I would just like to thank Sarah and this business for their compassion and the great job that they do. It's the business that nobody wants to go to, but she makes you feel like you're walking in to see an old friend that just so happens to know how to get rid of lice. Both of my boys had it on separate occasions and she was wonderful. Those over the counter shampoos don't work so please do yourself a favor and go here. It's worth it. I know from experience. She went above and beyond for us; from making our appointments to being available on her cell phone after she was already off of work. Unfortunately my daughters picked up lice from school a couple of times. After trying to treat it at home and not successfully getting rid of it we found Lizzie's Lice Pickers online. The first time we went RJ took care of my daughters hair. She was super nice and got rid of their lice. RJ gave us tips on how to treat the stuff that the girls came in contact with and how to do the follow up treatment at home. My daughters didn't get lice again for like three months. When they got it again we treated it at home with the Lizzie's Lice Pickers hair treatment which worked great. However when they switched schools they got lice again and we were having trouble getting rid of it, so we went back to Lizzie's Lice Pickers and this most recent time Sarah took care of my daughters. Sarah was very nice and informative of how to get rid of it. The girls went back to school today and when the lady at the school checked them she said that she didn't see any sign of lice. Hopefully we've gotten rid of it for good this time, but if we ever need professional help with lice we'll definitely go back to Lizzie's Lice Pickers! read more

I kept forgetting to write a review but here it finally is! I was mortified that I found lice in my sons hair! I found them at 9 at night! I sent my husband to store to buy over the counter stuff, stripped his bed and did the treatment on him. Poor baby was such a trooper. Needless to say I went nuts that night thinking omg! I have them we are all infested! I did not sleep I was searching the internet then thought of trying yelp. I found Lizzie's lice pickers! I found her at 4am! I saw they opened at 6am so I set my alarm to call exactly at 6! Well my alarm went off I must have been extremely exhausted that I turned it off without really waking up. I finally woke up at 6:45am and called!!! Yes! I did I was freaking out!! Sarah answered and I was like hello are you really opened right now?!? She's like yes! I sure can be opened right now. Omg what a blessing she was! She met us at 7:30 in the morning at her facility. She cleaned out my son again- the stuff we bought over the counter did not work. She was so nice!! She checked me to find 1!! Wahhh!! She kept insisting that I must have got it when I was cleaning my sons hair. I took my daughter I even had to send my baby sitter to her too since just a few days before she watched my son and had spent the night. I was so happy to hear that everyone was clear. We bought the natural products from her and made a appointment for the following week to get checked again. I was so happy to return to find we were all clear! Thank you sooooooo much! You don't need to call anybody else - it doesn't get any better than Lizzie's Lice Pickers. Sarah came to my house on short notice and took care of everything. The kids' dad had tried an over the counter treatment and it basically didn't do anything. My oldest still had a ton of bugs and eggs. After Lizzie's Lice Pickers treatment we are lice free! She also told us how to follow up and left us with the necessary products to maintain our live free status! Sarah was an absolute delight and put our minds at ease through this totally unpleasant experience...I'd actually even say that Sarah made the whole thing pleasant (as pleasant as lice can be at least). Sarah is amazing! My 5 year old had early stages and she was very friendly and calm with her. My daughter wouldn't sit down and she followed her with me running around till she finally let her do it. Very happy with the service and the natural products. Kid friendly clean place. Movies, snack play area and they even get a gift for being good sports. Going back for a follow up soon. I cant say enough about Lizzie's Lice Pickers! My 13 year old daughter had a really bad case of head lice and I was totally freaked out! Both us us have very thick, long hair. I had never had lice and wasnt sure what to do! We called Lizzie's and they got us in right away. R.J. spent a TON of time combing through my daughter's hair and applying the treatment. I was so embarrassed and mortified! She assured me that it happens all the time, and not to worry. We would get through this together. We followed all of their instructions. Completely sanitized our house and my husband and I did treatments on each other, just in case. When we went for the third follow up treatment for my daughter, she had be re-infected at school and we had to start the process all over again! Not only that, but now I had lice too! I just sat there and cried! R.J. was really sweet and assured me that everything would be ok and once again we would get through this together. She meticulously combed out mine and my daughter's hair as my husband furiously took care of the house once again. We followed the treatment plan again and I am THRILLED to say we are both all clear! I can not say anything bad about Lizzie's Lice Pickers!!!!! I had taken my daughter to get a trim when they found signs of nix's. I remember seeing they had actual Lice Salon but most of them in Los Angeles. I looked some up for Orange County and found Lizzie's Lice Pickers. I immediately called them and was told they were open. I was at the salon within 10 mins. I was meat my Sharice. Sharice was amazing. She took my daughter right to the chair and began parting her hair. She immediately found the nix's. She put me at peace and easy by telling me everything she was doing and stated everything would be FINE! Sharice was so professional and just personable! Great customer service!!! Lizzie's is great! I usually do my own daughter's hair when she get's lice; however, I am burnt out on it!! I actually heard of Lizzie's through a friend who just took her daughter there, and she was so happy with the services she received from RJ. I immediately needed the number!! I called and spoke to RJ who was very informative and booked my appointment when I needed it with no issues. Our appointment was with Lizzie, and she was just AMAZING!!
