happy happy customer since 2024! i honestly can't even count how many times i've been to this salon (pretty much every month since then). i live in west covina and drive all the way to la verne just for this service. forever thankful for my friend who put me on. typically i get a gel set with a special design and a pedicure. camie, summer, mia, and billy are my go-to's. honestly, everyone at this salon is so thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. let me set the scene -- i come in with my appointment, get seated right away, and i'm instantly treated to a foot spa and the best massage chair ever. i show them my inspo pics, we pick out colors and gems together, and then they get started with the prep. they really take their time with this part, making sure my cuticles are perfect and my nails stay healthy. i never have to worry because they're true pros and always deliver the best sets. 100% they'll always get my dime :) i leave feeling so confident every single time, and i get compliments on my nails everywhere i go! read more

A guy name Tommy is very rude when i asked you not cutting any cuticle skin and he couldn't do that the owner had to take over and she still didn't do as I requested before coming in. This was my first time ever coming to this nail shop and honestly, with all the good reviews, I wasn't worried at all coming in. I got a regular polish pedicure (no gel). The actual pedicure itself was fine, but once she finished applying the polish and told me to wait for the top coat, I ended up asking her to remove all of it. There was nail polish all over the skin around my nails, pieces of the cotton balls she was using got mixed into the polish, and some of the nails looked really clumpy because of it. It was just very clearly a bad application. She did try to do another application but the fact that she was trying to pass a shitty job just made me upset and I wanted to go. I came in about an hour before closing, so I'm not sure if she was rushing, but I really wasn't impressed with the polish application. After she removed the polish, I also still noticed dirt under some of my toenails, which was disappointing. Somehow I still ended up spending $40 basically just for a foot rub and cuticle removal. I loved how my nails turned out!! the salon was super clean and had such a nice atmosphere, and everyone there was really friendly and welcoming. my nail tech was so patient and paid attention to every little detail to make sure everything looked perfect. through my interactions with everyone working there, i could immediately tell how hardworking they all are. one thing that especially touched me was seeing how hard my nail tech tried to communicate with me even though she spoke very minimal English. you can tell that people in that situation probably have to work so much harder every day because of the language barrier, and it honestly made me appreciate her effort even more. despite that, she was incredibly kind, sweet, and patient the entire time, and you could really see the care and dedication she puts into her work. it genuinely touched my heart seeing someone work so hard and still be so warm and positive. my nails came out exactly how i wanted and the shape is sooo clean and pretty. i especially love the colors and little details because they make the set look so cute and classy at the same time. they also feel really comfortable and lightweight, which i appreciate a lot. i've already gotten so many compliments on them!! this is definitely one of my favorite sets i've ever gotten and i'll 100% be coming back read more

The ladies are so nice and accommodating! The environment is super calm, they have beverages and really make sure you are happy during the entire visit. Super appreciative they got me in on short notice however there isn't a ton of girls so please be patient with them. $35 gel manicure and they did an actual manicure. I requested the $55 dollar jelly treatment for pedicure and a manicure, summer and Billy were very sweet, they took their time to do a good job and make sure they created a calm environment. I loved my nails which came out beautifully, I got a ombré French tip and French tip toe nails too, everything went well for me! Im happy with the services. Also want to point out that they can handle tough situations with the utmost respect as the day I 1st went in a disgruntled entitled customer was in there, which was not their fault and handle her with respect and a ton of patience, as she was being difficult from the moment I arrived, then waited till everything was done to complain about a pedicure... that situation was interesting to witness, as she was 40 acting like a stuck up teenager, saying her massage was "like 30secoUnDs" I was embarrassed for her friend with her, (She was ducking her head), It was gross behavior that she had, and Summer and Billy were trying to explain, but I don't think the customer could comprehend the fact her pedicure request was for a scrub (the scrub is acidic and can harm the skin if on too long, it's more for exfoliating) but she forced them to charge less, and they did. They did not deserve to be treated that way and I loved my nails for my vacation. And I hope she didn't write a review and if she did I was a witness to her disrespectful behavior. I am definitely coming back to them the vibe is great they offer water and tea, And are just really sweet and good at their job! read more
