Im so glad my usual place was busy so I could stumble upon this place! The vibes in here are so cute and calm they even have a big Christmas tree for the holidays! I was a little sad most of the colors I wanted they didn't have anymore but that just tells me this place is popular. I had a man do my pedicure and he was so gentle and careful with the care of my nails. The prices are not crazy for their amazing service. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Excellent experience! I had a basic pedicure with gel removal for $35, which felt like a great value. It cost only $5 more than a standard $30 pedicure because I had to remove gel nail polish I had on my toes.. The service was efficient, taking just about 30 minutes, and the technician was gentle and meticulous. The atmosphere was calm and clean, with soft music and low chatter--perfect for relaxing. It was my first time at this place,I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't packed so I was able to go as a walk in for a gel pedicure. The staff was friendly, but the best part for me was definitely the foot/leg massage, some places feel like they just apply lotion but my nail tech did amazing I forgot to get her name. I'm pregnant in my third trimester so it was so nice to go relax. I will definitely be returning. I chose the regular pedicure $30 but I got gel polish so it was +$15 in case anyone was wondering. I've been giving this review a lot of thought. The staff is awesome. However there are some issues. 1. Inconsistent staff 2. Unnecessary comments for choosing white as my color of preference 3. Have had few incidences where I am not satisfied with my nails. Once there was a sweet lady who did my nails, she's did a terrible job. When I told the owners (after he asked me how I felt about the service) I said, I was not happy with it and the nails were looking lumpy. He said it was due to me choosing the white color why it was such a difficult job. I told him it was because the technician was using an old brush with lumps on it. Once he realized that was the faces he retracted what he said about me choosing white and confirmed it was the brush. First of all I understand if he is defending his staff instead of accepting he has poorly trained technicians To keep business a float. And I'm also aware, customers may not always be right. But sadly, if I'm writing this review. It's because I've had enough. I will not be returning to this establishment since I've learned I cannot get a decent job done. Unless done by the two males who Is either the owner or a fairly trained male technician. Again!!! They are an amazing sweet staff. But this last visit was not acceptable. My hair keeps getting caught in my nails when I run my hands through my hair. And I just got them done last week. I can feel my nail powder will pop off soon. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I appreciate the great friendly service. But I need consistent work done. Thank you so much. read more

I was the only person in the store the entire time, and they left my nails looking like this. My pedicure is worse. In total I payed $80 for both, and I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere. Place is cute and "chic" but quality is really bad. I called in to make an appt and they were very accommodating, I went in early and was hoping to get my nails holiday ready.
