I am a new customer to this salon and have only been here twice for a regular pedicure and a gel pedicure. So far they've done great both times, basic pedicures are $30 if i'm not mistaken and if you would like gel it will be an extra $10 charge so total of $40 for a basic gel pedicure. Customer service is good, nothing that outstanding. I normally never make appointments for pedicures because I am never in a rush and they can get me seared and out the door in about 30 min which is great, it might just be my luck though. On June 5th at 5:30 p.m., my daughter-in-law and I visited Demure Nail. She had previously visited the establishment and recommended it. Regrettably, this would be my final visit. I requested a standard polish pedicure. After soaking my feet in the "jelly stuff", the technician rubbed them with a hard yellow scrubber for an extended period, resulting in a gouge on my skin. Additionally, she held my foot with excessive pressure, causing bruising. I have had hundreds of pedicures and have never bruised!! She also used a rotating metal file (similar to the Dremel tool my husband utilizes for metal filing) on the top of my toenail and for a callus on the bottom of my foot. This action left the top of my nail uneven and sore. I was supposed to have a seven-minute foot massage, but the technician started the timer and walked away for a minute. I normally enjoy the massage, but this was the worst lackluster massage I've ever had. The technician sloppily applied the polish and walked away. Thankfully, the technician performing my daughter-in-law's pedicure reached over to clean up the mess. The damage left my feet sore and prevented me from wearing flip-flops or hiking during my trip to Hawaii. My daughter-in-law felt terrible for recommending this place, but the technician performing my daughter-in-law's pedicure was good, and she was happy with the service. read more

Was rated #2 in the area and was not impressed! First got the basic pedicure and gel. Lady told me does not include scrub would be 5 extra dollars even though menu they handed me listed it as included. Then asked to put a flower on my nieces pedicure they told me not possible since it was regular polish. It was not busy at all they could've let it dry and added one. Also wanted specific sheer color and my lady told me no it's too light so went with her suggestion instead. Niece pedicure also was wanting baby blue and they kept bring back other shades of blue... would not come back nails are fine but not a relaxing experience. read more

However, I noticed that my appointment felt quite rushed. Some of my nails weren't the same length and there was a thick white residue under them, perhaps from the glue used. The woman who did my pedicure (forgot to ask her name) reshaped my big toes to a square size cause I had made them uneven and after she did they looked like they were never uneven! Looking for a good nail shop is difficult especially when quality of work and consistency is what a customer is looking for. I like to consider myself a basic nail girl just doing gel manicures and regular pedicures but getting all these beautiful Instagram inspo nails I knew it was maybe time to elevate my nails. My coworker suggested I get builder gel which is what she had on her nails when I complimented her. I began my search and noticed a new nail shop in the area with minimal reviews but all 5 stars. So I gave it a chance and realized it had only been open a couple of weeks when I arrived. Well fast forward 3 visits later and I am obsessed. Tiffany (owner) heard my nail goals and started me off with builder gel which I had never tried, next visit I upgraded to gel x and now I can't stop lol. I've only done gel manicures for the last 10+ years but once I saw my inspo nails come to life with builder gel and then gel x I knew I couldn't turn back. Tiffany is truly the best! She is patient, kind, and a perfectionist. Quinn always does my regular pedicures and she does a phenomenal job. Like Tiffany, she pays great attention to detail and makes sure I love the shape and color. I've even brought my mom who is very very picky when it comes to nail shops and after her two visits she's so happy with her nails! Quinn does her gel pedicures and Amy does her gel manicures. There was some confusion regarding the type of polish for the pedicure, as I had requested regular polish and the color I initially chose was gel.
