We bought a table two years ago with Living Spaces and paid for the 5 year warranty. That is a Joke. Our table got damaged during our move and the warranty department will not cover it. This is my first time to a Living Spaces and was pretty impressed. There seem to be a wide variety and selection of items. The selection of items seem items straight from HGTV. Service: There is always room for improvement. For the experience I had, employees were very friendly and willing to serve you with a smile but because this was opening day, they seemed a little overwhelmed. Something that I know will get better in the future. Overall: I see great things for Living Spaces in Pflugerville. The one suggestion I have would be if they could sell their items as a set instead of individual for everything to it's location therefore they provide customers with great sales. It was good to know that they have an outlet section for accommodation. Look forward to visit again especially with the restaurant that is coming soon. read more

I was at an appointment earlier today when I got a call from my wife stating that for the second time Living Spaces delivery team showed up and didn't have everything they were supposed to for the bed we purchased for my son's birthday. Would you believe that ALL four other people in the meeting I was in have had negative experiences with Living Spaces? I think it's safe to say that there is a big disconnect between the showroom floor where you purchase the items and the warehouse that fills the orders for delivery. This company really needs to get their stuff together if they even care to. It is really a consistent bad experience for the customer. This review is for ordering from them online and their delivery service. I had been searching for months for a cute and small kitchen island/table set and I got an ad for a great deal on a set from living spaces. Besides the great value, I also loved how quickly it was available and how they delivered it (for free!) to the inside of my home at exactly when they said they would. I received several emails and texts reminding me about delivery. The only negative was that it was a little time consuming to put together and the instructions could be clearer on the steps. Also, the set has a strong smell, possibly the finish or materials used. Really happy with how it looks in my space and that the wood seems strong. read more

The WORST experience i've ever had purchasing furniture. The showroom is understaffed and on the multiple occasions i've been here, not one salesperson has asked if i needed help. However the real disappointment is with customer service. I have ordered two different bed frames, both deliveries have been delayed, with no communication and no apology. I've been sleeping on the floor for 3 weeks due to the incompetence of the delivery team, and in my most recent conversation with them, they told me they don't know when my bed frame will arrive, but they're expecting in about 2-3 weeks. When I asked about a discount, they offered me $100 discount on my purchase of over $1200. What a joke. I get a notice that the couch will be delayed till July, then notification that it will be delivered on the one day I'm out of town. I call get a hold and told call back to schedule delivery on the original date it was to be delivered. I call and find out the couch isn't ready but the chairs are. ? Let me tell you my story - we moved here in September 2020 and bought a leather sectional and a China cabinet. We spent over $4000 on the two pieces. Paying was a struggle - the sales person apparently was new and had a very difficult time processing the sale. Delivery was the issue! The sectional came without one of the power cords. The delivery guy said"someone will come after 6pm with the cord. The doorbell rang at 10pm!!! It was Living Spaces with the cord! Seriously I am not kidding! 10pm! When the China hutch was delivered it was missing the glass shelf pins. Now, this was no small piece - it is the Magnolia two piece cabinet that was over $2500. The delivery guy made a call and said the shelf pins had to be ordered ! So the upper cabinet had no shelves in place. Needless to say, I went to Home Depot and bought the proper shelf pins. Living Spaces never communicated again. Guess they didn't order them? Who knows! Poor customer service! read more

