GEL MANICURE and HOT STONE PEDICURES. I've been here a few times over the past two years. The first time I came here was in early 2022 by myself and got a gel manicure w/design and hot stone pedicure which cost me $81.00. The second time I came here was in 2023 with another person and we both got gel manicures (one solid color and the other just tip nail design) and the hot stone pedicures which cost $147.00. (Not including tip) The location is secluded and limited parking due to other businesses in the area, so you may not find parking so I advise to come with time to spare to drive around for parking at times. Definitely call to make an appointment. This place is busy. I like their work on the nail itself. Unfortunately I noticed that once the gel nail is done, they tend to file around the edges of the nail which has caused chipping on the tips and the polish on the side to come off over time. (I recommend that you do not pick at it and leave it alone or file it down to your natural nail, if it becomes bothersome - be prepared for that if that happens to you. I also noticed they have to clean up the cuticles before applying the gel however, in 2023, the lady went in on my cuticles and after one day with the gel nails, I noticed my cuticles were ripping and coming off due to the nail tech going higher than the base of the cuticle so I had to use cuticle oil twice a day and Vaseline lotion to keep my cuticles in tact after my visit. I am not sure if it just my skin and I am not used to the gel's so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.) I LOVE their massage chairs. They work marvelous! The massages from the techs themselves is also AMAZING! With that said, that is why I give this place a 4/5. read more

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment at opening. Upon arrival, I was greeted so kindly and offered a complimentary soda or water option. It was my first time here and the ladies are so great! I had the most beautiful gel pedicure and gelx nails by far (I will take a picture next time) I also had the most amazing pedicure of my life! I wish I took a video of my entire experience because I was beyond pampered. I have never in my 15 years of having my nails done experienced a pedicure like this. If you're needing some self love and want to have your nails done at the same time, you need to come here but just make sure you come with enough time for that extra pampering because this is not your regular nail spa. 100/10 Thank you ladies! I am so disappointed in my service here. I came in for a mani pedi & got the Jelly pedi & a dip manicure all with gel. My service felt extremely rushed even though I called ahead for an appointment & was the only person in there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked if they would be able to accomplish something from an inspo pic I brought in, she told me to just "pick a color" and didn't address at all if she'd be able to do what I asked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The worst part by far though is the way my nails came out!! My manicure was lumpy, the edges of my nails are super sloppy, and she got paint on almost every single one of my fingers. What's most unacceptable to me is that she noticed the paint, picked at it briefly, and then felt totally comfortable just leaving it on me. The entire manicure was so sloppy she obviously just didn't care and blatantly chose to let it look bad. The woman who did my toes was both nicer and did a better job, but there was paint on my skin on my toes as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall it was a negative experience with rude service and a bad manicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ended up going down the street to Linda's nail & spa and got my entire manicure redone & ended up paying over $200 for the day on nails. Don't bother getting a pedicure at this place. My nails look like I did them myself. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even after I told the tech that there was polish too close to the skin and there was polish on the skin she didn't do anything to correct it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I think there was a language barrier because she just kept saying oh color pretty when I said there was an issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid and left. I won't return. Overall the place does not seem clean - common touch areas are visibly dirty. Edit to add reply. Appreciate the offer to come in again, however I mentioned it while still there and it was not rectified- why make another trip? I have been to other places where polish wasn't all over my skin so hopefully there's some retraining for the tech. As for the cleanliness - it is not a false claim. Please clean the high touch areas - doors, massage chairs and remote. They are visibly dirty. I'm not claiming instruments are dirty. read more

Excellent! Thi did my gel-x nails and Vi did my regular pedi. Both ladies were so detailed, thorough and took their time. They had relaxing spa music on and the place was clean. I decided to try this place because it had lots of good reviews but I was fooled unfortunately! Nail's were done terribly. I asked to get them fixed and it was "fixed" a little but they are still bad. They aren't even decent! It looks like a kid did them! I'll post pics for reference. But there's bubbles, spots missing polish, chrome isn't done well. Also I had called before going and asked what's the cost for a gel mani and regular pedi. I was told $65 for it. I also asked for a little girl regular mani and pedi that was $30. I went in and added chrome nail polish and callus remover. My total came out to $145 which I didn't understand why. I asked the cost she said my daughters was $30, my toes were $70?!? And my gel nails was $35. I was so confused and over it. Kind of embarrassed that of the quality I got and not realizing all the errors. I do have to say inside was pretty clean and we were welcomed with a cold drink so that was nice. Also I am super happy with my pedi! That came out beautiful. (It was done by another lady) I wish the mani quality was atleast decent because I've been searching for a well done and consistent nail service. ETA: I guess that's the confusion. Before adding the upgrades I asked how much each upgrade was and I asked after adding all of those upgrades what my total was and I was told a different, cheaper price for everything I wanted. I love coming here as the technicians are very detail oriented and take their time. I've spent about two hours here now and still sitting in the spa chair. No rushing me out at all. I also really like the spa music in the background. It doesn't feel as hectic as the other salons which I like. It is a smaller place and they only have 5 chairs, so recommend calling ahead to make sure they're able to take you. read more

Since it's gel it lasts about 6-8 weeks, I just file them down a bit. Also, the massage chairs are great. read more

