I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Marks during my clinical rotation. Throughout my…read morerotation, I was allowed to continue seeing patients under her supervision. However, at the end of the rotation, Dr. Marks completed an evaluation stating that I was "unsafe" and lacked fundamental nurse practitioner knowledge in nearly every aspect of patient care. If Dr. Marks truly believed I was unsafe to provide patient care, I do not understand why I was allowed to continue seeing patients instead of being removed from clinical duties or provided with immediate remediation. Patient safety should always be the highest priority. Since completing my education, I have successfully become a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. While I recognize that every student has areas for growth, I believe that if such serious concerns truly existed during my clinical rotation, they should have been addressed immediately through direct teaching, supervision, and a structured remediation plan rather than being documented only in a final evaluation after I had completed the rotation. The evaluation stated that I could not distinguish normal from abnormal physical exam findings, develop differential diagnoses, create treatment plans, document appropriately, or understand common medications and their side effects. If these concerns genuinely existed, I believe they should have been addressed in real time through teaching, direct supervision, and documented feedback--not presented only at the end of the rotation. A preceptor's responsibility is not only to evaluate students but also to mentor, teach, provide ongoing feedback, and intervene when patient safety is a concern. I would have welcomed honest, constructive feedback throughout my clinical experience so I could improve. Instead, I received an overwhelmingly negative final evaluation that did not reflect the level of guidance I was provided during the rotation. I entered my clinical rotation eager to learn and become a safe, competent nurse practitioner. I left feeling discouraged by the disconnect between the supervision I received and the final evaluation. I hope future students receive consistent mentorship, timely feedback, and appropriate intervention if serious concerns about their clinical competence truly exist.

And they made me get my lab work done at their own lab and the lab technician was not experienced. She had difficulty drawing my blood and I ended up with a big swelling and multiple big bruises on my arm. I have been using Quest lab for the last 16 years and never had an issue. This is the first time I had my labs drawn at this clinic lab and I end up with all these bruises. It has been a week and no lab results available. I have been calling them and they keep telling me results are not in. These are my annual physical labs and Quest lab used to have my results available the following day on their website and on their lab. I recommend you never this lab. I will never use it again and will try to find another doctor.

The clinic was empty, very clean, and felt organized and efficient. Parking was completely full when I got there and they do have limited parking, so I'd definitely recommend arriving early to avoid circling. That said, I was honestly a bit upset about the doctor's note situation. The doctor told me he would write a note covering Tuesday, but when I went to the front reception, I was told they could only provide one starting Wednesday. That part was frustrating and left me feeling unheard. Clear communication between the provider and front desk would really improve the experience. Aside from that issue, the actual medical visit was quick.

The intake interview was over 40 minutes ago. They took my blood pressure and weight while writing down my answers about why I was here on their glove. There were only four parties in the waiting room with me, one of which had his lab results revealed to him by one of the two front desk (hopefully) medical assistants.

We went there, but their facility didn't accept my mom's health coverage. Lupe didn't just provide us a close-by facility that accepted it, she also called the facility for us to see if they would be able to accept her. The efforts and kindness gained her and this facility a 5-star rating from me. Receptionist is the first interaction of any customer with the business. It is important to choose the right person with the right manner and knowledge. Being at work is being paid to be helpful and care for others. Lupe made a good impress on me. It seems legit, but still suspicious because I do not remember them confirming I had one after my visit and I called to make sure. The clinic was at Anaheim and the person I spoke to did not seem to understand nor was able to help me see if anything was in their system so instead she hanged up on me! Specifically, Jasmine. She's either the receptionist or one of the office staff in charge of answering calls. In short: I just wanted to refill some prescriptions. However, in my case, Jasmine had an overwhelming need to let me know that her opinion of right and wrong. The reality? No one cares! Take the d@mn request and wish me a nice day (and mean it). Take the chip off your shoulder, "hon". Expect the conversation to escalate if you continue to feel a need to talk over me (or whoever, because I'm sure this isn't the first time you've thrown massive attitude to a caller). We're not only patients, we're customers as well. If you don't want to be there, get another job. My initial visit w/Optum was fairly good, but todays conversation just took my earlier prepared review "right off the rails". But one of his staff is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to patient. Before listening to patients, she responds with her negative responses. I was referred to a specialist by doctor Hing Be, the staff gave me name and number of only one doctor, which doesn't accept my insurance (Blue Cross PPO). When I informed this staff about it, she was irritated and responded rudely that I can choose any specialist and go anywhere I feel like. When I said that she should provide me the contact details of specific specialists for which I was referred to, she repeatedly told me that I could go anywhere I want and angrily asked me to wait to be called again. This is not the first time, she always gets irritated and responded rudely to my queries.

Dr. Tran has been my regular doctor (primary care physician) for about two years now. She is…read morecordial and efficient. She talks English to me but I think knows other languages. I have quite a few conditions and she is good at managing them by ordering blood work at appropriate intervals. The blood work can be done there as they have labs on site. The nurses are quite good at that, can even get blood from me which is difficult for many! (They taught me the term for someone hard to get blood from is "hard stick" ) The office is always quite busy, but they dont massively double book like some doctors, so the wait times are not too bad, like max 20 min after scheduled time. They are quick to respond to pharmacy requests about refills which I appreciate. The front desk staff is couteous and seems to know what they are doing. The only thing is you have to check their hours when calling for appointment, as if they are not there it goes to a machined with no option to leave a message in the make an appointment options. I would recommend her.