Yes, this store is amazing! It is also amazing how I believe the experience, would be several negative, the furniture would get a 4. The store is brand new, the display at the entrance showing their furniture cut in half and furniture of their competitors cut in half. They claim to have Restoration Hardware quality for less. I really needed help with putting things together, I cannot decorate. They called a designer over but it was the wrong person, I decided on one set, changed my mind to another 10 minutes later. I asked that the ottoman be removed from the first set also be removed from the order. As, the second set I had chosen a different ottoman (that came with the set). As I was standing in line, I was reading the Yelp! reviews and I was like humm, should I cancel this order. No, what are the chances of this happening to me. I signed and left the store. When I got home, I looked at the e-mail receipt and discovered that the ottoman from the first set was left on the order. (My fault) I guess. Yeah, I signed it, my fault. I called the store and a nice woman said they were probably already loading up the truck. She said if she could have them take it off the truck she would delete from the invoice and e-mail me an updated one. So, when the next day came and I didn't get an e-mail I figured I would need to let the drivers know. My window was between 11-2, at 4 PM I got a call that they were 20 minutes away. I didn't care because it was a Sunday and I had nothing better to do. So, when they came, I immediately let them know about the item that need to be returned. Great, they could not get the sofa in and had it wedged up against my wall at an angle. I had to instruct them to unwrap it in the hall and remove the legs. It fit, after they destroyed my wall. This is a brand new complex and I have already had to have my apartment fixed! They also left trash all over the hall wall and even in the parking lot. Someone could have run over the parts they left and flattened a tire! I went to the store the next day, and was told that corporate handles all damage claims. When I called corporate the next day, someone said a claim had already been opened and someone would call me back. 2 days later I called corporate again and said they will send another ticket up for someone to call me within 2 days. Now today is 7 days after my delivery. Still no call from corporate. read more

We found one that we were immediately drawn to and purchased that day. Customer service and delivery were great. The quality of the coffee table is great and has lasted for the year we have had it. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a Grand Down II sectional sofa in preference cream (a custom color). When I originally placed the order, I was told the furniture would be available in 2-3 weeks (mid to end of June). However, yesterday I was told the order is delayed by one month until the end of July. I contacted living spaces to tell them that the time frame was unacceptable and that I would like to cancel or change to a color in stock. I was repeatedly told they would penalize me 25% of what I paid for changing my order. This is absurd. They effectively hold my money hostage without any promise that the new time frame is guaranteed while refusing to work with me to find a solution. I have placed a case with the better business bureau as living spaces are in business to profit from their supplier's delays. Furthermore, Living Spaces disregards Texas's 30-day shipping rule, which states that consumers should be allowed to cancel the order, and the business should give a full refund within the period when shipping was promised if shipping extends past 30 days. This place is awful. I've bought well over 5000 dollars worth of furniture from them now. Them messed up our first delivery even though the only reason we bought the couch that we didn't even want was to get it in the 26th because at least it was the day after Christmas. It's January 7th. We still haven't gotten the couch. Then we go back today to get the couch we wanted we asked about our couch it apparently coming tomorrow. It's been two weeks after the original delivery date which is ridiculous considering we signed a contract. So they're out of breach in their original contract. Anyways we get another couch. My husband and 7 month old daughter come in and buy another couch. Friendly as ever per usual they check up out and say it's going to come today. That's great. We went to visit the beautiful Pflugerville LS store and were awed at the size of the store and huge selection of items. We went home with a list and decided on a big comfy chair. I purchased it through their website and was given a choice of when to go pick it up from the Pflugerville store. I selected a 6 hr window on a Monday, about 2 weeks away. When the day came, I