I might have missed the rush but, you can spend lots of time just looking at the huge selections in the store. The cashier was super helpful in helping look up an item. They have tons of Halloween clearance just in case you want to save on those items for this year. They only had just a few shelves that still had Christmas ornaments , Christmas mats etc left . We arrived, paid her, and while there I saw and purchased a beautiful, quality onyx lamp my wife fell in love with. What great finds. The owner is very gracious and just a knowledgeable and lovely person. It has been over a year now and We are still pleased. I will recommend her to anyone. When we did go back recently the store had a bit of a remodel. It was nice, but just did not have the same feel as before. Prices on items tended to be a bit more hefty and the selection seemed more, how can I say,... "tan?" We went on a Saturday, which used to be a very busy time for them. But this time the store only had a couple of shoppers. Just couldn't put my finger on it, but it just didn't seem as interesting or inviting. The staff seemed a bit standoffish as well. I suspect if we are back down that way, we may stop by. Just don't think this will be a planned destination any longer.