What can I say other than I LOVE coming here! This nail salon is one of San Dimas' gems that I continue to support every chance I get. This used to be Connie's now it's her sister Nina that runs the place. Both ladies are so sweet and I'm glad they keep their businesses in the family. Thuy used to work here too and now she runs Bellagio Nails in San Dimas as well. Now back to my review: I'm always greeted by Nina and her friendly staff. They make you feel like family and at home. The salon is always spotless. I love how clean and organized everything is. They provide an abundant amount of colors from gel, gel X, dip and regular polish. They also provide refreshments and snacks! I love getting my pedicures here and recommend getting the Deluxe. They use orange fruit slices, their products are not harsh on my sensitive skin, use hot stones, provide a deep tissue massage, oil and lotion then secured with hot towels. They girls are all good and they take time in their work. I never feel rushed. The spa massage chairs are some of the most comfortable ones I've ever been on. This is a small nail spot so do make an appointment. If you meet Nina, she is thee sweetest person! See her for all your nail needs. She always wants her customers leaving happy. read more

I haven't had a pedicure in over a year!! My mom and sister tried Connies a few months ago and said it was great so I had to try it out myself. It's small inside, but there are 5 full massage pedicure chairs which are amazing. And it feels very clean. I got the Jelly pedicure(which I've never had before and was super cool!) And was about an hour long and $45. My girl didn't rush through it at all, was thorough and was very sweet. My pedicure came out great! read more

I tried this spot since the reviews were so good and I am always looking for a new spot to try. I am going to give this spot a 4 only because the finished result wasn't the best I have ever had. The location is pretty small which was fine, relatively clean, and comfy chairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The girls that did my gel mani/pedi were easy to talk to and did great massages.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called ahead and was able to come right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offered me water or soda. They immediately got a chair set up for me and added orange and rose petals and I have never had that before so that was nice! I did their "organic" pedi option. I showed both of my techs a picture and they had no trouble doing the design. My other complaint; which will sound silly, their tv channel was set on some cooking show that showed frogs, rats, Guinea pigs, all being cooked. It was pretty unappealing. I paid $115 for a "hard" gel mani/pedi. They do a 5% discount if you pay cash. They do charge a minimal fee to use a card. read more

I tried this place for the good reviews. My toenails were painted very unevenly and there are bubbles. The girl who did them seemed more concerned with her FaceTime than focusing on doing a decent job on my pedicure. For $30, I should've done my nails myself. Won't return. read more

My nail tech (didn't get her name) was nice, very detailed and perfectly replicated a design I found online. She took her time and her talent shows! I went here a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and a full set of ombré acrylics. The technician who did my nails did an excellent job. He was super attentive to details like making sure that all of the shapes were the same and that the acrylic was smooth and even. He was super encouraging for me to tell him anything that I wanted fixed as he went. I really appreciated that. The pedicure was THE BEST I have ever had. I would rather go here than to a massage place for the awesome foot and calf rub I got. The nail tech noticed that the glitter polish I chose wasn't going to come out as sparkly, so he asked if I wanted to get a more glittery one and I did. Like a fool, I went back to an old place with my sister today for a pedicure and I regret it so much. I'll be back to Connie's asap! read more

I went a few weeks ago before the shut down. I browsed yelp and gave it a try. I called to make an appt for 2 gel pedicures. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, there was about 5 techs and about 3 ppl are being worked on. It took about 45mins to an hr to remove my gel polish and the whole pedicure. The store was clean and nice, it's located in a plaza. It was quiet, the techs didn't talk or gossip, which is nice. Also they had the TV on playing some TV show. I always like when there is something on so I don't feel like its quiet and awkward. They have plenty of colors and designs. The prices are reasonable and making the appt was easy. read more

OBSESSED. first timer & I received Everything I wanted! I've always been so nervous asking my nail technicians to change something I don't like but here they ask throughout the whole service if you're happy and if you're not they'll change it (length, shape etc) I will forever come here. I have been coming to this place for over a year .. today I was deeply disappointed...I made an appointment at 11:30 for nails and pedi. The girl doing my pedi is great as well as the nail tech however it was 1 pm and she still had not started my nails, she left the shop without giving me a heads up. I had to ask them what was she waiting for since I don't want to spend my entire Sat at the nail salon! Like really?!?!! My nail will take at least an hour..not normal to start at 1130 and end at almost 2 pm for dipping and pedi. They staff is good but not sure what happened since she left the salon without notice .. she came back and wasn't even listening to me she just talked over me. Time to move on and look for another salon. Hate to leave it. Usually they are super nice. If u have time to spend an entire afternoon I recommended. read more

I called last minute to schedule a fill, gel color change and pedicure. Both technicians were gentle and patient! I like my nails to look " thin " the polish is perfect as well as my short coffin shape! They also noticed a cut on my toe nail from my last gel pedicure where they had sliced in between the nail and suggested regular polish. Calm environment and professional service. read more

For example, basic pedicure is $33 baseline, but add $15 for gel, $10 for callus removal, and $10 for French tip "design". Of course I understand that things like this take extra time and effort so I don't personally mind paying. But just be prepared. For reference, I paid $68 for a basic pedicure with gel French tip.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Now that she is here iam here to stay!ask for hanna or Lin they are the best!!i love how its peaceful in here and it's so clean and neat. It's well air conditioned and smells great. They dont have a lot of staff right now it's best to call and make an appointment. It's worth it and I'm super picky with nail places and so far no complaints. They have a lot of color choices and alot of different package upgrades I always loved the jelly pedicure where they fill where your feet up and it put this powder in it to turn the water jelly and it's super relaxing but I do that or the pearl pedicure that's relaxing too!
