I called to make an appointment. I emailed my medical form, but I would also recommend to bring in the form printed! Especially since it was so very hard to send in my medical form. I guess they say to sending your medical form request and then from there you call back and make an appointment. But they told me the email address is wrong. So I attach a picture of their actual email address. For the labs as a reminder, you have to fast for the full lab work. No one told me that beforehand. So it's very frustrating because I had to come a couple of days later in my schedule so I can fast. They send a text message reminder the day before and I think a couple of days before to confirm your appointment. But I appreciate a reminder. Besides the lab work, my appointment was really fast like it only took 20 minutes. There's a lot of parking. I know there's other reviews based on medical insurance. I don't have any experience with that period since I was just requesting outside operation medical clearance that Kaiser doesn't really provide to surgeries. So I guess that that was pretty easy so I would recommend this place for preop clearances if you're looking for one. Also, the medical assistant, Dr. Kim helped me and she was very sweet. they take credit card payments but charge a 3% on it so remind her to have some money in your bank account to Zelle them. Also. When I got there, there was no one waiting on online. I think I got there 20 minutes ahead of my appointment so they're able to take me right away. And when I left, there were two people waiting. So I don't really think that there is a really long waiting period to be seen

BEWARE: I highly would NOT recommend. I had a claim with them for 12 months and it was a…read moreNIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! They will just try to suck as much money from you as possible. When my claim ended they extended without my permission instead of sending me back to work like I asked (because claim was over) then when i called to get proof to go back to work they want more money for another appointment instead of giving me the proof I need... terrible disability company.. they wont help you, they'll ONLY help themselves & their wallet's at your benefit.

Showed up here, and no surprise, Prospect Medical Group has 2 stars. Absolutely, horrible customer…read moreservice. Of the 9 calls I've made to resolve this issue, Maribelle was the worst. We pay so much money for insurance just to be treated like crap... It's definitely not medical CARE.

The Good Their doctors are excellent…read moreTheir facilities are good but crowded The Bad The Long Wait times for an appointment They live in the dark ages in communication The Skinny Great doctors, lousy administration. So far, all the doctors in Prospect Medical Group have been excellent. I've had my Primary Care Physician, Dr. John Sarkaria, in Tustin for over 20 years Great listener, experienced, and know his stuff. I like his staff. But I I'm not as wild about the staff at Platinum Orthopedics, but my knee replacement done by Dr. Peter Pierko was great. With his surgery technique I healed weeks faster than expected according to the physical therapists. Same excellent care can be said about Dr.Sean Hirota, my cardiologist. Took care of any issues I had. He smiles a lot and makes you feel at ease. Just great doctors, all of them. But I have to knock two stars off the perfect rating that I would give to the above doctors. First, Prospect Medical Group is the administrator, the bosses, of the doctors. Prospect will send you a referral letter but by snail mail. The electronic age doesn't enter their system. They live in the 80's. There is no email or website interaction. Second, I just got a referral for my sprained wrist. It's healing, and I can type and work with no problem. But I was hoping for a treatment plan so I could start playing tennis again. I called today the earliest available appointment is about 40 days away. Isn't that how long it rained during Noah and the Ark? I just might be healed by then. So what's the point if you don't get prompt medical attention? Heck, if they're that busy, why don't they hire additional staff?

Be careful not to be scammed by this clinic. The first time, we wanted to see a family doctor but…read morewere scheduled with a Nurse Practitioner without being told up front. We learned from that mistake. On the second incident, we specifically requested a Psychiatrist for a family member and emphasized--multiple times--that we wanted to see a Doctor, not a Nurse. Despite our repeated calls and confirmations, the clinic still set us up with a Nurse Practitioner. We only realized this after the appointment had already started. This lack of transparency and misleading scheduling is unacceptable. Patients have the right to know exactly who they will be seeing before an appointment is made.

Nhan Hoa Community Clinic should review the organization of its dental department…read more Half of the patients coming to Nhan Hoa are for dental check-ups and treatments, yet there are currently only two dentists (there used to be three). The patient load is overwhelming, causing appointment wait times of one month or more, even for those suffering from severe tooth pain. The nurse only says: "Wait for your appointment" or "If the pain is too bad, go to the emergency room." If going to the ER were that simple, why would patients come to Nhan Hoa at all? Couldn't they offer more helpful guidance? Patients are forced to seek temporary treatment elsewhere just to relieve their pain. Ideally, they should be examined and treated directly at Nhan Hoa, because they trust the dentists here -- not to hear meaningless responses or be left suffering while waiting for an appointment. Even when patients ask to be "worked in" for an earlier visit, it is useless, because the dentists are overloaded and the nurse does not accept any extra patients beyond the schedule. Those with dental pain must still either wait or go elsewhere temporarily instead of being treated right away at Nhan Hoa. People with dental pain need immediate care, not a test of endurance!

There was a whole mix up on my moms paper work (on their part) that just delayed the process even more. Instead of being apologetic the male receptionist just seemed more annoyed. .He annoyed me. Not at all welcoming. My mother was very nervous for her procedure and he did not make her feel comfortable one bit. I can only imagine how others feel. I'm just saying this from someone that is also in the healthcare profession. It's all about the first impression when one comes in. I would not allow someone with such a negative personality to be checking anyone in at my front desk. Anyways, yesterday my mother had her second visit and it was much better. Still a LONG WAIT time. . But I'm leaving 4 stars for the way the nurses treated my mother. They made her feel very comfortable and calm. They took the time to go over the post op instructions thoroughly. This morning she received a follow up call. Nice touch the nurse again went over further post op instructions along with her results. Mother says her treatment went well and they treated her well. When she was cold they made sure to put a blanket over her. The doctor was very efficient. Thanks Fr. Bui and staff!
