If this is how you treat your customers then they are fortunate to have an example of Customer Care such as yourself, I very sincerely, applaud you Sir. This is a review of Husqvarna, and that is why I have started with "Beware of Husqvarna Garden Tractors". Husqvarna has made it very clear that they are intent on on using legal verbiage built into the contract (warranty) to categorically deny or "get out of" their responsibility to honor their warranty with their GT/TS line, even when used with their accessories for "ground engagement work". They have also made it clear that they support this lack of commitment with their Dealers. I unlike Husqvarna, do keep my commitments and my word, so I am putting this warning out to every potential Husqvarna customer I can in North America. I started with Florida (still have a few left) and your location specifically because of Husqvarna's corporate locations. It's a daunting task for sure, but I keep my word.... will Husqvarna? It sounds like you would be the proper Dealer to buy from for your other manufacturers that you represent, but through perhaps no fault of your own, not Husqvarna. very respectfully, SS Beware of Husqvarna Garden Tractors! I have a GT48DXLS, 63 hrs, purchased 11 months ago for the specific purpose I'm using it for. I have been very happy with my GT. I now deeply regret this recent purchase. On 17JULY2017 I purchased my GT from our local Dealer. Our Dealer claimed it was an actual "Garden Tractor" capable of all the accessories ("Ground Engagement Work") that were represented by Husqvarna in their ads. This tractor came with a ground engagement transaxle (Tuff Torq K66), 23" rear wheels, extra frame support (not enough as I found out) and upgraded engine (Kawasaki FR730V). On 07JUNE2018, while moving sand in my yard, The frame folded in seconds in that area between the scoop support bracket and the steering support plate, approx 1". I have since learned, that current manufacturers of Garden Tractors that claim there product capable of ground engagement work have at minimum, a channel steel or c channel steel frame. The only exception I can find is the Craftsman GT models that are also Husqvarna for Sears (the GT6000 has the same frame #532445559 that is now #582033101) verses the pro models that are MTD (channel frame). My frustration with this product is not actually with how Husqvarna wanted to build a tractor, but how Husqvarna through their warranty that is worthless, adverts and published support representation's that are deceptive, and their Dealer who knew less than a box store employee about his product or that he had no difficulty directly deceiving me. If you plan on using it to cut grass, odds are you'll probably be OK, I'm thankful at least that Husqvarna didn't build the transaxle or engine. Some other things I've since found out, the style of frame is identical to the old Ariens gear tractor (HD $900.00 special, 2011) I originally bought to mow grass a few years ago. I pulled it out of storage and am relying on it again to at least keep my grass cut and pull my small yard trailer. It's nothing to look at, but it runs as was represented in advertising, no false claims, so no regrets with it. If my Husqvarna GT had not been represented as a True Garden Tractor, I would have paid more money to buy what I needed. I fell for the deception, but hopefully I can learn enough to help steer someone else away so they won't. According to our dealer (rude to hostel to my wife) Husqvarna will "never honor their warranty". The Dealer justified it, by saying that any defects in materials or craftsmanship would have been evident the first day. The lifetime fabricated deck warranty, and 5 year chassis/frame warranty have according to the Dealer been reduced to a 1 day warranty with this statement from him. To add insult to injury, my wife was told that they would fix it for $550 and that the frame was a special freight charge from Husqvarna of $95. This "special freight charge" was a lie, no surprise. I picked up the tractor the next business day. I won't use that Dealer, and will go out of my way to not recommend this dealer any chance I can. read more

One year ago I had a problem with my bad boy mower. The "so called" service manager didn't know to release the parking break to get the mower to roll off the trailer. He then said I can't help you. So, I ask if there was another bad boy dealer and he said he didn't know. That's either a lie or he has no interest in his product line or his industry. So I found a local dealer in Salisbury that simply released the parking break and repaired my mower. Great job!!! The owner of LKN very nicely apologized and here a year later I decided to give LKN another try. I had damaged my mower deck and wanted new blades. The very nice young lady gave me the option to replace the deck or leave it damaged. I chose to leave it damaged. So after replacing with new blades I get the mower home. I start the mower deck and the new blades are beating the heck out of the deck. Why did the service Dept not test it before calling me to pick it up. So her we go an hour back to Salisbury to a true bad boy repair shop. The owner of LKN is a really nice guy and I'm sure he wants the best for his business, but the service Dept just doesn't have it together. And I hate that. Oh Well... the hour drive to Salisbury isn't that bad. read more

Hurricane IRMA was headed this way and when I tried my generator it would not start. I checked and my generator had gas in the oil! I thought it was dead but called LKN Small Engines after looking at the reviews. I know why they have 5 stars now!! LKN was able to repair my generator saving me the money of having to buy a whole new one. Even though IRMA turned there was a complete turn around because they understood the importance of having the generator ready before the storm.
