Had an appointment to fix the air handler that was in the attic that was buzzing and not making the blower fan go on. Jason came during the time scheduled and troubleshot the unit and got me back up and running the same day. It ended up needing a new motor (I was hoping it was only needing a new capacitor) but he explained everything to me in detail that was going on and it made complete sense. I appreciate him explaining everything to me and he didn't dumb it down. He is a very Knowledgable tech and I feel confident in what he did for me was necessary to get it working. Of course one's A/C goes out when the weather starts getting hot. Called my go-to realtor for a suggestion and he recommended LJ Refrigeration. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called before their office opened and left a message figuring it would be a long shot that anyone would call me back. A/C went out yesterday and got their number from the realtor who sold the home. Called at 5am and got the answering service. Spoke with them and they said that they would have someone call around 8am when the office opened. Received a call at 8:06 and let them know the issue and that the house temperature had gone up to 94°. They said they were booked for the day but they'd try to get someone out around noon if possible. Received a call from Jason at 11:40 that he would be at the house in 10 minutes. Found the problem right away, explained and showed what the issue was and got the A/C back working within 30 minutes.
