Lastly timi benedict - again, perfect eggs... great cook on the maple bacon, had enough pepper and sweat to bring a unique spin to a classic. I had scrambled eggs and they were light and fluffy and tender. The steak was cooked exactly how I had requested and was tender and flavorful. The hashbrowns were perfect. There's one of their small advantage. They open early. So if you are an early riser and want a great breakfast, come here.

The Omelets for some reason are dry, It think it's because they cook everything all together instead of the more traditional rolled omelet where the filling is inside the egg lining. The hash browns are crispy and hot, eggs are served perfectly when ordered with a very good ham steak. Pancakes are a mix, but ok. Prices are about standard. and the staff is always, busy, but upbeat and happy. If you want a sit down breakfast that is good, and good coffee. They don't do anything wrong. They again what can you do with a couple eggs and some bacon. They are OK, and we keep going back. For some reason, though, about the time we start going to a location on a regular basis, they shut it down. Pawnee, East Douglas. Don't get that one. We have been going to West Central, Look out people, it's probably going to close.

We were sitting at our table for an hour after our order went placed and it was not allowed to be placed to the kitchen. We ask to just pay for the drinks we had so we could take our kids somewhere we actually feed them. The manager came out and said they would put our order in now and it would take 10-15 minutes for the food to be done. 40 minutes later we still had not gotten our food. Manager fled the establishment. And since we were sitting in front of the kitchen we heard they were prioritizing online orders over those of patrons actually in the restaurant to eat. Once the food started coming out we had to ask multiple times for food that was missed to the point we took two full orders to go as we had been there for over 2 hours by the time the last of the food had been brought out. Instead of a manager coming and talking to us, apologizing or even acknowledging the very poor experience we were given a ticket at full cost of $112 and hustled out the door. Not sure what the issue was, but the failure was on the entire staff management, cooks, servers all failed miserably. From a place we visit regularly, especially with put of town guests; Im not sure we will be coming back

Time to order and food to table was minimal, food is delicious and the restaurant uses local suppliers where they can, so it supports local growers. The inside has a beautiful art deco vibe going and the lighting is dimmed so it sets the mood. The music isn't loud, so you have the subtle sounds of other people talking, and the hustle and bustle of the kitchen staff working. Overall one of my most enjoyable experiences for a first time here in Wichita. This is definitely a place I will be recommending to everyone, and be coming back to from now on.