drove up there (in the pouring rain) on my work break to get the chair. When I arrived the people there seemed very confused as to why I was given that time slot given that the chair was not in their store. They did some research and said that it had never shipped and that it was in a warehouse in California. I spoke to a manager and he said he would "personally" help me out and make sure it was delivered to my home (free delivery) when it arrived from CA. I left annoyed but glad for the free delivery. A week later, after not hearing any updates, I called up the general customer service number because I couldn't find the actual store phone number. As I waited on hold, I searched Yelp for Living Spaces reviews and was horrified at what I read. Many stories of people not getting items, people not getting refunded, poor customer service, and warranties not being honored for furniture falling apart. Not good. When someone finally answered, they said the chair was on backorder and wouldn't be available for 12 weeks. I asked why I was told it was in California when it wasn't and she didn't have an answer. I asked if there was any sort of compensation - like a discount for my troubles etc. (I have had amazing customer service in the past from places like Wayfair and Overstock so I thought I'd ask), and she said "no". Ok, if she had even offered $50 off that would have shown some willingness to solve the problem and make a customer happy. But nope, so I cancelled the order because I didn't want to wait that long, but also because I read about people being strung along for months without ever getting items. I may have neglected to do my research on this store ahead of time (sorry Yelp!), but I was not going to make another mistake. You better believe that I'll be watching to make sure my cc is credited. I ordered a mattress in Fort Worth, TX and they did not have it in stock in Fort Worth but had one in Austin. The Austin location would not allow the mattress to be sent to Fort Worth but said we could pick it up in Austin as early as 10:00AM on Saturday. So we woke up early to pick up the mattress in the middle of a move (4 hour drive/8 hour round trip) and we called 30 minutes out to make sure our mattress was ready and the guy on the phone said it will be ready to pick up when you get here. We get to the Living Spaces location in Austin and the pick-up doors are locked. We call the Living Spaces again and the lady tells us to go to the front of the store. We go to the front of the store and they tell us we can not pick up our mattress until 12:00PM and we can sit for 2 hours in the store if we would like?!! Do not buy from Living Spaces! Unfortunately for me it didn't go as planned. We purchased furniture from Living Spaces at the Austin location before, to be delivered to Austin. We purchased a custom sofa sleeper from them, and we didn't have any issue as far as quality or delivery. However, we just purchased several furniture items to be delivered at our Houston apartment. I was told at the store that we had two options for delivery: one, they can deliver to my door without assembling the furniture with no cost. Or, pay $100 and have them deliver our furniture and assemble it. I was suggested to pick the free option because I could assemble it myself, and have it guaranteed that they would deliver to my door. So the delivery day comes...and I had to travel from Austin to Houston, reserve the time window for the elevator at our apartment building, and now had to anxiously wait to enjoy our new furniture we ordered. But to our surprise, the delivering company comes and says they can't deliver the furniture to my DOOR (which is what I was promised) and that instead they will drop the furniture at the lobby. This is ridiculous, because first of all, there's no way I can get all those pieces of heavy furniture to the elevator and into my apartment myself, and second of all, this is something that totally caught me off guard. Because if I knew they weren't able to take it to my apartment DOOR, then I would've paid the $100 fee (which is a joke amount) so they could actually bring it to my apartment and set it up. I was downstairs, and I called the store directly to talk to a manager, to explain the situation to him, to see if he could alleviate the problem. But after talking to the dispatcher of the moving company, she stated that she could not finish the delivery and they would have to reschedule and come back some other time. Which this is absolutely unacceptable, because I spent my own money and time in traveling here so I could get my furniture, all for this to be screwed up, and screwing me and my time. So this will be the last time I promote and buy from Living Spaces in the future. And I would avoid at all costs from buying your furniture at Living Spaces. read more

