Jackson was very hands-on and helpful in finding the right carpet at a great price that would match the room. And Sammy, the installer, was just excellent! On time, hard worker, professional. The carpet depot is tucked away on the north west corner of Thomas and 32nd St. You have to look for them, but you'll be glad you did. They appreciate your business and it shows. For the second time, I'm really happy with the work they did at the price point they provided. A couple years ago, I referred a friend in Tempe on a much bigger job and she was similarly very happy and impressed.

No prior…read morewritten or verbal communication from sales person to night before install re: needing very large public space to cut carpet day of install. Sub-contracted installers show up. Marcos 'lead installer'; refused to park in designated spot to accommodate his large trailer then tells us there's nowhere big enough on property to cut carpet & install! Condo is empty, we are moving into it next day. After calling salesperson about having no idea large space was needed to cut carpet then finally connecting to GM Paula about inexplicable lack of communication on BB part (she agreed), Marcos assures me he can & will cut carpet at Bb warehouse then return within an hour or so & install master bedroom carpet. Installers leave & never return. I spent hours proactively following up on where Marcos was only to be told by Chris (Marcos supervisor) he allowed Marcos to go home b/c Marcos wasn't satisfied with designated parking spot! Said he felt it was "a hostile work environment." every vendor has parked there; no vendor ever complained nor refused to park there. Marcos lied to me about completing job, Chris complicit in this lie. I prepaid thousands of dollars to have a subcontractor take it upon himself to walk off the job b/c he 'didn't want to get another ticket from the police' (parking spot 100% legit/legal numerous people from management team trying to accommodate him). Paula & Chris then assure me that carpet CAN be pre cut at warehouse. After a very long & exhausting move, Paula at BB did a 180 by denying they ever told me this saying "no one at Baker Brothers from salesperson to scheduler to Paula to installer was aware nor educated on the type of carpeting I ordered...sorry." Paula repeatedly dismissed that Marcos lied to me/blew us off. Ended with passive aggressive 'we apologize that you're feeling frustrated.' No accountability on BB part. Refuse to reimburse me...keep saying I have to find a space on property for them to cut carpet!! Paula & Chris refuse to tour property themselves despite 2 invites to do so. Local media (ABC/FOX) doing investigative piece on Baker Brothers unethical behavior, poor customer service and questionable legal subcontract hiring practices.

Peyton has a fantastic eye for design and did an amazing job helping me pull everything together. She was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Our first impression of Arizona Tile was mixed. The entrance is somewhat difficult to locate and…read morenot very visible, but once we found it, we were greeted by a friendly front office employee who promptly escorted us to the showroom after we asked where to find travertine and porcelain tile with a travertine appearance. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

We purchased Marmoreal LVT from The Tile Shop and had it installed by a business that we were…read morereferred to by the manager of the store. In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.
