks to receive the motor, possibly around July 28ish the part should be here. When I receive the part, I will have to call again to set up another appointment to have a technician come out. Maybe I will have a fixed couch by Christmas, fingers crossed! I am so sad that I have this defective couch and it cost 1200 bucks and I have to pay on this thing and if I sent this couch back, it would cost me even more money to have it picked up and I can't even get a hold of Living Spaces because no one ever answers the phone. update: after emailing the contact in the comments, I was notified that I would be able to get credit for the couch and purchase a new one. I was super excited to get a new couch with no manufacturers defects/damage. I ordered a new sectional (only a 2 piece this time) as well as a couch table with the credit. In the attached photos you can see that the sectional came with an extremely damaged corner, mismatching pieces (AGAIN) and lumpy, bumpy frame. The couch table came with TWO chips and uneven staining. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES. I wish I could get all my money back and spend it somewhere with quality furniture. read more
