There were several appointments that were no shows. I missed work a few times as each time I was never told in advance that no one was coming. I found out after calling or texting you after the fact. You and I agreed that I would pay you $350 cash when the job was finished after you told me that the gasket needed to be replaced, not cleaned. Your guys arrived on June 8th catching my husband before the agreed on time (I was not home yet) and your tech insisted that he had to pay $193.00 by check that day. We spoke on the phone and you agreed to rip up the check, as per our prior agreement of $350 payment after the gasket was fixed. You never ripped up the check despite this as well as my text follow ups to remind you to rip it up. After the no shows, you told me that you were still waiting for the part. All of the times I waited for a tech that did not show, you knew that the part was not in. Finally on the 22nd of June, your tech came with the wrong part so the job was not done. You told me we needed to reschedule to wait for the correct part. Today is July 9th. Your tech was due to come at 9am today No one showed and you responded to my 10am text query that the part you have is again the wrong one. I took off work waiting and I texted you a few times before today. You confirmed that you were coming a few days ago. You texted that this project is canceled. BEWARE!!!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY! UNRELIABLE! 1st appointment was late (10/26) He came and changed the 4 wheels on my dryer. Charged me $280. And said to me.. if there is a problem called me, because your dryer is under warranty. The next day (10/28), I realized that he forgot to screws the top lid of my dryer. And texted him when he can come to screw my dryer's lid back. He said: next week (11/7) 11/3 i texted him back that my dryer still make a sound. And hoping he will fixed it when he came back. 11/6 he came back, just to screw my dryer's lid. Without fixing the sound of my dryer. I texted him back : if he can do something to fix it. I go to clean the washer, there is maggots, dirt, skin, hair and blood a filthy disgusting mess. 8.24.22 No reply from Raj at all since last month. It's filthy, banged up, worse condition than when I gave it to them! They ran a quick cycle and left. Did not even stay, I said it sounds like it did before I gave it to you. Sure, enough the washer does not work! Now they have our 300 from day one and I believe Rob gave them another 400 so we're out approx. 700 and still do not have a washer! I scrubbed it clean, disgusting! I try the sanitize feature, does not work, I try a normal wash, does not work, I try a quick cycle does not work. My washing machine came back to me in worse condition than when they took it! Does not work, rubber crap and pieces of God knows what inside! I sent Rob videos of it banging around and not working. He contacts Raj, they spoke and Rob worked out that raj will give us 280back. He wanted to give it back via zelle I said no, I do not have zelle, how about Venmo, better yet cash We gave him cash, he can give us cash! 10.06.22 Still no word on paying us back! 10.17.22 After several times contacting payment finally received! Contacted Raj at a neighbor's recommendation. I wanted my washing machine drum cleaned. Raj told me general cost of visit and repair, including parts was $360. Repair person arrived on time. Told me the washer could not be cleaned on site, rather it would be $500 to clean in shop. No repairs, etc. made to my machine. Repair person at apt less than 30 minutes. Was charged $200. Requested a receipt numerous times, not provided. Do not recommend. read more

Avoid this business - they are scammers! I hired Washdry Tech to inspect my dryer, which was staining my clothes. Raj (who I believe is the owner) said I need a new drum, which I asked him to order and install. I paid $600 for the new drum (almost the cost of a new dryer). The repairmen came to my house, pretended to install a new drum, and left. I asked Raj numerous times to remedy the situation. I waited at my house 3 more times for him to come and install the drum but he kept putting me off. I have now asked for my money back but he does not respond. This business took my $80 inspection fee plus $600 and gave me nothing for it! read more

First guy, Raj, came to diagnose the machine and he was nice and seemed knowledgeable. A few days later 2 different guys came (once they got the part needed). Leon and Vishal were very professional and very efficient. My machine was leaking and not drying properly (it's a combo). They fixed it and had to bring it back to their shop because another piece broke. They brought back the machine fixed within a couple of hours. It's running fine and we will try the dryer later but so far so good. read more
