Just moved to town and trying out new nail salons, came across this cute mom & pop shop with the sweetest couple! Super friendly and kind, really listen to what you want and engage in conversation with you. Bonus, their cute little boy was in the shop and such a delight - kept me smiling the entire visit. I absolutely love this nail set. I bring in nail inspo and they knock it out of the park every time. I mentioned to Linda that I was going to have my mom take a picture for Yelp later and she pulled out a fresh towel to take pictures for me. I was looking for a nail salon and found this salon via yelp :) it was close enough to where I live so I figured I'd try it out. The parking is a shared lot, so I can see that it might be a little difficult finding parking pre-covid. In this case, I was able to find parking no problem. The salon had lots of Covid precaution signs to have a mask on, and had sanitizer too. When I sat down, I asked if the door can be kept open so that there can be air flow, and the guy opened it with no questions asked. Each "station" has a Plexiglass which was really nice and shows they are doing their best to be safe. Overall, they did a great job with my pedicure.

I really loved this place! Came here 2 times, soon again in a few weeks! :) The first time was for a gel manicure and it came out wonderfully! The second time I got a gel pedicure, the lady who helped me drew a design since some time had passed when I was there and that was so sweet of her!! The ladies here are so kind and caring, really go all out and make sure you leave with the best look. Definitely coming here again and would recommend to my friends!

I treated my self to a gel pedicure and basic pedicure today 4 first time! It was fun! I got 30 more minutes massage on my back and legs .......scrub hard callus on foot and painted toes less hour! Ask 4 kevin(husband) he is awesome and great detail nails! Go in mornings less people ! MAsk is optional! Be back great customer service! read more

Forgot to take my pics in the salon but I added one of the dip powder on my nails and my pedi. I'm pretty sure I actually picked a different color (one that was more of a rusty red but this came out okay on my hands... I don't usually like red). The salon was clean and spacious. Both Linda and Kevin worked on my nails and Mai did my toes. This was the first time I've ever had a pedi that didn't tickle as nearly as much as usual- Mai has a great method! It was interesting that they didn't put a base for my dip powder and put the red on first and finished it with a clear dip power top coat and regular polish top coat. It looks shiny and great so I'll pay attention to how they hold up over the next few weeks. They were very nice and did a great job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it was very expensive - I normally pay $25 for dip powder and theirs was $40. Also a pedi where I live in SoCal is $15 and I got extra 15min massage but my pedi came to $42. I will be back when I come up to visit though! read more

I am visiting from Los Angeles, in town for work. I get my nails done every two weeks religiously. I had to get my nails done and I could not wait until I got back to LA. I found LK Nails on yelp and am glad I chose this spot. Mai took her time and gave me the perfect gel manicure and pedicure! I am so glad I found her. I travel for work to this area monthly and I am coming back here every time. If I you have a choice, come here. They are great people, the quality of work is great and the price is right! read more

salon was clean and nice but was not happy with my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (it was super simple French tip) and they assured me they could do it. When the acrylics were done and I was ready for color she told me that she couldn't do the base color that I wanted, I was super upset but ended up just doing a solid color. My nails are lumpy and not very good, the shapes and lengths are inconsistent and they feel like they're about to break off after a day. They were kinda nice, a nice lady behind me kept trying to make smallTalk and she was just ignoring her. I felt super bad for the poor lady, she also stopped working on me to take care of a costumer that came in 30 minutes into my set... kinda weird. Probably not coming back, I've been to way better salons in folsom read more

Just moved from downtown to Folsom and this was the first nail salon I visited. We had an appointment for side by side pedicures and they were running a tiny bit behind. In all fairness, we were running a little late (5 to 7 minutes) so I called while driving that we were on our way. Had we been on time they would have been 15-20 minutes behind which I think is a lot since we had an appointment. They had three people working on a Saturday and it wasn't busy which was surprising since I'm used to super busy salons especially on weekends. The people were friendly and the pedicures were good (between poor, fair, good, great, excellent). They didn't offer water of anything to drink. We paid 27.00 for a basic pedicure and an additional 15.00 for no chip. I think I will try a few others in the area before settling on this one... if I could have I would give them 3 1/2 stars but between 3 and 4 I would say 3 is the correct number. read more

Gel nails chipped and peeled off within a week of getting them done. It was pretty disappointing as it's only the 2nd time this year I've gotten gel nails and I was certainly expecting them to last longer than 5 days! read more

Came here to follow Linda after she split from another nail salon in Folsom. She does an amazing job and really genuinely cares about her clients; which is the number one quality I look for in a nail salon. She is always happy and welcoming as well. Mai did my gel manicure and I must say, they have never looked better! I even had left over gel nail polish from last time and there was no residue left over or anything. Went in here bc my normal place was booked. Utter regret. One customer not in a mask (mask mandate in place in Sac County). Not many gel polish choices. Overall salon looks sloppy. Floors needing to be swept. Supplies all cluttered on a cart. Hard to tell if supplies are sanitized or reused. Lukewarm water for pedi. Used electric file to get gel off and nicked every single toe multiple times. OUCH! Not enough product used for the cool mask. Only one towel put on top of both legs rather then each leg individually wrap. Pedicure was rushed. Manicure was pathetic. Sign by register says 2% more for credit. Would have been nice to know that up front. Prices aren't cheap but not worth the service. Folsom has some amazing nail places that far supersede this one. read more

Went withmy mother in law. The mani/pedi was ok for me. They left nail polish all over my fingers and didn't fix it. Oh well. The biggest thing was that the lady who did my mother in laws nails was very rude and very rough. Then, didn't even put color on her nails and WALKED AWAY and started on another customer. So rude. The staff is extremely unorganized and the receptionist was the rudest person in the building. Absolute worst attitude ever. Can't believe this place has a good rating. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Will Never come here again. read more

I've been seeing Linda for a few years now and love her. I get pedis and acrylics with gel and her sets are the only ones that don't lift or break. Typically I can go 2-3 weeks before I need a fill. On occasion I have gone elsewhere and ended up back to have her fix. They are very clean and meticulous. Also they have cute kids pedi chairs that are adorable. I live in Elk Grove but was staying in Folsom for the night. Needed a pedicure and manicure BAD. After going through numerous yelp reviews on numerous shops I decided to go with this one and man I'm glad I did. My wait was kind of long before and after but it was expected since I called ahead and asked. Anyway I ended up only getting a pedicure do to time since they were closing. They offered to still do the manicure despite they were closing in 5 minutes (which was very nice and genuine) but they already had a full house meaning I'd be waiting about another 45 minutes to get started so I passed. However, I'm very happy with my pedicure and the service. I come to Folsom for my monthly massages so might start coming here too while I'm already in the area read more

She got really annoyed with me & said I should have looked up photos on my phone first. I said "oh well can you file them a little?" She seemed quite annoyed (there were no other customers waiting) but filed them to be rounded. I was happy with the result. She also seemed upset with me quite a few times because my fingers weren't relaxed. I apologized to her & said I wasn't used to having my nails done. Overall, she was very unfriendly. I actually came back a week later to have the nails removed because I didn't like how thick they felt. She removed them & was very unfriendly again. I would not go back.

LK nails is the best place to get a mani/pedi acrylic or gel nails! This shop is so clean. Everything is disinfected and sterilized. All the polishes are new and there are many beautiful colors. You can also get many different types of pedicures. The nail artists are talented with their designs also. They always do an amazing job on my nails. My mom and I go to her religiously. :) They pay a lot of attention to the detail, and my nails last much longer than any other place I've been to. No lifting, no breaking and I can go many weeks without cell if I need to because sometimes I travel. read more