Update: We received a refund, awaiting call from pickup crew to take the couch. I would not recommend purchasing really anything here after the experience we've had. We went in mid July saw a couch we loved and ordered it with the additional warranty. Scheduled the delivery date about 2 weeks out to coincide with our move. First couch is delivered and it's got major structural damage after we unwrap. Call the customer service number and wait 30 minutes to be told another one will come in 2 days. Great. Second one comes and it's butchered as well with pulls all over 2 cushions and what looks like a bullet hole in the corner of the chaise. Sent in pictures to the warranty group and have had multiple phone calls. Told they will ship new cushions, said they put a rush on it but email says it can take 2 MONTHS. They also wanted a technician to come out which he does and says he cannot fix. It's been one week since the technician came and we have not been contacted about next steps meanwhile I've contacted them twice, which by the way means at least a 30 minute wait before you talk to som. It's been almost 3 weeks and we have yet to receive our couch since 2 have arrived in terrible conditions. The quality control is so poor I'm shocked this company isn't out of business. We are very close to just requesting they pick up the damaged couch and dispute the charge. It's having a huge impact on our lives having to be here for delivery, unwrapping, putting together, and multiple hours waiting and talking on the phone. Buyer beware! read more

Also, it seems like the Living Spaces personnel I was working with could be offered further training as they were un professional and was not able to assist. We ordered and picked up a brand new sectional in February. When we got it home and unloaded we found all the feet missing. We called Living Spaces right away. They told us they could have the feet sent to us but it would take 8 weeks. We took photos of our footless couch sitting on the floor, sent them off to the warranty people, and waited. It's been 15 weeks since we bought our couch on 2/25... today is 7/14. I got a voicemail from someone from Living Spaces saying they "can't complete our order... sorry... but you have 30 days to redeem a store credit". I'm missing 8 feet!!! What's worse is the only number to call is the corporate number that has you waiting on hold for an hour and then dropping your call. So I can't even try to get resolution. What kind of credit? Wife and I went to Living Spaces for the first time last week. They have some pretty awesome stuff but we were on a budget tryjng to furnish the new house. We found a recliner that we really liked at a pretty decent price. It was so comfortable in the showroom. We ended up purchasing it and paying extra to have it delivered since there was no instore pickup due to covid-19. The people who dropped it off were friendly and courteous. They brought the box into the room that we wanted it in. But the quality of the recliner we received was nothing like the showroom. Even after two weeks of use, the cushion feels hard and stiff. I don't know if we need more time to break it in, but it doesn't have the comfort that we experienced instore. Hopefully the cushion softens up and I can update this review later. But for now, this recliner is so uncomfortable. read more

I am very upset and disappointed with Livings Spaces extremely poor customer service and management regarding my final order. I contacted Living Spaces telephonically 4 times, and was promised I would be contacted within 48 hours on the 4 calls, which I NEVER was. Here is the timeline of this horrible shopping experience: JAN 1 - order placed. Jan 3 - Order shipped Jan 7 - Order Arrived San Antonio / scheduled delivery for JAN 7th. Jan 8 (FRI) - delivery status unknown Jan 11 (MON) - first call to Living spaces delivery dept., who had no clue the order was held up. Informed I would be contacted within 48 hours; I never was contacted. JAN 13 (WED) - second call to living spaces (nothing noted in my account from previous call, so I had to re-explain everything). Informed I would be contacted within 48 hours; I never was contacted. JAN 14 (THU) - third call to LS; nothing noted in my account about previous 2 calls or the concern; said would be contacted by email within 48 hours, never recalled a call back. JAN 18 (MON) - received new INVOICE dated JAN 18th (Order # 007 290 723) with no explanation as to why a new order # was re-issued. JAN 19 (TUE) - Fourth call to LIving Spaces, they said order was re-created but it still pending and has not shipped; no idea when it will ship. JAN 19 - I left feedback on their website's "contact us" section and was NEVER contacted by Living Spaces. I requested a discount on this order and they never contacted me. Went in to order a couch and wanted it as exactly as how it was displayed on the floor but customized the fabric they had me sign off on a wrong configuration (bc im not a professional i didn't realize the order was backwards after saying multiple times i wanted it exactly the same as the floor display) and now they are trying to give me the wrong couch or i have to pay a 25% refund fee as well as order a new couch. The sales associate I did talk to tried to gaslight me and told me that the couch that I wanted on the floor was the couch that was ordered, but luckily, I took a picture the day of the purchase of the couch with my sells associate sitting on the couch as proof that the couch was in fact with the sofa of the right and chase of the left but they tried to tell me it was the opposite and since that conversation living spaces has been radio silent once again. I live over an hour away from this place I went there and order directly from the store thinking that it would be simple and now to order a new couch they told me I have to come back and order from the store again - (because that worked out so well the first time) they are not taking any accountability for the situation but also won't help me order a new couch even tho I've been without a couch for a month now and now i apperently have to wait another month. Worst customer service! They don't have carts so they want you to carry things around all over their store. The cashiers manhandle everything, and after you pay they don't have anything to wrap up fragile items or bags to carry them out. Are you kidding me? How are they running a store with no carts and no bags for customers? Don't waste your time going here - Cheap stuff just like their customer service! read more
