Jeff gave me good advice on a better grade of wood for my plans. And for me , the price was better. I miss having my truck, long sold, but we got all the wood in the Prius by a couple inches. The building materials are expensive. Not their fault these products cost a lot everywhere. Wishful thinking these type of materials should be cheaper than harmful building materials. Not something the store can fix. Clarifying the bad vibe reviews above. We walked in, they answered all our questions and helped us with flooring pricing. We got rough estimates of LVP per sq feet and cost of paperstone countertops. If I had the money I'd buy everything from this store.

Okay, THAT being said, when you look at HOW the store is ran, I've stepped in here numerous times prior to this review and always, and I mean ALWAYS am greeted, and addressed if not numerous times if I can be helped to find anything, from almost every employee you bump into. I very MUCH appreciate that!! The store is extremely limited in stock variables when considering the other extremely large stores here in Tucson but the hospitality is top notch, IMO. Honestly, the store needs to be placed elsewhere since it's right downtown and really could bring in SO MUCH more business if repositioned, but again, that parking lot.... LOL. When…read moreI brought my purchases up to the register, the guy took an unusual about of time ringing up my items (6pieces total), when the total came up it was almost double what I thought it was going to be based on the signage and price labels on the wood itself. When I got the receipt, he charged me an extra piece of wood as well as for the premium wood, rather than the less expensive domestic wood that I was purchasing. Literally got ripped off. Left there with a bad taste in my mouth about them and possibly the area in general. Thought this was supposed to be a nice place......
